• Tünde (1/5): - Érkezés napján a szállásadó megkérdezte, mikor érkezünk, és a 14–15 óra közötti időpontot vissza is igazolta. Ennek ellenére 14:15-ös érkezésünkkor még nem tudtuk elfoglalni a szállást. Először 15 percet, majd újabb 25 percet kért, így végül közel 45 percet kellett az utcán várakoznunk fáradtan. Amikor végre feljutottunk az apartmanba, meglepve tapasztaltuk, hogy a nappaliban több bőrönd, ruhák és személyes tárgyak voltak szétszórva. Kiderült, hogy ezek az előző vendégek holmijai, akik még nem hagyták el a szállást. Erről előzetesen semmilyen tájékoztatást nem kaptunk. A szállásadó folyamatosan kitérő válaszokat adott, és nem tudott egyértelmű választ adni arra, mikor távoznak az előző vendégek, miközben náluk volt a lakás màsik kulcsa is. Ez számunkra kifejezetten kellemetlen és biztonság szempontjából is aggályos volt. Este 7 óra körül váratlanul három idegen férfi lépett be az apartmanba kulccsal, ami rendkívül kellemetlen helyzetet teremtett. Elmondásuk szerint ők előre jelezték, hogy csak este hagyják el a szállást, amit a szállásadó elfogadott – ugyanakkor őket sem tájékoztatták arról, hogy mi aznap már megérkezünk és ott tartózkodunk. További negatívum, hogy egy korábbi (februári) értékelésben már említett hibák – például a törött és laza WC-ülők – április végére sem kerültek javításra. A központi klíma szellőzője pedig vastagon poros volt. Összességében a kommunikáció hiánya, a szervezetlenség és a kellemetlen helyzetek miatt senkinek nem ajánlom a szállást.

• Paula (10/5): What an absolutely lovely property. It is clean and spacious and in a great location. - There were a couple of small issues which I pointed out to the host, he was very responsive to this so I am sure they will rectified in time for the next person's stay.

I left the keys inside my apartment and i tried contacting the guy and he didn’t respond, he texted me the next morning i was lucky that my friend lives in battersea i stayed at his place for the night. i’m not saying it’s his mistake but im paying good money expecting good service.

• Ria (7/5): Really good access, I’m disabled so I’m really happy with the access. - Location and access Lots of broken things ie toilet flush, no under sink wall covering bare mdf with visible old adhesive, 2 cracked glass draw’s on chests, missing handles on some bedroom furniture. Just took away from the luxury feel of the place

• Robin (9/5): Stunning but expensive apartment. Would recommend. Needs some basics such as milk, maybe a mineral water and coffe bags. - Luxury For the price. A welcome pack should be provided. Just with milk, tea bags, coffee. For nearly 280 pounds a night all hotels provide this. Lost visitors have a tremendous journeys and don’t want to be messing around looking for shops.

• Alexander (4/5): Do not recommend. - Nice flat in general, right across Battersea park, all amenities in place, nice surroundings. However, the experience was mostly bad: 1. I have arrived around 5 pm and the flat was not cleaned after the previous check out, not made up bed sheets, trash in the bin, greasy marks all around the furniture. I had to wait for cleaning to be done urgently. 2. I have waited for check-in guy for one hour (he was late) just standing on the street with some rain. 3. The property doesn’t respond to this matter at all, just ignoring my messages.

The stove top was not functioning, some bulbs of the light were not good. I could connect to the Wi-Fi after three days , I could not find the Wi-Fi Password.
