- Abbey (8/5): Perfect for a group holiday near Puerto Banus - The apartment was perfect for our stay . It is very clean and modern, comfortable and stylish furniture throughout. Location is perfect for accessing Puerto banus taxis typically 5€ from marina. Supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. The pool and pool area was clean and well maintained very quiet when we were there. Perfect for what we needed. Didn’t use the BBQ but looked to be a good facility. Beach towels provided very appreciated. Didn’t use many of the facilities like washing machine A few problems that could be resolved for future: Coffee machine didn’t work (may have been user error but no instructions given) More glassware rather than plastic cups from beach clubs would be nice. The main problem were the bathrooms. The main bathroom had no lock on the door. Which is awkward when sharing with 6-8 other people. It would be a simple addition to add a lock. The en suite bathroom door is full glass (not frosted) very awkward to share with friends / family! As 8 people sharing 2 bathrooms and typically getting ready in the same space. There is no window in en suite but plenty of lights in bathroom so glass door is not necessary and is uncomfortable. Also bedroom door did not lock so risk people walking in when using bathroom. The en suite shower flooded whenever it was used causing the full bathroom to be wet. Had to use bath mat to stop flow of water. Not ideal.

The hosts were extremely helpful in organising our stay and nothing was too much trouble. There are plenty of amenities there, with towels, glasses, hairdryers, irons etc. Nothing it was great.

Still so close to lots of restaurants and the main marina in Marbella. Very clean, beautiful decor and the outdoor terrace was just fantastic! Lovely hosts, excellent value for money, will definitely book again if back in Marbella Just a very small point - would be great to have some more glasswear - wasn't enough wine/fizz glasses etc for the number of people the apartment fits
