• Geraldine (4/5): Hyr man en lägenhet måste det finnas utrustning för att laga mat. - Det saknades kastrull och stekpanna för att laga mat. Vi hyrde en lägenhet för att kunna laga mat! Det saknades instruktioner för varmvatten och värme. Instruktioner på engelska saknades helt.

• Verónica (7/5): Apartamento tranquilo, céntrico y silencioso. - La tranquilidad, el silencio y la ubicación. La zona salón cocina es muy cómoda y espaciosa. Está muy bien equipado con menaje de cocina, electrodomésticos y toallas. Julen, el anfitrión, es muy amable y servicial. El baño es pequeño e incómodo. La mampara de la ducha llega hasta la mitad, y se moja todo el suelo. La cama es grande pero no demasiado cómoda y las almohadas son muy pequeñas y planas.

• Casilari (10/5): - Estaba todo genial, piso muy amplio para dos, todo lo necesario en la cocina, hombre muy atento, bien equipado, cama muy cómoda. Hemos pasado por muchos apartamentos en otros sitios y a este especialmente le damos un 10/10.
• Miguel Angel (9/5): Perfecto - Estuvo todo perfecto. El anfitrión en todo momento atento y preocupado para que estuviese todo correcto. Esto ya no es culpa del apartamento pero lo peor fue el encontrar aparcamiento.

• ALESSIA (10/5): - El apartamento muy limpio, reformado y decorado con todo detalle. Ubicacion muy comoda para poder visitar la ciudad. Quizas un poco complicado aparcar en la zona. Así como nos aconsejó el anfitrion, al ser zona azul, es recomendable buscar parking.

Fully equipped to have a peaceful homy stay. Julen was very responsive and committed to ensure we had a lovely time.

• antonio (10/5): - La ubicación y la comodidad de todo el apartamento La ducha, se salia el agua muy facilmente de la misma. También que las ventanas que dan al pasaje no tengan rejas, lo cual hace que tengan que estar siempre cerradas.

Dimensione perfetta della casa, peccato sia al piano terra e che non abbia parcheggio, per il resto tutto perfetto Peccato per piano terra, manca il condizionatore (ma forse non serve) e parcheggio. Ma in fin dei conti è andato tutto bene

• Raul Cuadrado Rojo (9/5): - Zona tranquila y cerca del centro, más retirado de la zona de playa a la que hay que acudir en coche. Apartamento bonito, funcional y con todo lo necesario y accesorios no encontrados habitualmente. Detalle agradable de bienvenida del anfitrión. Zona azul todos los alrededores y difícil aparcamiento por la tarde. Poca ventilación al ser un bajo, aunque es una ciudad más fresca, si te pilla una semana intensa de calor se echa en falta un ventilador de techo o aire acondicionado para dormir o refrescar la casa que coge bastante temperatura, ya que no puedes abrir la ventana por dar a una plaza a nivel de suelo o algo más abajo.

• Katja (7/5): - Die Lage entsprach der Beschreibung, relativ ruhig und dennoch nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum (15 min zu Fuß) gelegen. Die Wohnung an sich war einladend gestaltet, schön geschnitten und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber verlief problemlos und zügig. Wie bei vielen Ferienwohnungen war die Ausstattung mit Kochutensilien eher minimal: 2 kleine stark abgenutzte Pfannen, 1 Kochtopf, 1 stumpfes großes Messer. Besteck und Geschirr waren ausreichend vorhanden.

• Lou-ann (10/5): Exceptional - It had everything I needed and was just outside the tourist area. I like being in areas where the locals live, yet it was an easy 15 mins to beach, bus & train station. Spent 2 nights very comfy bed. It was a bit tricky to find at first as entrance is not on the main road but the back but once I figured it out no problem

• Voyavels.it (10/5): Exceptional - We were in Santander on March and stayed to this apartment. All is great! We loved the design and the position, in city center, near main street. The apartment was very clean and it had all confort for the stay. Access to the structure was quick and smart. I also really appreciated the kindness of the owner Julen, a very helpful person. I recommend this apartment for a stay in Santander! Nothing.

• Paul (10/5): Clean and comfortable apartment in an excellent location - The accommodation was very comfortable and the host (Julen) was very attentive and always available and happy to answer your enquiries. The property can certainly be described as 'tranquil'. The arrival of a storm (the remnants of Hurricane Kirk) and the celebrations surrounding Spain's 'National Day' didn't disturb this tranquility. It is located 5 minutes away from 'San Fernando' a main shopping/cafe area of Santander and there are plenty of local bars/cafes closer to the property. The train/bus station are within a 15 minute walk and, once you get the hang of them, the local TUS bus service is great for getting around the city. I recommend getting a TUS card. I'd certainly return to this apartment if visiting Santander in the future. no negative comments to make

• Eri (10/5): Nice and modern - The apartment is modern and clean. The kitchen is beautiful, and has all the amenities that you might need for a short stay. Cafes and restaurants around. We were 3 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for the third person. The shower is nice and powerful, but you need to watch yourself, not wet the whole bathroom (no shower door). Em general, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Parking If you will have a car, prepare to spend money with parking. It is almost impossible to get a spot on the street ( also paid), street parking is free overnight. A bit loud at night with people talking outside your window, from the restaurant next door, but they eventually stop.

• Christopher (9/5): A really great ,well equipped apartment in a non touristy hood - A very nice, big and clean apartment. The kitchen was the best equiped that I had in 2 months of travel.Host also provided free coffee tabs !! Much appreciated. I was never given the WIFI code ,but figured it out. Couldnt get the TV to normal TV station mode.(maybe I`m too stupid)
