- Maor (8/5): It was great I enjoyed it very much so I lengthen my stay twice - A great location-2 minutes walk from the main streets. Very clean, the hosts are fantastic people very nice and accommodating, we asked them to lengthen our stay twice and they agreed both times. The bathroom is very clean, spacious and well geared which is a rarity in all the places I stayed at so far in South America (and there were many). Very good AC in the room which also isn’t a given. We met nice and cool people at the hostel, we hanged out with them and even decided to rent an apartment together. Very safe place too (even though there isn’t really any danger at Itacare) Can’t sit in the garden after 22:00 to talk, We had a nice balcony but not allowed to smoke at and worse it’s only separated by some wooden door so the noise from the street and road outside go through and disturb you from sleeping. The bed was a bit small for 2 people, the mattress and pillow were highly uncomfortable for me so I struggled to sleep soundly.

Mas nada consegue me justificar o fato de ter sido cobrado 15 reais por toalha, além do valor da diária. Eles alegam ser um problema com a lavanderia. Mas não faz sentido. Essa parte da experiência, não foi legal.

C’est une grande maison d’hôte, relativement calme, Dans la globalité l’établissement était top C’est une grande maison d’hôte, relativement calme sauf si il y a des enfants. Pour ma part La Clim s’est mit automatiquement en recyclage d’air après un certain temps, et j’ai eu de grande difficulté à l’éteindre après une certaine heure de la nuit.
- Magda (1/5): Minha estadia foi péssima. Sem conforto e sem privacidade - Gostei da localização. O Banheiro não atende o conceito de privativo, pois adaptaram um lavabo que deve medir no máximo 1,00 x 1,50, com porta camarão, já que não dá abertura o suficiente. Tem que fazer malabarismo para se trocar, sem falar na pia que fica para fora do banheiro, próximo a cozinha onde passam os demais hóspedes, ou seja, sem nenhuma privacidade. Ao conversar com o proprietário sobre essa questão, foi dito que estava claro que o banheiro era externo. Porém entrei na publicação e não tinha a informação de externo (tela foi printada). Os colchões das camas eram todos péssimos. Da cama de casal tem um "colchão" que é praticamente a madeira e por cima um pillow. Diria que dormimos quase que em um colchonete. Das camas de solteiro são extremamente finos e para melhorar a situação, colocamos o colchão superior da beliche no chão, pois era inviável dormir com o estrado nas costas. Sem falar na tela do quarto que tem alguns buracos, permitindo a entrada de pernilongos. Cheguei a conversar com o proprietário no primeiro dia para sair, pois não atendeu as expectativas, mas foi dito que a regra do Booking nesse caso de alta temporada era devolver somente 50% do valor pago. Avaliamos a questão financeira e acabamos ficando, pois as demais pousadas e flats já não tinham disponibilidade com preços mais acessíveis. O proprietário comentou que nunca teve problema e também achei estranho pois possuem boas notas no booking, o que nos fez reservar o local. Mas cabe ressaltar que o proprietário não teve nenhuma demonstração em fazer algo para melhorar a experiência, principalmente em relação às camas, pois banheiro já não tinha muito o que fazer. Acredito que as demais instalações da casa sejam melhores, mas o quarto 6 realmente não foi o que desejamos, principalmente pelo banheiro, que apesar de terem colocado uma placa informando que a utilização era restrita ao quarto 6, fica em área comum, não dando nenhuma privacidade.

Il gestore é stato da subito ospitale e cortese con noi, mostrandosi disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta e rispondendo velocemente alle nostre domande. Lo consigliamo vivamente! Grazie ancora

- Bärbel (9/5): Jederzeit zu empfehlen für Kurzaufenthalte - Tolle Lage, super netter Besitzer, top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gemeinschaftsbereiche sehr schön gestaltet. Die Matratze war mir zu wenig dick und deshalb zu hart. Ich hätte mir einen anderen Badvorleger gewünscht aus dickerem Handtuchstoff, sodass man sehen kann, dass er frisch und unbenutzt ist.

Close to the village buzz, restaurants & shops, yet quiet enough to retreat, work and get a good night sleep. Would definitely come back again :) It would be nice if the shared bathroom could be cleaned daily (especially shower) when more than one room is using it as unfortunately not every guest is as considerate resulting in a lot of hair and sand build up…
