- Vanessa (5/5): Boa localização. Má higiene - Proximidade ao metro. Zona habitacional calma. Falta de limpeza, tanto do apartamento quanto das toalhas, que tinham um cheiro desagradável. Camas péssimas, o colchão fazia uma cova, foi complicado dormir sem dores nas costas

- giulia (1/5): - Barcellona. All'arrivo l'host non sapeva parlare né inglese e né italiano e quindi abbiamo avuto difficoltà al momento per il saldo della prenotazione. Una volta pagato il saldo ci sono stati richiesti 250.00 €, quando prima nella prenotazione non eravamo al corrente di tutto ciò; una volta pagato una parte su booking abbiamo scoperto che era necessario al momento dell'arrivo nell'appartamento di pagare una caparra di 250€. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato in condizioni di pulizia pessime, con muffa, un odore sgradevole e le maniglie delle porte che si smontavano. Ci siamo trovati costretti a fotografare i vari problemi che abbiamo vissuto per una settimana. Al momento del check out si presentano prima dell'orario indicato, le donne per fare le pulizie aprendo la porta senza accertarsi che noi fossimo ancora dentro. Detto ciò concludo dicendo che l'host si presentava con un odore sgradevole e poco accogliente.

Inafara de ce incaseaza prin booking, te obliga sa platesti un fel de garantie de 250 de euro, pe care te asigura ca ti-o returneaza la final de sejur, lucru care nu se mai intampla. Au o clanta la usa de la baie, care e pusa de forma, ramai cu ea in mana. Apoi iti trimit piza, si iti zic ca tu ai stricat-o, si iti opresc cei 250 de euro pt acea prostie!!

- Odageriu (2/5): Very poor - - I guess they listened to feedback and got more kitchen ustensils. - The area itself is nice, I can't lie. - We had ants, this already should say enough. Waking up with a swarm of ants in an apartment where you paid 250 euros for a deposit is crazy work. - Cracks in the walls. - The ac tubes would get sweaty and all the water would fall on one of the beds in the bedrooms. - The toilet seat was broken. - The garbage can was broken as well. - Price doesn't meet the expectations.
