Apartamento mal cuidado, armários cheios de pó e bagunçados, mesa com resto de comida, chão sujo, banheiro deixou a desejar, faltaram cuidados gerais e tivemos que fazer uma limpeza para esses dias por lá. Um bairro agradável e síndico muito receptivo, o que trouxe mais leveza.
LOURDES CRISTINA (4/5): Frustração - Apto bom,, acomoda 4.pessoas, estacionamento rotativo, ar condicionado no quarto é um diferencial, mas.precisa melhorar a limpeza e organização geral. Localização muito boa, prédio tranquilo, mas sem.estrutura para final do ano, água não chegava no 2° andar, o que interrompeu nossa estadia no segundo dia, pagamos e não usamos, extremamente frustrante.
