• Dine (10/5): Loved My Stay! - There was not one thing I did not like about the Movenpick Living West. I enjoyed my stay so much, I extended my stay a third week! Everyone was so hospitable and accommodating. I also loved the location because it was not in the middle of the congestion of Old Quarter but still close enough. Considering the location, it would have been nice to have a bar or lounge area open after hours. Both dining areas close at 10:30pm

Okay for a stay, but there are a lot of cheaper hotels offering similar. - I had a nice reception, the room was very clean and the breakfast choice okay. I booked that hotel because of the inside pool, expecting it is warm in winter times. It was cool! Breakfast choice could have been better on that hotel level...

Miss Nguyen Khanh Ly at the coffee shop was outstanding. She was a very good host and was very warm and hospitable. House keeping was not consistent. Sometimes they did not replace water bottles, hand towels, sweep the floor, wash and replace used mugs, etc. These detracted from our enjoyment of your property.

• Iresha (10/5): Amazing 4 days - So I stayed at this amazing hotel for like 4 days, and even though I wasn't always hanging out in the hotel itself, I totally vibed with the chill atmosphere and super friendly staff. The place is spotless and looks brand new – I loved it! My room was huge and comfy, perfect for my 4-day stay. Huge shoutout to Mr. Key, the duty manager he was super helpful and genuinely cared about making my stay awesome. He's actually an EXAMPLE for others with his top-notch hospitality! And Zdung Total rockstar for always being there to help me out with whatever I needed. Big thanks to the whole Team.

Everything was great. I did specifically request for a room with a full fixed glass. They said they will arrange it. However, when we checked in the room was not what I requested. So was a bit disappointed there.

Tog upp våra väskor, visade runt oss i rummet och gav tips om platser att gå och hur man tar sig runt i staden med taxi (Grab). Det som uppskattade mest var att han kunde så bra engelska. Tog lite lång tid att checka ut och tiden det tog att betala för det man tog från minibaren.
