• MaSe (8/5): - Top location in city centre. Nice apartment with all the equipment you need. Some nights we're busy due to the location in night life area. But we knew that before, so no problem for us (even hearing protection was kindly provided). Two busy nights at the weekend, rest was fine.

• Yvonne (9/5): - The apartment is quite big. The host is very nice and contacted me in the middle of my stay to make sure everything is alright. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything one needs for a short stay. The location is great as it's near all the sights. The stairs that lead to the bedroom are quite narrow and steep, it might not be the best choice for someone who is not agile. It can be a little noisy as the window faces the street.

• Matt (10/5): Perfect apartment in the heart of Florence. - Perfect apartment for a couple wanting to explore the delights of Florence. Kitchen is fully equipped and everything is done to a high standard. We are frequent travellers to Florence and will always seek to book this apartment. Nothing really, but just beware the stairs up to the bedroom are incredibly steep.

Køkken og bad var veludstyrede, også med de småfornødenheder, man har brug for. Man skal være opmærksom på, at trappen til soveafdelingen er meget stejl.

The host, Gianfranco was exceptionally helpful and accommodating towards me. He also left fresh milk, coffee and breakfast items I needed for the duration of my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Florence.

• Jia (9/5): Very handy place in the city centre, that means you get to all the attractions and get back to relax quickly. - It is close to everything in Florence, and feels home and relaxed in a really busy and crowded city. All the facilities are good and easy to use. The bathroom is not big, the problem is no where to put things down. However, with some hooks on the wall (between the door and sink) can help hanging clothes or towels.

• Mila (9/5): We loved our stay at this lovely and convenient apartment in Florence! - The apartment was lovely! It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed and more! The bathroom and kitchen were great, as was the adorable bedroom. We didn't cook while we were there but had everything we needed if we had chosen to. We absolutely loved the location! Everything was within walking distance and we had so many wonderful food options nearby. I would have loved to have stayed longer! The stairs to the bedroom were steep, which wasn't a problem for us but could be a challenge for someone with more limited mobility.
• Amy (9/5): Superb - This was a great little apartment to stay in for a few days while in Florence. It is close enough to all the main attractions that we could walk, but we could still find some less touristy places to eat in the area away from the crowds. The hosts were very welcoming and were waiting for us when we arrived. Everything was comfortable and clean and the apartment has been thoughtfully decorated and well maintained. Guests with mobility issues may have a hard time getting up and down the stairs to the bedroom, but that is a very minor point for this otherwise great place to stay.

• Tina (10/5): Incredible apartment in the heart of Florence - The apartment was lovely and we really really enjoyed our stay there! I adored the high ceiling of the living room and the decor was really nice (especially with books regarding Florence and their art!). The kitchen had anything we might need and the owner had even left stuff for breakfast which was very sweet. The communication with the owner was great and we loved our stay there. We will return for sure if we're in Florence! Our stay was amazing so really my only comment is a suggestion, which is to add a trash can to the bathroom as that's always necessary!

• Tanya (10/5): Huge, clean, modern, beautiful, comfortable apartment near the heart of Florence - This apartment is huge and very nicely remodeled and decorated. It has charm in the floor plan, front door, ceilings, walls, windows. But the rest is modern, clean, and everything works perfectly. The living room is huge with a giant wardrobe. The kitchen is brand new and includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and all pots/utensils you need. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed that is up very small, steep stairs to an enclosed loft. The stairs were fine for us, but you have to be able to go up steep stairs. The bathroom is brand new with large sink, toilet, bidet, and small but sufficient shower with rainshower head and hand-held spray options. The location is within walking distance of all the sights in Florence. You can walk to the train station in 25-30 min, but it was way too hot in July and while dragging our suitcases so we got a taxi. The air conditioning was a life saver and it worked great in the downstairs living room. We never used the AC in the kitchen. The bedroom has an identical AC unit but it kept turning off and we had to try to restart it every few hours overnight. The host was very attentive and met with us and showed us how to work the door lock (a problem we have had in other cities), and where everything is in the apartment. We could text with any questions we had and knew that they could help us with any issues. The streets of Florence are incredibly loud with delivery trucks, motorcycles, ambulances, and people zooming by literally at all hours of the day and night. (Even though traffic is restricted to not allow any private cars. ) It sounds as if the motorcycles and people are in the room with you. I suspect all places are like this and it would not deter me from returning, just bring ear plugs or head phones and be prepared for street noise and people yelling in the streets.

• Giuliana (10/5): It felt like home! - Gianfranco was very welcoming. After he gave us the keys, he gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment was stocked with coffee, pasta, biscuits, milk and all sort of kitchen appliances. Absolutely great! The bed was a bit uncomfortable and there’s no much of natural light in the apartment. Because of the centra area, at night it can be very noisy.

The host greeted us right when we got out of the taxi and was very polite, warm and inviting. He gave us a tour of the home, answered any questions we had and handed us the keys. The house is so spacious with plenty of room to relax, and my friend and I slept there comfortably every night. Communication was very smooth, and if I needed anything he was available on WhatsApp, responding back to me fairly quickly. The location was close to everything we wanted to see, near all the action but still quiet at night while we slept. I would definitely recommend staying here, and may stay here again on my next visit to Florence!

It is around the corner from Santa Croce and many of the main tourist attract - Even though it is an old house this is part of the charm of visiting Florence. We had the whole house to ourselves. Is is very clean. it is fully equipped. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern. And lastly but mostly our host Gianfranco did everything that was promised when we first booked the accommodation. He was there to greet us when we arrived and explained everything to us. He organised a taxi for us when we were leaving. The only thing to be careful about is the steep flight of stairs leading to the bedroom in the loft. It was not a problem for us but could be for elderly people.
