• tamara (9/5): - El apartamento nos ha encantado, esta decorado con gusto, muy limpio y nos ha resultado muy comodo. Esta muy cerquita del centro. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna. La unica pega que le pondria es que es un 4° piso sin ascensor

• Alessio (9/5): Bellissima città ed ottimo soggiorno. - Struttura pulita e comoda per 4 persone. Possiede tutte le qualità per un soggiorno duraturo anche se noi l'abbiamo utilizzato solo qualche giorno. Proprietario gentile e disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Sicuramente lo consiglierò. Nulla da segnalare.

• CRISTINA (7/5): - Estaba muy equipado con cosas de cocina, champú, gel etc ... Aire acondicionado y ventilador. Bien situado. 4 pisos sin ascensor y que la salida fuera a las 11... Demasiado pronto

• José Ramón (3/5): Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. - Die Lage der Wohnung war zentral. Das Zimmer war sehr unsauber, die Dusche verschimmelt, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab, die Duschtür schloss nicht richtig, der Spülsteinablauf im Badezimmer war defekt, der Spülstein und die Flächen der Küche total verfettet und unsauber, der gesamte Fußboden hatte große Risse, barfußlaufen nicht möglich, zwei Küchenstühle nicht benutzbar, Schrauben rausgebrochen, wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr geekelt. Dachfenster im Obergeschoss defekt, konnte nicht geöffnet werden.

• Alina (10/5): The perfect stay and host in Santander! - The aparment is simply amazing. Situated in a quiet street, walking distance to the center, spacious, it has the necessary ammenities and extra but still keeps an unique character (I think that the photos don't do justice 🙂, the apartment is much more lovely in reality). And Raul is the greatest host ever! He is very welcoming and makes sure everything is perfect. We had a lovely time there! Gracias, Raul! -
