- Antonia (9/5): Un lugar para volver - Nos gustó el diseño de las instalaciones, la limpieza, la ubicación, la tranquilidad y paz que se respira, los jardines con rincones privados para las habitaciones y el concepto de compartir. Es como estar en un hotel pero con cocina compartida donde te puedes preparar tus comidas. Además ponen a tu disposición café y otros alimentos. También hay una fuente de agua para beber, que en Canarias es importante. Es un lugar muy bonito, cómodo y excelente situado. Hay un parking gratuito muy cerca. Solo coincidimos con el personal de limpieza, pero fue muy amable explicándonos el funcionamiento de la cocina y lo que estaba a nuestra disposición. También nos surgieron algunas dudas sobre la entrada y otras situaciones y siempre nos contestaban rápido. Quizás nos resultó un poquito caro. Y la habitación, aunque muy bonita, era un poco justa de tamaño por el precio.

- Anastasiia (9/5): Would love to stay here again! - Unfortunately, I caught a cold a couple of days before our stay, so I ended up spending almost the entire time in the room. And I’m extremely grateful that it happened in this hotel - if anything, it actually seemed to speed up my recovery significantly. Location is fantastic - right in the city centre. I managed to explore La Laguna even as an after-cold weakling. There is no traditional reception desk, but the staff were extremely attentive and responsive via WhatsApp. We actually liked this setup even more - it gave us the lovely feeling that we had the whole hotel to ourselves. But the biggest highlight for me was the building itself. It is a beautiful historic house. I absolutely love staying in such places and usually, when booking a hotel in an old building, I mentally prepare myself for certain compromises, Here it was the perfect balance: all the beauty and charm of a traditional wooden Canarian house (such an incredible smell and feel) combined with modern comfort. Not "I did not like it", more like things to be aware of if you're considering this accomodation: * City center -> parking can be a bit difficult to find * Amazing historical building -> all the perks of historical building, such as poorer sound insulation, may be more noticeable during high season * The bathroom in room V9 was not fully enclosed, so it may not be ideal for shy guests

The architecture of this building was so intriguing and it was so quite although you were close to the city center (La Trinidad) and old town. I even had a propery kitchen with more equipment than I needed and some extras like oil, salt, etc. Definitley a joy staying here! Nothing

- Simona (10/5): - Staying in this hotel is an experience. Its a beautifully designed historical building renovated with care and utmost respect for its authenticity. Probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Something to keep in mind for fellow travellers - the old part of the building has no sound proofing. You will be able to sleep in what feels like a beautiful museum, but would have to respect its qualities.

Aussi nous avions une chambre à coté de la cuisine commune et il y a eu beaucoup de bruit en pleine nuit, des gens sont venus manger à 3h du matin en parlant fort, et ça a recommencé à 6h avec les leves tot... donc c'est dommage mais je ne recommande pas cet etablissement qui est pourtant fait avec soin et gout.

- JEAN LUC (10/5): - Dans un quartier très proche du centre ville, un immeuble rénové et construction neuve propose des chambres d'hôtes très bien équipées. L' organisation est bonne. Le chauffage central n'étant pas en service le sèche serviette ne permet pas d'évacuer l'humidité ambiante

- Ines (2/5): Un alojamiento precioso y un descanso que aún buscamos. - La decoración de la habitación era muy bonita al igual que las diferentes salas que ofrecía el alojamiento. Imposible poder descansar, se reserva una suite en la cual está ubicada abajo y se oye TODO lo de los alojados en la habitación de arriba, no pudimos descansar NADA, yéndonos a dormir muy tarde (cuando dejaron finalmente de hacer ruido) y despertándonos muy pronto (cuando decidieron levantarse a las 6h de la mañana y hacer todo el ruido posible).

- Daniel (10/5): - the design was a very nice mix between modern and historic. everything was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped with every thing you might need. the only downside is that since its a restored building the floors are wood and footsteps can be heard from around the building. it didn't bother us but if you are very sensitive to sounds it might be a problem

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, in der man sich auch morgens einen Kaffee machen konnte. zentral zur Altstadt gelegen. empfehlenswert Das Bad hatte leider noch einige Haare der Vorgängerin. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, wir hatten sehr viel Gepäck, das wir nicht in den 3. Stock hätten schleppen können. Das freundliche Personal hat uns dann noch ein Zimmer im EG gegeben.
- Edda (10/5): Oase in der Altstadt - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende (besonderen Dank an Andres). Hervorragend ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche. Tolle Lage in der Altstadt. Beeindruckende Verbindung historisches Gebäude mit moderner Innenausstattung, schöne Atmosphäre.
- MASSIMO (7/5): - Bella struttura, centrale, camera spaziosa. Desidero che questo messaggio non venga pubblicato in rete. Non voglio danneggiare l'albergatore, al quale però desidero far notare una cosa sgradevole, affinchè prenda in considerazione la possibilità di provvedere. La camera era bella e grande, ma con un bagno interno privo non soltanto di finestra (il che è normale) e di aspiratore d'aria, ma privo di soffitto! Si, un bagno senza soffitto! Il che significa che l'isolamento fra camera da letto e bagno era solamente visivo, cosicchè la comunicazione acustica e quella olfattiva erano totali. Decisamente imbarazzante,

- Roland (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen - Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und komfortable Zimmer mit Heizung 😀 Eine gemütliche Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Hier trifft man die anderen Gäste, kann sich unterhalten und Tipps austauschen. Das Codesystem an der Tür funktioniert nicht zuverlässig. Es fehlte die Information, dass man mit dem zweiten Schlüssel das hinter einem Metalldeckel versteckte Schloss einfach aufschließen kann.
