• Sarah (1/5): DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. WHATEVER. YOU. DO - The owners / property managers are fraudulent. Booked a month’s stay, water was coming in through the ceiling light, which was very dangerous. The property would not fix and proceeded to block every number we tried to contact them from. I had to book alternative accommodation at a days notice which was extremely expensive and stressful. They use a third party property management system and are totally dishonest and deceptive. Many parts of the advertisement are false, for example the kitchen is shared among other flats. We are now in the position of having to file court proceedings to obtain our money back given we have been blocked and the accomodation provided was uninhabitable. The owners are now apparently even refusing to respond to the booking . com platform.
• Roman (1/5): - First of all it was very frustrating, I booked a studio by the Burgess park and when I was doing the check in find our the location was literally in Peckham. It was extremely frustrating since it was the accommodation for my visiting family. The idea was to keep them around my area not Peckham . The location, nobody informed me in advance about the change!
