Sibylle (1/5): wir sehen das als Betrug an - die Lage war ruhig, Bett bequem. Matratze iO die Wohnung war doppelt vermietet, 2 Monteure mussten in das "Wohnzimmer", (großer Abstallraum für alte Möbel mit 4 Betten), wir 2 Frauen hatten je ein Schlafzimmer, wir mussten uns die Toilette teilen, bekamen erst auf Nachfrage hin ein zwietes Bad(ohne WC), Küche musste geteilt werden, obwohl beide Parteien die Bestätigung von Booking bekommen hatten, dass wir eine Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht haben. Dazu war die Wohnung durchgangsflur für die Gastgebende Familie, Kindergeschrei bis spät abends ....hellhörig

Elodie (1/5): - Impossible de donner un avis sur les équipements ou le personnel car on nous a annulé la réservation lorsque nous étions sur la route depuis la France pour y aller.
Andrea (3/5): Würde ich nicht mehr buchen - Es war frei Vermieter teilweise nicht erreichbar Kein Haustierschlüssel, die Haustüre musste offen gelassen werden Das "Appartement" wurde von einer anderen Familie gemietet. Wir hatten also ein Zimmer im Appartement von fremden Leuten Bad und WC ausserhalb (keine Ahnung, ob es auch von den anderen Personen benutzt wurde) Bettwäsche war nicht richtig sauber

Stewart (8/5): Nice modern home, clean & spacious, but get your groceries on the way! - Not applicable - self-catering, but large kitchen, stocked with a few basics: tea, coffee etc. Quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. There appeared to be only one local (walking distance) eatery, which was quite expensive, and no local shop/s for basics like bread or milk. Any groceries require a drive to Tulln.

Mark (4/5): Friendly owners but should be made clearer on booking.com about them using facilities in your space - The location of the house was great and externally the house looked appealing to the eye. The apartment was spacious and everything needed to have a great stay. The owners were very friendly. The house had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom and felt extremely cluttered in places with the owners things. A refrigerator was supplied but the freezer was packed full of the owners frozen foods. The owners lived upstairs but would come down stairs often to use their bathroom, living room and cellar so the apartment did not feel private at all.
