• Nora (6/5): Très bien situé au calme mais espace bien plus petit que ce qui est presenté - L’emplacement La propreté Bel immeuble ancien, Très calme Cuisine trop petite sous équipée À l’arrivée pas de quoi se faire une seule tasse de café…. Réglage de l’eau chaude de la douche laborieuse (Nous n’avons pas utilisé la baignoire donc pas d’avis ) Nous avons dû réclamer pour avoir un peu de chauffage Le lit en métal grinçant si vous ne voulez pas réveiller votre partenaire il faut éviter de vous retourner Le salon anecdotique situé au deuxième étage La buanderie au rez-de-chaussée la machine à laver sous l’escalier n’est pas facilement accessible
• Desree (9/5): Would recommend the apartment - The neighbour hood is safe and very close to the city centre. The apartment is cute, has 1 large queen size bed and very spacious for 1-2 people. no flat iron, though it’s stated in facilities provided
• Ryman (10/5): Fantastiskt läge nära allt men på en lugn gata. - Perfekt läge! Nära till allt med gångavstånd till restauranger och shopping, lägenheten låg även på en väldigt lugn gata med sovrummet mot en innergård så man stördes inte av ljud utifrån. En bra lägenhet med en annorlunda planlösning. Väldigt stort badrum, lagom stort sovrum med stor säng. Ett litet kök/pentry men med ett stort kylskåp. Bra om man stannar längre än några dagar. Många trappor utan hiss men det var vi förberedda på. En väldigt trevlig tjej mötte oss med nycklar och gav bra rekommendationer på restauranger och affärer. Rekommenderas varmt! Har inte så mycket att klaga på men om jag ska säga något så var det att köksfläkten inte satt ovanför spisen utan bredvid. Annars var allt toppen!
• Mattie (9/5): Different style in Florence - Our own "tower" in Florence. Very quiet residential street yet easy walk to sights in wonderful old building. Apartment was tall and narrow, old yet modern with kitchen and washing machine, exposed beams, and spotlessly clean. Thick walls and did not face street so no outside noise. Also easy walk to stores and dining. Fun different type of lodging. Kitchen was tiny and not very well equipped. No wine glasses or wine opener and in Italy! No view, one window opened to storage courtyard. Not a problem for us but know there are stairs to get to living space.

• Thanh (8/5): Great location and value for price, amazing bathroom. Friendly host. - The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was amazing and clean. The location was just under 20 minutes walk to the main central area. The place had multiple levels, including a sofa area upstairs and a laundry room downstairs. The room area was a bit dusty but overall not too bad.
• Tabitha (10/5): Exceptional - Was the perfect location with a 10 minute walk to the main attractions and train station. The host was welcoming and very informative. All the appliances are new and the shower was AMAZING! We spent a week in Florence and used it as a base to visit Pisa, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano and vineyards around Siena. The only suggestion would be to provide coffee and tea as well as a few washing tablets as we found you could only buy large quantities, which isn't ideal for travellers.

• Adam (9/5): Bellissima Firenze con un bel posto dove dormire :-) - Nice and quiet place, everything in walking distance, good breakfast on the corner, fancy bathroom. clean and nice. Additional room - generally useless.
• Julia (10/5): Beautiful unique apartment located on a quiet street. - This apartment was so modernized and unique! Very cute and on a quiet street. The bed was stiff.
• Kamshuen (9/5): Superb - The location was good, easy to find it. The apartment is very beautiful. I didn't like the shower pressure, and the bed is very shaky.
• Deaan (10/5): PERFECT - Absolutely beautiful place to stay. And would 100% book to stay there again if we ever come back to Florence. Sara greeted us and gave us the run down of the property (very warm and welcoming) and sharing privileged knowledge of great places to eat. Great food just down the road and around the corner from the property also. It was Perfect.
• Kaila (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location! The center of the city is about a 12-15 minute walk. The apartment is lovely and has a lot of high-end fun details. The shower is incredible! It was well stocked with everything needed. I highly recommend staying here! Nothing.

• Stetson (4/5): mixed delightful and horrible, but definitely not worth the price - Location was OK in general though not good for me and where I need to go. I knew that ahead of time though. The furnishings were nice and updated but limited. The hosts went out of their way to work with me on the problems, and I assume the next renter will have a far easier time as a result. The bedroom and bathroom were adequately sized and nicely done. There was NO living room at all and no place to work. The s0-called work space was up 30 stairs--too far away to have dependable wifi. The kitchen was almost unworkably small and did not have a microwave; the bathroom light was insufficient for putting on makeup.

Bathroom was spacious with luxurious finishes, bedroom was large with a TV and comfortable bed. We didn’t mind but this property has stairs between levels.

• Mariechristine (8/5): Very good - Well located in the city and had a cozy feel to it. It was easy to access and a good flat and had good pots and pans for cooking. There was no broom or vacuum provided, so it was difficult to keep from getting dusty. The iron only works in plugs provided in the upstairs area.
