• Sergei (9/5): хорошие апартаменты в замечательном районе - просторная хорошая квартира в отличном районе. все есть для готовки, хорошие чистые полотенца и постельное. сотрудник была на связи терраса могла бы быть чище хотелось бы получать инструкции к заселению раньше, мы приехали ко времени и не знали, где найти ключи, зашли в апартаменты благодаря горничной, которая убирала соседнюю квартиру. также у нас возникли проблемы с горячей водой, оказалось, что она работает от солнечных батарей, а в облачную погоду нагрев можно включить, если нажать специальную кнопку, но мы узнали об этом только после того, как написали сотруднику. было бы хорошо перед заселением писать подробную инструкцию по использованию квартиры.

• Zisis (10/5): Perfect House! - The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, fully equipped, and with an extremely comfortable bed. The apartment was spotless and the internet was very fast, something that seems to have improved compared to previous comments. The location is fantastic, a 6-minute walk from the Syngrou-Fix station, with many cafés, each with a different style, as well as several restaurants. The hosts were always available, with excellent communication and very helpful tips for our stay in Athens. We would definitely choose it again and we highly recommend it! Thank you very much!!

The location is perfect—just minutes from the Acropolis, the museum, and all the great spots in Koukaki. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! -

Също така в близост до заведения от всякакъв тип - пекарни, сладолед, механи, барове, ресторанти. Апартаментът имаше всички необходими удобства за приятен престой. Домакините бяха изключително любезни и ни помогнаха с информация и съвети. Единствено имам забележки към хигиената. Гардеробът отвътре беше много прашен, както и прозорците, пердетата и терасата. Мисля, че домакините вече са планирали по-основно почистване, за да стане това място наистина впечатляващо.

• María Coromoto (3/5): No es lo que parece. - La ubicación. Qué al 2⁰ día apareciera una plaga de bichos en la habitación.
• Rosa (4/5): - El barrio donde está ubicado. Es un apartamento que tiene un estado de dejadez difícil de explicar. No puedo enumerar todas las cosas que estaban rotas, como por ejemplo: la taza del wáter, la lavadora, la cisterna, el tendedero... En el baño había mucho moho negro y la terraza era un nido de mosquitos por las plantas muertas y cubo con agua estancada. El wifi es tan débil que teniendo smart TV en la habitación es imposible conectarte . Sofá nada cómodo y la cocina con falta de utensilios. Decepcionante. Es el típico apartamento que la persona propietaria piensa que con que esté en buena ubicación es suficiente. La nota que tiene es irreal.

• Katherine (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was very clean and comfortable and is a great size. The terrace is a lovely addition. The apartment is in a great neighborhood with lively local bars and restaurants but didn't seem to be too inundated with tourists. The washing machine is extremely small and doesn't wash effectively so do not rely on this. There are laundromats close by if you need them.
• Mcfarlane Brown (8/5): - Our stay at Acropolis Hip Loft was excellent. The location was perfect—close to major sites and very convenient for exploring Athens. The apartment was clean and well-kept, and the host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and nearby attractions, and even helped with our luggage since we arrived early (around 10am, though check-in was at 3pm). They also assisted with transfers—from the cruise ship to the loft, and later to the airport—which made everything seamless. Overall, the service and hospitality were outstanding. I would highly recommend Acropolis Hip Loft to anyone visiting Athens.

• Frans (9/5): Prettig verblijf in een goede wijk van Athene. - We kregen instructies hoe we binnen konden komen. Groot appartement en mooi ingericht. Alles was aanwezig zoals koffie, thee en water. Bed was uitstekend en om de hoek tavernes, bars en bakker. Goede locatie. Bij aankomst nog enkele tips gekregen wat er in de buurt te doen was. Niets.
• Rebecca (10/5): Athens hip loft - The location was excellent, a short walk to tram and metro. The acropolis and Filopappou hill also a short walk away. George, the host is amazing, so patient and kind, we couldn’t have asked for a better start to our holiday

• Marko (10/5): Great location. Even better host. - The locations is perfect, 10 min walk to the Acropolis museum and Acropolis, as well as Plaka. The apartment is well equiped, with everything one could need during their stay. The bed is quite comfy. The apartment has a lot of room. I would also mention Anastasia, our host. She is a wonderfull young lady. She was always available via WathsApp and was very helpful with suggestions what to visit in Athens, where to eat etc. The only bad thing is a weak wifi connection.
• Jerôme (4/5): Déçu de notre location - L’appartement est facilement accessible depuis une station de métro • État général de l’appartement : La qualité de la propriété et des finitions laisse à désirer. • Salle de bain : En très mauvais état, avec présence de moisissures, fuites d’eau et une forte odeur d’égouts persistante. • Installation électrique : Les prises sont mal fixées dans l’ensemble de l’appartement, ce qui peut être dangereux. • Propreté : • La terrasse était très sale à notre arrivée. • Les draps et serviettes présentaient des taches, ce qui est inacceptable pour un hébergement de ce type. • Accueil : Aucune corbeille de bienvenue, contrairement à ce qui est montré sur les photos de l’annonce. • Connexion Internet : Le Wi-Fi fonctionne mal et ne couvre pas la terrasse. • Confort thermique : À notre arrivée, la température intérieure avoisinait les 35°C. La climatisation a mis deux jours pour rafraîchir correctement les pièces, ce qui a fortement impacté notre confort.
• Ronny (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Als Tourist hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar.. Bei Unstimmigkeiten wird sehr schnell geholfen. Es ist sehr schwer einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, den man durch die enge in dieser Straße nutzen kann.
• Stavroula (10/5): - The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, had all the amenities and the most comfortable bed. The location is perfect, just 6 minutes away from Syggrou-Fix metro station and with a variety of cafés and restaurants around. All in all would highly recommend and would stay there again for sure!
• Eleni (7/5): Pleasant - The host was very kind and helpful but his employee not do much. There is a supermarket nearby and lots of great restaurants and bars around the corner. Fabulous bakeries and coffee shops are within walking distance 15 min. Siggrou Fix is around 15 min on foot. The elevator is the smallest i ve ever been into. Kind of claustophobic. Wouldnt fit me and my luggage so i had to climb the stairs. Only one person would fit and the doors were ancient.
• Orfeas (5/5): Decent place, with some improvements would be way better - It is fully equipped for people who would like e.g. to cook etc. Needs a renovation regarding the bathroom and the window frames. Wifi internet was quite slow, I'm not sure if that's something that happened only on the specific days of our stay.
• Julie (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay despite the few issues,George was very responsive and answered all our questions straight aw - It was in a great location,close enough to the centre but away from hustle and bustle of it all. It was very very quiet,which was lovely. We used the sofa bed to sit in the evenings and it was very uncomfortable to use as it was on a permanent tilt. The bathroom needs attention,there is no extractor fan,turning it into a steam room,even with the window open,this caused a lot of condensation in the room. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

• Mohammed (6/5): The apartment needs improvements - The bedroom and the lounge are big and nice. The area/building is not noisy. 1) The bathroom is not pleasant and requires redecoration. It had a lot of black mold. After contacting the host, he sent a cleaner to address the issue, but there is still some black mold on the ceiling. 2) The apartment is on the second floor. The lift is old and very small. The lights for the stairs have to be switched on manually. 3) More kitchen utensils, dishes, and glasses should be provided.

The manager George was great with our early check-in and late checkout and was very responsive with any questions we had A couple of small things which George has probably already fixed. The washing machine didn't work, no wine glasses and no teatowels
• Anikó (10/5): Perfect apartment with a welcoming host - Everything was perfect, the highlight was the host, Giorgios (George) - he has a very warm and welcoming personality, and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. He was always very quick to answer via WhatsApp. As for the apartment: a big spacious apartment with good natural lights and a charming balcony. It has everything for cooking, multiple ways to prepare coffee, washing machine with detergent, dishwasher, cleaning supplies, hair dryer etc - we only stayed for a couple of days, but it's really prepared for also a longer stay. The bed was big and comfortable. Not sure if it's due to soundproofing or maybe noone else lives in the building but we didn't hear the slightest noise from the neighbours, and also the balcony was facing a quiet little street, even though the apartment is in a busy, central area, so we didn't hear any noise of the city. The location is great, nice cafés and bakeries closeby with good prices and tasty products, also 2 mini markets, metro is close, you really have everything nearby. -
• Amelia (9/5): Will definitely return, lovely Host and Apt - The Serta mattress bed is the BEST of any hotel and airbnb and this a country which loves overly hard mattresses! The sofa in living room also comfy. Super quiet patio (no view- faces backs of other apts but is quiet & feels private) for morning brekkie or a drink and unwind at end of long day. The host is fantastic! Gave clear directions to obtain keys from lockbox, great communication and booked airport taxi to apartment last minute. Kitchen well equipped - best quality nonstick pans in any rental Ive been to ! and huge fridge. Really clean, great bathroom and shower. Fantastic to have a washing machine (only place to provide, of the 8 hotels/apt I stayed in Greece) even though it didn't spin enough to rid the water so clothes took a teeny bit longer to dry. Location was good if you don't mind walking extra - 15 mins to Acropolis/Parthenon to north; 10 min to very convenient Sygrou-Fix metro train station which made it so easy to take a quick train to Syntagma Square for sight seeing and great restaurants. And to Omonia for the amazing market (get the best quality herbs, spices, herbal teas near Evripidou St; You must go there!!! Note - very easy from this apt to taxi to the frequent Syntagma Square X95 airport bus which takes 45min-1hr depending on traffic- this way saves you at least 40Euro.Buy the tix BEFORE you get on, but be sure to tap on & validate tix on the electronic reader yourself Because I have hiked n walked Greece almost a month before this trip, was tired and sometimes hard to make it slightly uphill to Acropolis area where I wandered 3 of my 4 day stay. The safe little lift works well if you're careful to keep the inner doors shut or it stops - don't worry, just make sure doors closed well and repress the floor u need. Patio has no view and can't avoid being dusty - that's Athens - but after shaking down cushions such a relaxing spot.

It is located in a very good neighbourhood with caffes and restaurants, very close to all tourist attractions. Great value for money. Will definitely visit again :-)
• Bloyen (10/5): Hip yes, Acropolis not so much. - Just one block away from the local night life. 15 minute walk from the city center and Acropolis. The owner George, met with us the night we arrived to give us pointers of the area, links to websites of interest. And to fill any requests we had during our stay.We only used the unit as a base to come back to as we traveled throughout the country just to return to wash our clothes and rest for a day or two, then back out to explore another island or two. The days were in the mid 90s, and the a/c had a difficult time cooling the unit especially the bedroom. George brought us an oscillating floor fan to move the air throughout the unit. The only thing deceptive is, if you are expecting to see the Parthenon from the loft, it's a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute Uber ride.
• Ashleigh (9/5): A large clean room with balcony in a quiet but central location - The room was very big with a lovely balcony, all very clean and modern The lift to the second floor is very small - just for 1 person comfortably - so we took the spiral stairs - it was fine for us but may not be for everyone

• Costigan (9/5): Great flat, great host, really excellent location in a happening neighbourhood - Lovely nicely decorated flat with secluded balcony. George was a great host, he met us at the property even though our flight was delayed and we got in at almost 11pm. He was very helpful with lots of suggestions. The flat is in a very cool area with lots of restaurants and bars so you can eat late. Very close to the Acropolis southern gate where the queue is better. Would definitely stay here again. It was all great.
