• rasheeda (3/5): - The house itself was nice. to many rules, the host doesn’t communicate properly. You can’t control the lights in the backyard yourself, you can’t control the AC. Supposed to have the entire house to yourself, but there is someone in the garage all day which I understand we don’t have access to it but I felt like they was there watching our every move. You have lights shining in the room downstairs all night so you’re unable to sleep. One of the bathrooms have no curtain so you basically showering exposed. Neighbors window was right there and can look in the window The neighbor blast music so loud after 10 o’clock you also can’t sleep . It doesn’t say that when booking. It’s a Jacuzzi attached to the pool, but the host thinks it’s a regular pool. Horrible experience, nice house tho.

• Cardeja (3/5): They need to invest in heat and not have their guest to pay extra money for amenities that should be included. - Beautiful home It was freezing cold, they don’t have heat. We had to buy heaters to warm up the house. You had to pay extra money to warm up the pool and hot tub.

• Woods (10/5): great stay ,beach drive wasnt bad as expected we left for the beach in the morning 37min drive - I like setup of the home the rooms was big and accommodated all of our guest. it was like a home away from everything was at the home that we had a great outdoor dinner by the pool and grill N/A
• Christian (10/5): Tolles Haus und sehr sauber - Das Haus entspricht zu 100 % den Bildern. Es ist sehr großzügig und super sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien die man zum Kochen benötigt. Das Highlight ist natürlich die außen Küche mit riesen Kühlschrank. Auch hier befinden sich alle Utensilien, die man zum Grillen benötigt. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Besteck. Bei Rückfragen war unser Vermieter immer sofort erreichbar und hatte sehr schnell eine Lösung parat. Insgesamt ist das ein tolles Feriendomizil! Wir kommen in jedem Falle wieder!

• Carnika (8/5): Overall, my stay was great. - It was a great location and the community in the neighbors were very friendly and quiet. The host was not very nice, and the host did not know how to communicate only through text. I felt as a host you should be able to answer the phone for us when we call you. I did not know if I was talking to a man or a woman because they chose not to communicate with me but only through text. The upstairs bathroom was not working properly, so some of my guest had to go use the bathroom by the pool

Didn’t see or hear any neighbours. 😀 Just if you are after the beach it’s a minimum 35 min to drive. To Miami and Key Biscane beach more like an hour.

• Curtis (10/5): Worth the money - The host was very responsive and easy going. The host explained everything upon arrival to the villa. The home had just enough space for all 6 of us that stayed there. The amenities worked out great. The distance from the villa to downtown Miami was about 40-45 minutes, which wasn't too bad because we wanted to stay out of the mix. The villa was close to nearby stores such as Walgreens, Walmart, 7-Eleven, and gas stations. There is nothing that we didn't like. Everything was great.

• Julianny (7/5): - Si muy cómodo y lindo. La dueña pasa todo el día vigilando en las cámaras no tienes privacidad alguna. En la parte del frente de la casa y en el fondo. Absolutamente todo el día viendo que estás haciendo cada segundo. Y me parece una falta de respeto, yo fui con mi familia y todos se sentían vigilados por las cámaras en el patio y el timbre del frente de la casa todo el día vigilándote las entradas y salidas.FATAL

• Terez (10/5): Who needs the beach when you have tropical paradise in your yard - I loved everything about the house. It was excellent . This trip was to celebrate my sister in law birthday . It was six of us .The check in was easy and the host was very responsive. The pool I absolutely loved and the bar b que area was everything. I am travel agent and I posted my stay in the house on my page and so many people wanted the information for the property. This property was truely a tropical paradise oasis. There was nothing I didn't like about the place. Only thing was out 5 bedroom only two rooms had tvs. Which was ok for us because we was able to enjoy the beautiful property and when it was time to watch tv we was to tired.
