• Melissa (9/5): Overall a comfortable neat and tidy unit. Common areas needs addressing by body corporate. - We loved the actual unit. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The location was very ordinary, the common areas were filthy and smelt. The unit was fantastic.

Prompt clear communication from property owner Great location to Shopping and public transport and motorways. The carpark seemed easy to accommodate the first night and we were unable to locate the second night as if the number for the carpark disappeared. Lugging luggage up 3 flights of stairs The aesthetic of the hallway to the apartment had stained carpets.
• Dimitri (1/5): This place is so awful that it is laughable. - This place is such a dive - I wish I never found it. We left 20 minutes after arrival and asked Booking.com for a refund. Garbage everywhere in the common areas, urine stains all over the walls and black stained carpets to greet you. You get to the apartment expecting some relief, and then the 'real' smell hits you as soon as you open the apartment door. It's like the odor of a rotting corpse and that is being as nice as I can. The shower was full of scum. Just an all-round filthy place. You'd never sleep in one of those beds... There is nothing good I can say about this place. Stay away! Other options nearby include free breakfast and a clean room.

• Clare (8/5): This property had everything we needed for our stay and the host is a really good person. - The property was clean and well organised and had everything we needed. We stayed there because a family member was having an operation at Blacktown hospital and we wanted to be nearby. What was exceptional about our stay was that the host helped us when we checked out early having been told our family member was being discharged and then couldn't get back in when our family member was suddenly told they had to stay longer in hospital. This was at considerable inconvenience to the host, late at night, and we were really impressed by their kindness to us. There's nothing the host could do about this, but if you are old and infirm (like me!), it's not that easy to climb the first flight of stairs from the underground carpark because there is no hand rail. There are hand rails higher up. The apartment is on the second storey. I did manage it though.

• Jahur (5/5): Stay was an average - Location was good if you have a car but distance to train station is not 10 minutes walk Had to walk through the stairs to 2nd floor , stairs had bad smell. 2nd floor was not properly marked with room number. Car space was not clean as leaves & dirt were on the floor at the end of car spot. Also had difficult to park car due to the size & location of car spot

• Richelle (5/5): - It was not properly cleaned; hair in shower, kitchen amenities and dishes somewhat dirty. Several things were broken; carport door, balcony screen door, shower door did not close.

• Ji (9/5): Great value for the money! - Even though the building's exterior looked old, everything inside was clean and of good quality. The room temperature was easily managed with the A/C, and the bed and bathroom were super clean. The host was tremendously kind. We forget to pack one of our items inside the place, the host brought it back to us with no problem. Thanks again! Hair ryer in the bathroom would be good. And some teabags near kettles would be much nice.

• John (3/5): Did not feel safe. - Apartment was fine. The building was terrible. Parking was difficult and garage was not secured. The building was dirty and smelled. The neighborhood was not good and did not look safe. It was a hassle to find the keys, the apartment and the parking space.

• David (1/5): Never again. - Location. It was good for where we were going. I am 70, and my wife is 72 years of age. The owner of the unit met us at the location and showed us how to get to the unit. (39 or so steps later) we got to our unit. When we entered, there was a very strong odour, which he said he had been renovating the unit. After carrying our luggage up the (39 or so steps) taking four or five trips, I was exhausted. We had travelled all day and decided to go to bed and have a better look around the next morning. The next day, when we had a good look around, we found moth balls placed around the unit, even on the kitchen bench. Black hairs in the shower and on the top of the bathtub. On the balcony, which looks good on their photos, we had pigeons nesting on the outside air conditioning unit. There were feathers and pigeon excrement all over the floor, so we never had much use of the balcony. In the kitchen, the microwave oven was too dirty to use.The oven in the stove had a roasting tray that had not been cleaned from the last time it had been used. We couldn't decide if the odour was from the new paint, the mothballs all through the unit, or from the pigeons roosting on the air conditioning unit outside and the odour being sucked in from their roosting spot. We had to conclude that the odour was a mixture of all three. We had booked for four nights, and we basically only used the unit for sleeping and showers. After staying three nights, we just couldn't stand the odour anymore. We booked other accommodation elsewhere without pigeons, mothballs, stray hairs and the unknown odour.
