• __PETR__ (9/5): PLEASANT AND STYLISH ACCOMMODATION - Milý a pohostinný ubytovatel komunikujicí rusky i anglicky. Stylové ubytování s butikovými prvky v evropském standardu vybavenosti. K využití plně vybavená kuchyň. Dobré pokrytí wi-fi/vysokorychlostním internetem všech prostor. Lokalita 15 minut pěší chůze od hlavního vlakového nádraží. V pěší dostupnosti několik obchodů i restaurace. Velmi rád se ubytuji znovu i k delšímu pobytu. V dané cenové kategorii nelze nic podstatného vytknout, snad jen upozornit, že ubytování není plně bezbariérové.

• Anna (10/5): По домашнему уютно. Вас здесь ждут - Очень доброжелательный и открытый персонал. Комнату предложили большую с удобной кроватью. Несмотря на холодные ночи, было тепло за счет кондея и обогревателя. Тапочки, зубная щетка, полотенца с запасом, возможность приготовить перекус на общей кухне, тишина вокруг - приятные мелочи, сделавшие пребывание еще более комфортным. • Ondřej (10/5): - Ubytování se nachází mimo centrum, takže je potřeba počítat s aspoň 20-30 minutami chůze nebo s taxíkem (za směšně málo peněz). Nachází se ale o to blíž letišti. Samotné ubytování bylo velmi čisté, s pohodlnými postelemi a hezkou koupelnou. K dispozici byla také společná kuchyně s úložnými prostory a vybavením. Wifi připojení fungovalo bez problémů. Dostali jsme čisté ručníky, pantofle, kartáček i pastu na zuby. Na pokoji byla klimatizace, která se dá použít i jako topení, které jinak chybí. Komunikace s majitelem přes Whatsapp byla bezvadná – přiletěli jsme pozdě v noci a vyzvedl nás domluvený taxík, přičemž pán nám i pomohl s check-inem. Po check-outu jsme si mohli batohy nechat zadarmo na ubytování a vyzvednout si je až před odletem. Od majitele jsme i dostali tipy na výlety a restaurace, které stojí za to navštívit. Rozhodně doporučuji a rád se sem někdy vrátím :) Sprchový kout pomalu odtékal, takže potom byla v celé koupelně chvíli potopa. Není to ale nic hrozného, jen tam nesmíte chodit v ponožkách :)

• Vigen (10/5): Gute Aussattung, gute Lage. Alles in einem war alles super toll. 100% Empehlenswert. - Es war alles super an der Unterkunft. Eine tolle Ausstattung , Mega sauber es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle nett und zuvorkommend , es war eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre, alles sehr entspannt keine Kopfschmerzen. Falls man was gebraucht hat wurde sich schnell drum gekümmert. Zum Preis kann man nichts sagen, super günstig für so eine tolle Unterkunft. Alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert.

Холодильник на кухне/кофе/чай/зубные щетки/можно воспользоваться стиральной машиной. До центра 30 мин пешком, на такси можно доехать за 10 мин. Удобный матрас, есть внутренний дворик. Впечатления самые положительные :)

• Miroslava (10/5): Уютный отель рядом с жд вокзалом - Отличное расположение (в шаговой доступности от жд вокзала), рядом кафе и магазины. Внутри все как на фото, очень удобная кровать и все необходимое для качественного сна и отдыха. Уютная кухня, где есть все необходимое. Тёплый пол и кондиционер с функцией обогрева (в январе очень пригодилось). Удобный санузел и для нашей комнаты отдельный выход в лаундж зону на улице, что очень удобно. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый! Армения всегда восхищает добродушностью людей. Предложили более ранее заселение, за что благодарны! Рекомендую этот отель!

• Hafsal (10/5): - All the services were good. The owner had even arranged me tour guide on very short notice for cheap price with excellent car and driver. I have already recommended this place to my friends. The owner Mr.Gevorg suggested a cafe nearby and it is also very cheap but good quality and tasty armenian food. Overall: 11 out 10 stars, if I can give Nothing.

Прекрасная Мариэтта которая заселяет гостей и следит за порядком, тепло меня встретила, помогла разобраться со стиркой и даже развесила мою стирку пока я гуляла) Комнаты супер чистые, всё что нужно есть. Под дверью в комнате щель большая и ночью свет из коридора сильно светит, пришлось чем-то прикрыть. И расположение далековато от центра, пешком не прогуляться, на улице оживление движение, шумно, пыльно.

• Maria (10/5): - Φτασαμε αργα το βραδυ...κατόπιν συννενοησης απο την προηγουμενη μερα σταλθηκε δικος τους οδηγός να μας παραλαβει απο το αεροδρομιο (με επιπλεον χρεωση φυσικα) ο οποίος ηταν τοσο ευγενικός, που αφου αφησαν εμενα και τα παιδια στο ομορφο διαμερισμα, πηγε τον ανδρα μου να κανει αλλαγη τα euro σε dram και να κανει ψωνια απο το σουπερ μαρκετ για να φαμε....Thank you from Greece.... Το διαμερισμα ειχε μια κοινή κουζινούλα απο την οποια πηγα να γεμισω νερο το βραδυ κ πηγε να μπει μια γάτα απο το ανοιχτο παραθυρο που ειχε....επισης θα ήθελα να ειναι λιγο πιο καθαρα εξω στην αυλη οι καρεκλες κ το τραπεζακι....

• Genevieve (10/5): Fantastic service, comfortable, convenient - George the owner was unbelievably helpful and kind to us - offering lots of good advice and helping us to make arrangements for our trip. He also accommodated our request to check in early after an overnight train. The property is conveniently located for the train station / metro and it’s fast to get into the centre. We were getting ready to go hiking and so appreciated that there are good shops nearby for food and equipment. The rooms are comfortable and it’s nice to have some kitchen facilities. Nothing
• Pandeemonius (10/5): Exceptional - The owner contacted me via whatsapp before we even arrived. A very nice lady let us in. We only used the accommodation for a quick shower and a short rest. Everything was explained and shown to us. Payment in cash. Overall we were satisfied.
• Pyzhevich (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the location. It is not far from both of the finest Yerevan grand malls - Yerevan Mall and Erebuni Mall. The hotel is 5-minutes ride from the Yerevan railway station and 25-minutes from Zvartnots airport. I liked the new and clean room, though is not spacious, but quite enough for staying alone for several days for business. I was generously shown by the hotel's owner several other rooms which are more spacious and suitable for a couple. And, on top of that, I very liked the coziness of the small inner yard and politeness and hospitality of the hotel's owner. The additional exterior decoration is needed, may be a barbeque stand in the inner yard would be very nice

• Ani (4/5): Not a real hotel. - Clean, okay wifi. This isn't really a hotel. There's no reception or anything else you'd expect from a hotel. I was asked to call them before I arrived and then stand on the street waiting for someone to come open the door for me. The room was pretty cold and the only way to heat was a super noisy air conditioner. And there's no official bill or payment process. I was just stopped by a cleaning lady in the corridor and asked to pay the room bill to her, in cash.

And the bathroom was so cold that I won't be able to even have a shower but it was clean and the tooth brush was there for me.

Keithen is full equipped and very helpful. The front gate has an electronic lock and very safe. Although the location is 3 km away from city center, but In general transprotation is very conveient. Bus stop is 6 mins by walking. 18 mins working to railway station and metro. Manager and staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Our flight was in the evening and I stored our luggages in the facility for the whole afternoon safely before I came back to take them. Highly recommended!

• Yuehong (10/5): Exceptional - It is a very good accommodation experience. The room is very new and quiet, and the traffic nearby is very convenient. The subway station is 8-10 minutes' walk away and supermarkets next to it. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hotel, as well as a yard. We went from Tbilisi to Yerevan ,we didn't have cash on us, the landlord helped us pay for a taxi. He is a very kind person.and took the initiative to send a message to tell the hotel the exact address after booking the room.
