Unfortunately, I had an accident and contacted the property directly, where I was assured that we could move our stay to 25 August – 1 September. Although this meant our stay would be reduced from 10 nights to 7 nights, we agreed to pay the full amount out of gratitude for the flexibility. However, upon arrival on 25 August, we were shocked to find that the apartment provided was not the one we had booked. Instead, we received a unit with one fewer room, no balcony, and in a terrible condition. The apartment was dirty, the walls and ceilings were falling apart, and it was entirely unacceptable. Due to these circumstances, we left after only one night (on 26 August at 10:00 a.m.). We cleaned the apartment, left the keys inside as instructed, and immediately informed the property. A man even called us to ask if we had finally left. Since then, we have been trying to contact the property regarding a refund of nearly €1000, but they have stopped responding. The last message we received stated only that someone from a company would contact us in September about the refund – but we have not been given any contact details, and no one has reached out. This is a clear breach of contract, and we are urgently requesting a full refund of the amount paid. Please treat this matter with urgency. • Wrennfors (3/5): Vi kommer inte att hyra där igen, - Bra layout på lägenheten. ACerna fungerade fint. Det fanns pol. Det var rent när vi kom. Köket var dåligt utrustat, elen i lägenhet fungerade bara på vissa ställen, kontakter var öppna och de sprakade när man anslut i kontakterna. Mycket ljud på kvällar och nätter vilket gjorde det svårt att sova Kostnad för att använda solstolarna vid polen. Kontakten med värden var svår, svarade inte när man skrev, ringde och mailade. Tog lång tid att få svar.

• Francisco jose (5/5): - La Ubicación, la piscina El apartamento necesita una vuelta, mantenimiento, interruptores de luz que no funcionan, luces fundidas, las ventanas aíslan poco y es una zona ruidosa por la noche. La nevera vierte agua, cajones que se caen, en fin necesita una vuelta

• Bronwen (10/5): The apartment was clean, comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. - The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the railway station and about 2 minutes from the harbour. The shower cubicle was small and very old, it needs updating .The shower in the other bathroom is over the bath, a grab handle on the wall would be very helpful and would make it much safer.
• Linda (7/5): We enjoyed it very much and will probably return. - Lovely views. excellent location. very comfortable and very nice host. Short on towels. We had to use our hand towel as a bath mat.
