Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Darren (4/5): Beds weren’t made on arrival, house cleaner took house keys home after visit and returned them next morning. Made 3 phon - Beds were comfortable , bathrooms ok and 1 of the couches in lounge area was so comfortable House wasn’t cleaned properly in a while , dead bugs , cobwebs and general build up around architraves of a lack of a good vacuum & dust

Brianna (7/5): Good - Comfortable beds, great location and easy to walk to Main Street cafes and shops! Great backyard, my kids had a ball playing cricket! Hot water service is tiny for the amount of occupants the house caters for, by the time you do dishes, and everyone has showers there is no water left, 7 of us for daily showers and not enough hot water to go around! Dryer doesn’t work at all! Only one bath mat, tea towel, dish cloth and hand towel available for each bathroom, for a 5 day stay there needs to be more then one available, they were disgusting 2-3 days in!

Aidan (10/5): Fantastic!! Spacious home, great for large families for a great price. - Great house for a family of 8. Awesome deck area and great little backyard for the kids. Inside was beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Hot water wasn’t good at the back of the property where the large bedroom and ensuite is but the owners were lovely about it as they had just purchased the home and getting it fixed straight away. May also need a better clothes line.

Richard (7/5): close to town, plenty of space to relax - Nice and spacious. fully equipped kitchen. Good location recommend for families unfortunately there was no gas in the bootle for the bbq,so we could not use it for our family lunch. Floors needed a better vacuum.
