- Nabil (10/5): Exceptional accommodation - The staff were very professional and friendly especially the receptionist Asrar. After we checked in she phoned our room to check if everything was go our satisfaction which it was. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The kids wanted to stay longer but we couldn't. Definitely I recommend anyone to here and will definitely come back when we return to Riyadh. The food from room service was excellent and very tasty. There is nothing that I did not like.

- Gembalova (9/5): - Excellent service and very helpful staff! Our colleagues who stayed at this hotel highly praised the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They were extremely accommodating and did their best to meet all our colleagues' needs throughout their business trip. The final billing and invoicing were also handled correctly. Just a small tip for other business travelers: make sure to check your Spam folder for the emails with invoices, as they might end up there. Checking this early will help you avoid any delays in receiving your documents. Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend this hotel!

Hot/warm water was available for one person only and maxx3 mins, not enough for a family of four. Breakfast choices were very limited, not expected such limitation in this kind of hotel (no pancakes, no waffles, no crepes). Also, breakfast was served at the swimming pool. Not safe for young kids.

- Aishah (5/5): جيده اعطيها 10/5 هل اكرر التجربه. ما اتوقع الا للضروره - اللوبي مرتب وراقي وجميل. حبيته اخر الليل استكنان حق ساعه ساعتين رايق من ناحيه المرافق كويسه. اخذت جناح غرفتين وصاله رقم 404 بس صغيره علينا شوي احنا اربع اشخاص وطفلين كان تعامل الموظفين رائع واشكر الاخ فهد ماقصر اي شي نطلبه كان يرسله ويسويه لنا صراحه شكرا من القلب كان فيه سجاده بالصاله شوي معدومه وكلمته يغيرها وفعلا ارسل العمال وغيروها بسجاده زل نظيفه ومرتبه طلبت سرير اطفال ووفروه لنا المفارش طلبت اضافيه وفرو لي ومغسوله باكياسها 💯 واي شي نطلبه صراحه كانو سريعين بالاستجابه اللي ماعجبنا ودي ان غرف النوم مفروشه افضل من الباركيه لان صوت السلبيرات مزعج بالمشي وغير امن للاطفال خصوصا مادون السنتين مافي عوازل الاصوات خصوصا وقت النوم مزعجه رائحه الدخان توصلنا للغرفه واكثر من مره نصحى من النوم متضايقين وجود بوفيه الفطور. في مكان المسبح. جدا خيار سيي❌❌ رائحه المكان مكتومه والكلور مع الاكل ياليت يتغير مكان البوفيه بالنسبه لي كاني اكل بالحمام. المكان مكتوووووم والبوفيه غير كافي دافع مبلغ وقدره وبالاخير البوفيه 12 صحن 6منها او 7 سلطه وخضار يعني اعطي البوفيه 4/10 بالايام الاخيره عيالي رفضو الفطور بحكم انه ملل ومافي تنوع وممللل

- Dr.Chadi (1/5): للأسف تجربة سيئة حصول ماس كهربائي في سقف الحمامات وانقطاع الكهرباء والمياه وعدم مبالاة من المسؤولين - الراحة والهدوء المواقف الداخلية الافطار وحجم الغرفة قي اخر يومين من اقامتي مع عائلتي حدث انفجار في احد الحمامات وانقطعت الكهرباء ولم يعد هناك مياه دافئة وتم اعلام الاستقبال مرتين خلال ساعة واحدة اجابني المصري اولا ثم البنت السعودية ثانيا ولكن للاسف لم يكن هناك اي احساس بالمسؤولية من طرفهم بل استهتار بارواح الناس وبسبب الخوف من وجود ماس كهربائي غادرنا المكان وعند عودتنا في اليوم التالي لم يصلحوا اي شيء لا ماء لا كهرباء بل انهم لم يكلفوا انفسهم عناء ابلاغ موظف الصيانة بالمشكلة وعادرنا للاسف ووعدونا بالاتصال بنا والاعتذار ولم يتصلوا قمة في الاستهتار واللا مبالاة اتمنى من المسؤولين في الفندق تدريب موظقيهم وتعليمهم ان ارواح النزلاء مسؤوليتهم وان هكذا امور تؤثر بشكل كبير على ثقة النزلاء بكم

- nigel (10/5): - This was our second time at this hotel. We stayed there before a trip to India. We had booked a different accommodation for our return overnight stay but we're so impressed with this hotel we cancelled it and came here again. The food for room service is outstanding and very reasonably priced. Nothing.

- امنه (5/5): لم اعيد التجربه - موقعه جنب الخدمات للأسف تجربتي في هذه الإقامة كانت غير مرضية إطلاقًا. السرير كان غير مريح جدًا وتسبب لي بألم في الظهر طوال الليل، وهذا أهم شيء في أي مكان إقامة. كذلك الغرفة لا يوجد فيها عزل للصوت بشكل جيد. دورة المياه كانت تحتاج إلى نظافة أفضل، والماء كان باردًا. أيضًا كان مذكور في الحجز أن الإفطار شامل، لكن ما تم تقديمه كان فقط أومليت بيض وصحن جبن مع خبز يابس عند الساعة 12 ليلًا كسحور، وهذا لا يمكن اعتباره إفطارًا كما هو مذكور في الإعلان. بصراحة مقابل السعر المدفوع، مستوى الخدمة والجودة لا يستحقان هذا السعر. كنت أتوقع تجربة أفضل بكثير

- tareq (1/5): لا انصح فيه مطلقا - لم يعجبني اي شي بعيد والصور ليست مطابقة للواقع وطلبت ادوار علوية وتم حجز غرفة في الدور الاول وليست جيدة أبدا والغرفة والحمام تحتاج نظافة وقفل الباب مخلوع وعندما طلبت تغيير الغرفة ردت الموظفة بان الغرف كلها شاغرة وفي اليوم الثاني رد الموظف بنفس الكلام واخبرناهم ان الغرفة غير الشكل في الصور وانها غير نظيفة لكن لم اجد اي اهتمام

Pollo al curry e chicken tikka masala buonissimi. Gentili e disponibili i ragazzi indiani di bar, pulizie e servizio bagagli. Premetto che siamo stati in periodo di Ramadam. Possibile consumare i pasti (sia colazione che cena) solo in camera. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza, ma non funzionando l'acqua calda siamo stati spostati in una più piccola e senza tavolino. Difficile comunicazione con il personale e informazioni contrastanti tra un receptionist e l'altro. Colazione disponibile dalle 7.30, nella realtà 9.30. Piscina interna tra i tavoli del ristorante e acqua fredda. Spa e tutti i servizi segnalati non funzionanti.

Thank you for making my stay so memorable. كانت هذه زيارتي الأولى لهذا الفندق، لكنها بالتأكيد لن تكون الأخيرة. طاقم العمل رائع للغاية ويتمتع بأعلى درجات الاحترافية في كل شيء. لم أصادف منذ وقت طويل هذا المستوى من المساعدة الصادقة في موقف صعب. تعاطفهم ولطفهم واستعدادهم الدائم لمساعدة الضيوف أمر مميز حقًا. شكرًا لكم على جعل إقامتي تجربة لا تُنسى.

Although I followed the instructions to close a water tap near the WC to avoid cold water, but unfortunately you got only 5 minutes of hot water. If you don’t mind that, then the hotel is superb.

- Warren (9/5): - Great place to stay in Riyhadh. Extremely professional staff. Breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely stay again. We ordered food to our room several times it was restaurant quality and very reasonable prices!! Everything was lovely 🤩 Thank you to all the staff. Nothing.

- Taşdelen (4/5): I don't plan to stay again. - It was an expensive hotel in comparison to money I paid. The content of te breakfast was average in comparison to money I paid. Also the last day morning, I was at the restaurant for breakfast at 6.30 (as the info desk informed us as the beginning of breakfasr service) but nobody was over there and the restaurant was not ready for breakfast service. Bathroom towel was missing in the room. There was no daily room service. I did not get any room service during my stay.

- Cordova Olguín (10/5): Excelente, lo recomiendo!!! - El desayuno muy bueno, en general el hotel esta muy bien, las personas son muy amables. La alberca y el GYM es solo para uso de hombres.

- Marine (9/5): Bien ! - Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Tout était confortable, petit déjeuner copieux (manque un peu de sucré ?). Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Malgré le fait que nous ayons réservé pour 5 et que nous ayons demandé un lit supplémentaire, nous n’avons trouvé que 4 places et ils nous demandaient un supplément pour le lit supplémentaire qu’ils avaient pourtant accepté dans la réservation ! Je n’ai pas aimé la manière de faire… Sinon, j’ai trouvé étrange les bruits d’eau pendant que nous prenions des douches… à revoir à notre avis !

- Geerdink (7/5): Redelijk in combinatie met prijs en kwaliteit. - Kwaliteit van de kamers redelijk tot goed. Ontbijt goed, maar werd rondom het zwembad geserveerd. Een beetje ongelukkig. In een zwembad moet je gaan zwemmen, geen ontbijt serveren. Dus kon je 's-morgens ook niet zwemmen.
