• anita (2/5): - not worth it. stayed at the place, didn’t explicitly say that this is a shared space, the place not like the pictures, missing amenities. also uncovered mold by the ceiling and host denied it said he checked it out, when he indeed didn’t come and see it. parking was hassle, all street parking
• Keith (2/5): - This property manager is actively engaging in bait and switch techniques. On the Hotels.com website, this rental is described as a “Guesthouse”, when in actuality, it is at best, a room in what is being described as a guest house. On the Hotels.com website there are several pictures of the facilities and the amenities, which makes it appear that it is all part of your rental. However, when we arrived, we found out that what we had actually rented was 1 of 3 bedrooms within this “Guesthouse” and that we would be forced to share all of the advertised facilities and amenities with the other renters. We immediately contacted Hotels.com to inform them and to make alternative arrangements but we were told that we could not because it was past the cancelation date (which occurred prior to our arrival). Shameful practice on the behalf of the property owner and on Hotels.com for allowing this to happen.
• Rubi (6/5): - You are renting a room inside a townhome, which isn't a big issue except other guests aren't always aware of the rooms around them. We were woken up by people being obnoxiously loud around our room and stomping in the hallways. The wifi did not work at all dor us so I was unable to get any work done while in our room. I did appreciate having our own bathroom but everything else is shared. Parking isn't so great. Youvhave to find street parking, which can fill up from time to time. The staff was very nice though and for the location and price, you kind of get what you paid for.
