Le logement était impeccable, très propre et bien entretenu, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Un grand merci à Liliana, qui gère le chalet avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Elle est particulièrement attentive, à l’écoute et très réactive en cas de besoin, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis bien accueillis et pris en charge. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement sans hésitation !

• Evelina (9/5): Eine schöne Wohnung - Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allen möglichen Extras. Das Highlight war der geschmackvoll eingerichtete große Wohn-/Essbereich mit Kamin und echten Pflanzen.. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften zwei Stunden früher einchecken. Beide Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer befinden sich im Spitzboden mit vielen Schrägen, was für die Menschen ab 1,70 ein Problem darstellen kann. Das größere Schlafzimmer ist zur Hauptstraße und auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern etwas hellhörig. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es Renovierungsarbeiten in Nebenwohnung.

• Joëlle (10/5): Merveilleux appartement au paradis - L'accueil, l'emplacement. L'ppartement est immense, superbement décoré, très bien aménagé. Nous pouvons y déposer nos valises et y vivre directement comme à la maison . Liliana nous avait même préparé le bois dans la cheminée, une plaque de chocolat et une bouteille de mousseux nous attendait au frais. La douche SPA est exceptionnelle et la TV énorme. L'emplacement est central et très calme. Et les 2 WC sont très appréciables. Rien.

Hier ist wirklich alles perfekt: die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber, die hervorragende Lage in Bezug auf Verkehrsanbindung, Geschäfte und Bergbahn sowie die makellose Sauberkeit in allen Räumen. Es wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht: Hygieneartikel im Badezimmer, sämtliches Geschirr und Küchengeräte, Grundzutaten zum Kochen und für eine gemütliche Teestunde. Und mit welchem Geschmack, Stil und welcher Liebe zum Detail das Interieur gestaltet ist – das lässt sich kaum in Worte fassen, es ist einfach nur pure Bewunderung. Der Kamin hat dieses Bild natürlich vollkommen abgerundet. Wir werden ganz bestimmt noch einmal hierher zurückkehren – es hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen, und wir empfehlen anderen Gästen von Herzen, ihren Urlaub hier in Kandersteg zu verbringen. Es war ein echtes alpines Märchen – vielen herzlichen Dank!!! Für mich persönlich war wirklich alles perfekt!!! Vielleicht ist es für andere Gäste hilfreich zu wissen, dass die Toiletten in der Wohnung nicht abschliessbar sind (falls das jemanden stört). Ausserdem zur Info: Die Apartments liegen im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug und gehen über zwei Ebenen.

Top notch amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances. The fire place was extra cozy. The location was excellent. The owner was very attentive. • Paula (10/5): Geweldige accomodatie op top locatie. Super host - Chalet Santa Maria was voor ons de perfecte plek om Kerst te vieren. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons heel erg welkom, dankzij Liliana. Het chalet was prachtig versierd in kerstsfeer. We kwamen al vroeg in de ochtend met de trein aan en mochten onze bagage direct achterlaten en zelfs eerder inchecken. Op de dag van vertrek konden we langer blijven, wat ontzettend fijn was omdat we pas ’s avonds weer vertrokken. Het appartement is in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Het is ruim, warm en van alle gemakken voorzien, en zelfs meer dan dat. De open haard zorgde voor extra sfeer en was voor ons echt een grote plus. Alles klopte, we hebben er enorm van genoten. De douche was fantastisch en had leuke extra’s zoals een radio, sfeerverlichting en zelfs een steamer, wat echt een verrassing was. De bedden sliepen heerlijk en zijn van goede kwaliteit. Vanuit elk raam heb je een prachtig uitzicht op weer een andere berg. De ligging is ideaal. Het chalet ligt op loopafstand van het station, de supermarkt en verschillende restaurants. De bushalte naar Sunnbüel en Blausee is vlakbij en naar de Oeschinensee kun je gemakkelijk wandelen. Alles is goed bereikbaar. Kortom, een geweldige plek waar werkelijk niets ontbreekt. Liliana, heel erg bedankt voor alles. We komen hier zeker terug als we weer naar Kandersteg gaan. Een dikke 10!! Alles was geweldig!

Liliana was perfect host. The location of apartment was very near Kandersteg train station, grocery store as well as the cable car to the lake. We will definitely consider staying again

• Silvia (10/5): Super Wohnung - Gemütliche und saubere Wohnung mit super Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und wurde während Aufenthalt nachgefragt, ob etwas fehlt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen, einfach perfekt! Das dritte Schlafzimmer gibt es nicht. Es ist ein Durchgang wo noch Betten hingestellt werden können. Zu viert war es somit kein Problem! Zweites Bad hat nur Lavabo und WC

Parkplätze sind vor der Tür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank für alles, Liliana! Wir hatten von den Bildern vorher nicht gesehen, dass das dritte Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Da wir aber mit der Familie gereist sind, war das kein Thema für uns. Wir waren zu sechst unterwegs.

It was well-equipped and all of the little details were thought of from a fully stocked spice cabinet, extra coffee beans, and a welcome bottle of prosecco to toothbrushes and tiny toothpaste tubes. The balcony has amazing views. The living room and dining room were spacious and tastefully decorated. There is a little fireplace that created the most cosy environment. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating. The location was quiet and not too far from the train station. We all wish we had stayed longer. Nothing - everything was perfect!

Дуже сподобався вид з балкону🤩 Дякую Ліліана! В 2ій спальні було досить жарко 🥵. Спати при відкритому вікні не було можливості так як дуло з вікна. В спекотні ночі мабуть краще спати на дивані в залі:)

Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und hat uns immer schnell und gerne bei all unseren Anliegen geholfen. Der Ausblick aus den Fenstern und vom Balkon war atemberaubend. Abends haben wir den Kamin und die gemütliche Atmosphäre besonders genossen. Ausserdem liegt die Unterkunft nur 20 Minuten zu Fuss von der Seilbahn zum Oeschinensee entfernt - ein großer Pluspunkt! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder - und das nicht nur einmal! Nichts. Alles war wunderbar!

• Mindaugas (10/5): A true piece of perfection. - There’s always that special feeling when you find a true gem, and you simply don’t want to share it. That’s exactly how I felt about these apartments. It’s perfection in every sense. I travel often, but it’s rare to find a place where absolutely nothing is missing. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a meal, even appliances most guests probably wouldn’t use, but they’re there just in case. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, and the shower even lets you play music so you can sing along while you wash. The living room feels like a private cinema, with a screen over three meters wide. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome. A bar of Swiss chocolate and a bottle of prosecco await you. When I asked the host if there was a way to dry our wet clothes, she kindly took care of them for us. They came back washed, dry, and neatly folded. You often see booking platforms say that the photos match reality. In this case, they don’t. The reality is so much better. Truly 11 out of 10. The host even apologized that there was no mountain view from the balcony because it was raining and cloudy at the time. I sincerely wish every host could offer just a fraction of the warmth and care found in this place. We didn’t want to leave – we wished we could stay longer.

• Marcia (9/5): - Gostei da experiência de ficar num autêntico chalé, residência de suíços. O apartamento é lindo, bem equipado, limpeza impecável. Vista maravilhosa para as montanhas do lago Oeschinensee e perto de mercado e restaurantes da simpática Kandersteg. Não incomodou, mas pode ser um problema para outros o fato de ter um lance de escadas para chegar ao apto. Outro detalhe é que o terceiro quarto não é um quarto, é um espaço onde tem uma cama, aberto para o hall da escada. O segundo banheiro é um lavabo, não tem chuveiro.

The chalet itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with every detail taken care of to perfection. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and essentials one could ask for, making it feel just like home. Toiletries were of high quality, and plenty of soft, clean towels were provided. The beds were extremely comfortable with fresh, crisp linens that added to the cozy, luxurious feel of the place. From the warm ambiance to the impeccable cleanliness, everything was spot on. It’s rare to find a place where so much attention is given to the smallest comforts — but here, they’ve truly thought of everything. The hospitality was simply outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Nothing

Décoration moderne et chaleureuse. Nous avons adorer notre séjour confortable et la réactivité de Liliana.

• Lourdes Páez (10/5): Relajación en un entorno espectacular - La tranquilidad del entorno, la decoración y todas las necesidades cubiertas en el apartamento (incluso una amiga se quemó sin querer y había para curar quemaduras). Es un sitio espectacular, y Liliana es superagradable y muy amable. Volveríamos a repetir si pudieramos. Nada. Todo perfecto.
• Bernd (10/5): - Sehr nette Vermieter, absolut unkomplizierte Übernahme/Abgabe. Habe ich noch selten so erlebt.Garage durfte benutzt werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Cherazad (10/5): Magnifique endroit - La destination etait génial l’appartement très propre et très beau, très accueillant. La responsable très gentille et pleines de petites attentions.
• Julien (8/5): Séjour authentique ! - L’hôte Anneliese, qui est une femme attentionnée et qui prend à cœur de faire vivre un bon moment à ses locataires ! Le logement est mignon, propre et bien rénové Le hameau où se situe les chalets est magnifique et tellement authentique, un émerveillement pour les yeux et le cœur avec une âme et une histoire remontant à + de 1957. Il manque juste peut être un micro onde dans la cuisine mais tout le reste est en quantité il ne manque rien !

• Johnny Alexander (10/5): Excelente ! - La decoración súper bonita, muy limpio, está bien equipado, todo en buen estado. La verdad me gustó todo, jaja.
• Dan (9/5): Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt - Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich, was die Nutzung auch bei schlechtem Wetter angenehm macht. Details wie ein Kamin, grossformatiges TV und Kaffeemaschine für die Zubereitung aus frischen Kaffeebohnen verschönern den Aufenthalt zusätzlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam, neben Tips für die Gegend von Patrick, hat uns Liliana sogar die Wäsche gemacht weil es eine Waschmaschine im Gemeinschaftsbereich der Wohnung gab die anscheinend nicht optimal funktionierte zum Moment unseres Aufenthaltes. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage und ein Stellplatz davor gleich neben dem Eingang. Wir können das Objekt gerne weiterempfehlen
