• Hans (9/5): - Liegt gut auf meiner Route. Bei Bedarf werde ich auch wieder hier übernachten. Eine richtige Bettdecke mit Überzug wäre besser. Hier, wie in Spanien üblich nur ein Bettlaken mit Wolldecke am Fußende eingesteckt.

Perfect for an overnight stay on a long trip. - Excellent location right off the highway in both directions, super friendly lady at the reception, easy check-in, great price, very clean and comfortable newly refurbished room, parking right in front of the hotel. The staircase and corridor to the rooms was dirty when I arrived in the evening and the next day at 11:30 it was still the same. Someone must have gotten in with lots of sand and mud on their shoes and didn’t mention it for it to be cleaned. Obviously the cleaning crew only started on the morning, but it ended up spreading because people stepped on it and carried it all around. My room was very clean though as I tried to avoid stepping on the mess. The other point is that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working (not upstairs nor downstairs where the reception lady showed me that her phone was working).

• Devarennes (3/5): - Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions emmène notre petite chienne au restaurant, on nous a dit oui . Et quand la cuisinière qui nous a servi nos assiettes la vu ,cette personne s'est montré très désagréable et agressive . Le repas n’était pas très bon . Nous ne retournerons plus jamais dans cet hôtel . Nous étions en vacances nous n’apprécions pas l'agressivité de cette cuisinière. Visiblement elle déteste les animaux et travaille dans un hôtel qui les accepte .

L'environnement n'est pas glamour mais la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel vous mettent dans un cocon. 3 possibilités de manger sur place. Stationnement aisé et abrité pour les motos. De gentilles attentions de toute l'équipe car c'était mon anniversaire. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe Juste le manque d'intimité entre les WC et la chambre. Mais c'est le concept 😉

• Nacho (8/5): - Me parece buena relación calidad precio , el restaurante está muy bien y buen precio Es la segunda vez que me alojo en el hotel, la 1º la habitación estaba con ducha , el baño moderno , esta vez la habitación tenía bañera ( antiguo) la tapa de la taza rota , que me di un pellizco con ella … igual las habitaciones las están reformando y me tocó una de las que no .

The refurbished bedroom and shower room were very clean. Breakfast was good coffee and fresh warm croissants. Our dogs were welcome so we appreciated that. Noise from the train and traffic but unavoidable as the hotel was in a very handy location for the highway.

• Francisco (10/5): - He quedado gratamente sorprendido con mi estancia en el Hotel Área Serrano. Es el ejemplo perfecto de que un hotel funcional puede ofrecer una experiencia de 10 si se cuidan los detalles. El Hotel: Las instalaciones están impecables. Se nota que se preocupan por el mantenimiento; la habitación era moderna, acogedora y, sobre todo, muy limpia. La cama me permitió descansar de maravilla, algo fundamental si estás en ruta. El Servicio: Sin duda, el alma del lugar. El personal es amable, eficiente y te hace sentir como en casa desde que cruzas la puerta. Te resuelven cualquier duda con una sonrisa y se nota que conocen bien la zona. La Comida: ¡No os lo perdáis! Tanto el desayuno como las opciones de la cafetería/restaurante son fantásticas. Productos locales, raciones generosas y un sabor auténtico. Es el sitio ideal para cargar pilas con una buena comida antes de seguir el viaje. Conclusión: Un hotel con una relación calidad-precio inmejorable cerca de Burgos. Ya sea por trabajo o de paso, es una parada obligatoria. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

• Claire (9/5): Great little place, super easily accessible with friendly and helpful staff - Perfect location, just off the motorway and plenty of parking. Super friendly and helpful staff + dog friendly :) Added bonus of the cafe downstairs for a bite to eat after a long day of travelling!

• Hartmut (8/5): Praktischer Zwischenstopp. Tanken, essen und schlafen - Liegt günstig an der A 62. Super nettes Personal am Empfang und auch später im Restaurant in dem wir gut essen konnten. Schönes Bad. Betten unbequem und leider keine klimatisierten Zimmer.

No hay aire acondionado y rui - En el hotel lo primero que me gustó fue el recibimiento y la atención del personal. Muy agradables y disponibles. La comida casera y muy bien de precio y rica. Muy limpio. Está ubicado en un pueblo pequeño, donde tener paz por unos instantes. Que no tiene aire acondicionado y al abrir la ventana, se escucha el pasar de los camiones.

Te dunne dekens zelfs met de extra deken vond ik het koud. De omgeving vond ik niet prettig. Blij dat het hotel helemaal op slot gaat na 11 uur.

Hay menú para comer y también una cafetería con algunas opciones más rápidas (raciones, hamburguesas, platos combinados...). Las habitaciones bien, limpias y cómodas. Parking con suficiente espacio.

• Naiara (4/5): No enciendas la luz - El parking y los gatos La luz. Saltaba el diferencial cada dos por tres y tardaba mucho tiempo en poder encenderse la luz de nuevo. No me ha pasado esto en la vida en ningun alojamiento. Una vergüenza!!! La ducha es abierta y sale todo el agua encharcandose todo el baño, es una guarrada. No tiene ventilación tampoco y se queda todo húmedo teniendo que limpiarte el ojal con papel mojado. La insonorización es nula. Se escucha cada persona que pasa por el pasillo, los vecinos y el ruido de fuera. Ademas entraba luz por la ventana. No pegaras ojo. Las camas no son nada cómodas y las almohadas son de papel.

I have stayed at Area Serrano twice before (but not for several years). Hotel was very clean and has been recently refurbished. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was excellent value for money! Cannot recommend Area Serrano highly enough!! Nothing!

• Patrick (5/5): Für Zwischenstopp geeignet - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Autobahn und diente uns als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Portugal Reise. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Das gesamte Personal inkl. des Restaurants waren sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, die Badezimmer entsprechen nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Das Restaurant hat den Charme eines Rasthofes.
