• Michela (10/5): Di passaggio a Valencia - La casa è molto curata e gli spazi grandi e ben distribuiti. Noi abbiamo avuto due stanze vicine ed erano entrambe comodissime, bagno ad uso privato delle due stanze. Ho notato molta attenzione ai dettagli. Il proprietario ci ha dato utili consigli per vivere meglio la città. Nel complesso è stata un' ottima esperienza!

• Pietro (10/5): Fantastico, consigliatissimo. Andrea molto disponibile ed accogliente - Appartamento molto bello, nuovo, pulito e curato nei dettagli. Fantastico il dispenser per l’acqua che puoi ricaricare in qualsiasi momento, apprezzato molto la possibilità di poter fare il caffè. Camera spaziosissima e comodissima. La posizione è fantastica poiché si trova vicino al centro e vicino l’oceanografico ed hai la possibilità di muoverti con i mezzi in pochi minuti. Andrea è stato fantastico, ci ha dato molte dritte su cosa visitare, dove poter mangiare e come muoversi, super disponibile e molto accogliente. Pulizia, ordine, posizione centrale, servizi offerti, host ne fanno di questo appartamento le caratteristiche principali. Consigliatissimo per chi viene in vacanza a Valencia e vuol godere di tranquillità e ottima posizione per spostarsi.

Locatie op loopafstand (15-20 minuten) van oude binnenstad van Valencia. Levendige wijk met diverse gelegenheden om te kunnen ontbijten. Prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding was prima. Inchecken niet duidelijk. Het adres was eenvoudig te vinden, echter zijn er meerdere appartementen in het complex. Hierdoor is niet duidelijk waar je je moet melden. Bij de entree van het appartement staat nergens vermeld welk appartement 'Casa Rosa' is. Pas na telefonisch contact was duidelijk hoe we moesten inchecken.

• Hans-Joachim Müller (7/5): Alles in allem ein wunderbarer einwöchiger Aufenthalt in Valencia. - Die Lage, Russafa, war für uns ideal da wir alles zu Fuß erlaufen konnten. Der Park, Jardín del Turia, ist ganz in der Nähe. Egal ob ans Meer oder in die Altstadt ist man mit dem Jardín del Turia bestens beraten.

• Daniela (8/5): - Andrea è una persona molto gentile e disponibile, l' alloggio è pulito e fornito di tutte le comodità, compresa l' acqua e caffè o thè per la colazione, la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Valencia in poco tempo a piedi, o per prendere i mezzi, autobus e metro vicinissimi. Bon mi è piaciuto dover condividere la casa con persone che non conoscevo, perché per quanto gli spazi siano distribuiti molto bene, comunque la privacy non è garantita

Avere un posto dove stare 'all'aperto' ma senza bagnarsi è stato di grande aiuto. Come ho detto ad Andrea, sarebbe da migliorare la gestione degli stendibiancheria.

• aleagreco (9/5): - El departamento esta muy lindo y completamente renovado, la atención del dueño fue excelente y siempre muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. Nos atendio super bien y nos recibio él personalmente, lo que para mi le da un gran valor a la estadía. El ingreso estaba en remodelación y parecía que te metías a una departamento despues de la guerra. Y había un poco de olor medio raro que parecía como de una cloaca cerca, pero nada que no se pudiera tolerar.
• linda (7/5): - Notre hôte a été des plus serviable et sympathique! Il a facilité notre séjour à Valence! Les commodités de appartement avec la cuisinette étaient pratiques tout en étant partagées avec d’autres colocs. Nous n avions pas remarqué que l appartement de 2 chambres pouvait être partagé avec d autres gens. Mais bien emménagé pour ne pas être importuné. Un point à améliorer: l’odeur nauséabonde… il semble que ce soit courant en Espagne. et la literie mériterait d’être changée. Mais dans l ensemble, c est bien.

• Albert (7/5): - La habitación era amplia y cómoda. Era un piso acondicionado por habitaciones para turistas. No conocía ese dato y de haberlo sabido no habríamos reservado. Tenía zonas comunes y zonas del piso privadas para los otros huespedes.

Produits de toilette dans la salle de bains, thés et café dans la cuisine et l'hôte est hyper serviable. Rien. Attention l'immeuble est en travaux et l'entrée et la cage d'escaliers totalement détruites peuvent être déroutantes mais c'est passager et n'impacte en rien la qualité de la réception et du logement.

• Mryn74 (8/5): Pleasant stay! - The apartment is centrally located in a quiet residential area. Everything was spotlessly clean and messages/requests were promptly answered and contact was polite and friendly. Fresh cold bottled water was constantly available which we also really liked. Not much to dislike but maybe the room was a little bit dark and unfortunately the kitchen was not fully usable (even though we knew this in advance)
• Anna (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. In 20-25 minutes, you can reach any destination in the center, or, in the other direction, the Center of Science. The room was perfectly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The host helps with every issue during the stay.

The location was close to the centrum and there are enough bars or place to go around. We had a own shower wich was nice and clean and updated. They was construction somewhere downstairs it was noisy in daytime but probely temporary. There are no televisions in the whole house. We was there for one night but if you stay longer it is nice to have a television in the room.

• Butterfly1308 (1/5): Awful and disgusting - Nothing. After such a "nice" introduction I didn't appreciate this "luxury palace". Nothing special inside. There was total darkness without any day light, there were no windows. It takes to pass through common areas incl the kitchen to get to our private terrace. As result we spent most of the time out. In addition, there is no subject inside the apartment that doesn't have any notice or instruction. Such like don't touch or don't break or don't throw it away. No comments! I don’t know how to describe the stress that I experienced when moving in. I’ve been traveling with Booking.com for 15 years and usually the hosts only hand over the keys or give information about check-in in the site’s chat. But in this case, after discussing the details (for some reason the owner decided to re-discuss the layout of the apartment) in that chat, some time after withdrawing the money, the owner wrote me a personal message via WhatsApp (no one has done this in 15 years) and gave me a link to passing authorization. But usually this is done for contactless check-in, however, in this case they met me and I showed my passport. But the procedures did not end there. Upon completion of authorization, he demanded to send a separate passport photo. Next, he began to interrogate me about how carefully I had read the instructions on the website and asked about the security deposit in case of property damage. I had the feeling that I was being tested before visiting a secret facility. But I hoped that after the flight they would simply give me the keys and I could relax. But no. The owner came into the apartment with us and began to give more instructions. Ok, he clarified the common areas, it's 2 minutes. But there's more to come. he began to tell me how to use things, describing each shelf in the closet and refrigerator... At this point my patience ran out and I asked when he would finish. And then he said the following: if you don’t want to listen to me anymore, I'LL KICK YOU OUT IMMEDIATELY! I said that I was very tired from the flight, but he began to show video from surveillance cameras, saying how stupid guests can be, and “that’s why” he tells everything in such detail. Once again he said that he would kick me out if I objected. I thought it would never end. I had to agree to everything, otherwise he would never go. If I weren't with my partner, Id call the police. But I didn't want to ruin our trip.

• John (5/5): Educated us on paying closer attention to details when choosing living accommodations. - Although the property met all of our search criteria for Booking.com there was no access to the stovetop or oven or the washing machines. There was no heat in the living room, dining room and kitchen which were the areas to be shared with other guests.

Everything was quite new and modern. The owner was very friendly and punctual for the checkout. The bed was quite hard which made sleeping a bit difficult.

The host was very lovely and accommodating as we had a late check in at 9pm. He encouraged us to contact him if we encountered any problems at all. 10/10 stay.

• Marlys (9/5): OK all in all - The place was clean and modern. We did have private and sole use of bathroom/ toilet, tho it was outside the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and with a water cooler for everyone. It's a 10 min.walk to the Arts and Sciences Park, the biggest attraction of Valencia. The deposit was reimbursed quickly. The area didn't have any nice restaurants (for dinner. Nearest is 15-20 mins. walk away) nor bakeries (for breakfast items). The whole time we were there, there was laundry drying in the living room with 2 big electric fans blowing making the living/dining area somewhat chilly (it was also chilly on the balcony.) It was no place to relax outside our bedroom.
