• Анна (10/5): - Чудесное место! 10 из 10. Попали случайно, опоздали на рейс из Еревана, пришлось брать билет на следующий день из Гюмри. Быстро забронировали, нас очень гостеприимно встретили в 12 часу ночи, все показали. Сервис на высоте, дизайн номеров прекрасный, рядом пруд, птицы поют. Обязательно приедем ещё!

• Anzhela (5/5): - Из плюсов: новые номера и еще свежий интерьер. Большая удобная кровать и Smart TV За 3 дня ни разу не убрались в номерах. В одном из двух номеров изначально весь пол был грязным, так и остался до конца. Вешали на дверь табличку с просьбой убрать, в итоге в первый раз зашли забрали рандомно по одному полотенцу из номеров, не заменили использованные на свежие. И добавили по 2 бутылки воды. Во второй раз только забрали полотенца, которые мы положили в корзины. Так же не положили новые и не забрали использованные с крючков. В этот раз даже воду не оставили)) При том, что в номерах было по одной уже полупустой бутылке. Оставались в очень многих отелях, но такого безалаберного отношения со стороны горничных не видели. Все полотенца, кстати, пахли сильно какой-то химозой, было очень неприятно ими пользоваться. В душевой комнате тоже стоял запах сырости. Завтрак тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Только в первое утро на столе стоял кофе (плохого качества и вкуса), в остальные дни ни кофе, ни чая не было, но зачем-то каждый раз ставили на стол порезанный лимон и сахар)) Горячие напитки нужно заказывать отдельно. Выбор еды совсем маленький. Те же самые тарелки с небольшой нарезкой колбасы, сыров, зелени и овощей. Все однообразное и в малом количестве. Возможно, из-за небольшого числа постояльцев, но тогда логичнее было бы подавать комплексные завтраки из нескольких вариантов на выбор. На второй день проживания на завтрак было пару кусочков хлеба и засохший лаваш, похоже, что положили то, что осталось с прошлого утра и так дало со всеми остальными позициями.

The room had everything I needed, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

• Gracha (9/5): - Невероятно модные и комфортные номера, отличные удобства - от тапочек и мыла до кровати и душевой. Мультимедиа на высшем уровне, смарт телевизор с доступом к приложениям. Минусов мы не заметили.
• Kukatova (9/5): - Большой номер, тепло, зимой отлично обогревается все Разочаровал завтрак. Мы попросили его с собой положить, тк выезжали в 8 утра. Нам собрали с собой по 1 яйцу, 1 сосиске, лаваш, хлеб, йогурт, мандарин.
• MARIIA (10/5): Стильный отель в Гюмри - Останавливались в отеле на новогодних праздниках. Отель в большинстве своем одноэтажный, наш номер был с выходом прямо на улицу, при этом в нем было тепло и комфортно. Номера довольно большие, чистые и имеют все необходимое. Цены на минибар адекватные. Отель был мило украшен к праздникам. На территории растет олива, являющаяся украшением отеля. Нет открывающихся окон, но это не испортило впечатление

• neimenovana (10/5): Dobra izbira - Hotel ima nenavadno obliko. Imeli smo različne sobe; tri večje in eno manjšo. Večje sobe so bile zelo prostorne. Postelja je bila zelo udobna. Zajtrk je bil v redu, ni pa bil presežek. Uslužbenka je ugodila našim željam po omleti in soku. Jedli smo tudi kosilo, ki pa je bilo mnogo boljše kot zajtrk. Dobra izbira in vrednost za denar.

What I loved the most was the interior design – everything was so beautiful and thoughtfully done. The color combinations were just perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was sunny, with a small, cozy balcony, and they had prepared everything I needed for the night. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The air ventilation was great, and the hotel smelled fresh and pleasant throughout. Truly a wonderful stay!

The location is in the 2-5 minutes ride and 10-15 min walk from nearby attractions and city center. The staff of the hotel were friendly, professional and amazing. • Geoffrey (9/5): Mostly comfortable stay. - Enjoyed the large, comfortable bed In a spacious room that was clean with a nice bathroom. Wi-Fi worked well. It was quiet, right under the mother Armenia statue, and only 5 minutes to town by car. The room we stayed in was right under lights that stayed on all night. Putting the blinds down helped a lot, but not completely. Restaurant staff had a hard time filing orders even in Armenian.
