• Mariella (6/5): It was okay, good value for money. The staff were nice, the room was clean. - I like how it’s close to the airport and food stalls around the area. I was asked to move rooms on my second morning because they needed the room for renovation. It was so unexpected and an inconvenience as I was comfortable in my room already.

• santiago (4/5): - The listing on Booking.com is misleading. It is presented as an “apartment”, but upon arrival they assign a ground-floor room with significant humidity. They use photos of actual apartments that they also rent, which creates confusion when booking. The room provided does not match what is advertised. Additionally, it was noisy and the bed was uncomfortable. When I requested a change, I was asked to pay an extra 350,000 VND. Unclear advertising and a disappointing experience.0

• Vy (3/5): - Staff is friendly The room was dark, no windows. It didn’t look like what I booked. There was a dead cockroach on the floor. It seemed like they gave us a back up room on the first floor which didn’t clean at all. The bathroom was smelling, toilet was dirty. I stayed there three years ago and it wasn’t like it. Disappointed!

Trước khi mình book phòng mình đã được review khá kỹ của từng khách hàng đã ở đây, có 1 review của khách viết là ga giường bị cháy 1 lỗ do thuốc lá hoặc bàn ủi( ks có thể đọc lại trên đánh giá ở booking.com, mình có gửi kèm hình ảnh bên dưới)nên lúc nhận phòng mình đã phát hiện nhưng nghĩ là ks đã biết nên k báo lại, vì cũng k ảnh hưởng mình lắm. Nhưng khi check out bạn lễ tân kiểm tra phòng và nói do mình làm hỏng, mình đã giải thích nhiều lần là lúc mình vào đã có vết này rồi và phòng c k hút thuốc và k dùng bàn ủi nhưng bạn nhất quyết k chịu và nói “chính e là người thay ga giường cho phòng chị nên e chắc chắn là ga giường k bị hư hỏng gì” và khăng khăng do mình. Mình nhờ bạn lễ tân liên hệ cô dọn phòng hỏi xem cô có biết về việc này k, sau khi cùng cô dọn phòng và bạn đó xuống phòng kiểm tra thì cô xác nhận là vết này đã bị trước đó rồi nhưng do hôm mình đến vì k đủ ga giường mới nên k thay, sau đó bạn lễ tân mới k nói mình chịu trách nhiệm nữa và bảo mình có thể out rồi và k hề có 1 lời xin lỗi mình kèm thái độ rất dửng dưng. Mình cảm thấy mình bị xúc phạm (nếu do mình làm thì mình hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm ) nhưng k nhận được lời xin lỗi, mặc dù mình k hề làm gì sai. Quá thất vọng vì dịch vụ mà bạn lễ tân mang đến cho mình.

• Jake (8/5): At this price range it's a good hotel . - The staff. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. We had an issue with the room and he was extremely helpful and sorted it out. What could've been a big issue was made into a non issue because of his great help. It was a pleasure to meet him. Just the small issue with the room but as I said it got sorted.

• Benjamin (8/5): Was moved to a different location due to hotel overbooking - They overbooked their hotel and forced me to stay at a different hotel 1.3 kms away, like an "overflow" house, same owner. Room was spacious, decently clean, good wifi, comfortable bed, AC was powerful and easy to control, shower and bathroom both nice, tiny private kitchen which was dirty but it didn't need it. I booked this hotel specifically because of its proximity to the airport because I needed to pick up my wife at night, so it was very frustrating to be moved 1.3 kms further from the airport without any notice. Also, after my stay, the host "cancelled" my booking so it appeared as though I didn't show, which caused Booking to send me an inquiry email, also very annoying.

• Tony (7/5): Good - Initially we were given a room on a lower floor with marked walls and it was not an apartment like we booked. There was a baby crying in the adjacent room, which would not have been good for a 3 night stay. So they moved us to an apartment on the top floor, with an outside kitchen & bathroom. The sliding door to the outside kitchen and bathroom was not easy to open and close. The street opposite is full of cafes with loud noise from people partying until late at night.

• Tu (10/5): Perfect property to stay. - My family stayed two weeks in Ngo House and we were really enjoyed our staying. This property is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It’s perfect location. The food market is at front of this house. The staffs are very friendly and helpful and it’s very good price. Highly recommended.

• Bao (9/5): Superb - I escotch my friend to HCMC for local experience, and Ngo is located right in the center of crowded area, where we easily find local food and local beer places. Dont forget to try the Pho bistro right just cross the road, the taste represents the Southern Vietnam Pho. Clean, friendly, comfy those are my feedback words. Thank you!

We had some issues with which room we had booked- wasn’t clear from the listing and we wanted a room with balcony and/or kitchenette, but were first put in a room with just a double bed. However staff were very friendly and let us move rooms, so this seemed to be an issue with the online listing rather than a scam.

There was this weird banging noise from my ceiling for two nights in a row. It wouldn’t stop until the morning

She helps me to find my lost motorbike and also keep the stuffs i forgot there. Highly recommend this place. They also got a little coffee shop downstair with delicious smoothies! 10/10

• Tomoko (8/5): I liked there! - My room did not have balcony but the laundry service is free at the laundry space , then I could wash my cloth by myself, it is quite helpful for me, the room has kitchen but not enough material, I had to borrow hot kettle , but when I asked, the host was helpful to offer the lack of the facility, beds are nice, not so noisy though it located in market, enough pho restaurants around, only 5min. To international airport. If it is clean in public area, it would be excellent.
