• Airat (1/5): No empathy = 0 score - At least they managed to fix a broken microwave. They kicked us out right at the checkout time refusing us to stay even an hour longer. Our departure flight was at 6 pm and they forced us to go at 11 am. So, we ended up on the street in the snowfall, with a toddler and all our luggage, and no place to go. They could have offered us some help with this situation. At least to help us store the luggage somewhere for 3-4 hours. But all we got is "there's nothing we can do". Yeah, sure, I can't think of a "better" way of treating your clients. Keep it up like this. I wish I could make you pay us a full refund for treating a family with a little kid like this... and not just that... Well deserved 0/10. Not to mention I lost some money for a booked trip that morning that I couldn't go on because of that. Funny thing.. they call this place a 5-star experience, but in reality, it's hardly 3.5 stars. Sure, carrying a baby with a stroller down and up the stairs to the 3rd floor with no lighting at all is clearly a top-notch experience. Are you really telling someone who stayed in Dubai next to Burj Khalifa about a 5-star experience? What a joke.
