- Jutta (9/5): Seinen Preis wert! - Neues stylisches Architektenhaus mit sehr hochwertiger, durchdachter u. detailgenauer Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage auf schönem naturnahem Eckgrundstück (Sackgasse). Materialienauswahl (z. B. Parkett, weiße Arbeitsplatte, Induktionskochfeld, Badmöbel aus Holz etc.) wie in einem Privathaushalt. Wir hoffen, dass alle Gäste behutsam und sorgsam damit umgehen! Wirklich gute Betten/Matratzen. Perfekt geeignet für 2 Paare. (Nord-)Strand und Ortsmitte sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. Beeindruckend ausgestattete Küche, die zum Kochen einlädt. Da das Gebäude keine Jalousien bzw. Außenbeschattung hat, heizte es sich während unseres Aufenthaltes leider etwas auf. Nachdem wir es gemeldet hatten, kümmerte sich die zuständige Hausverwaltung gemeinsam mit den Eigentümern sofort um diese "Kinderkrankheit". Vermutlich liegt/lag es nur an der Einstellung der Wohnraumlüftung. Um die tolle Küche sinnvoll nutzen zu können, wären wünschenswert: - mehr Teller u. Besteck - mehr Spültücher u. Geschirrtücher. Topfreiniger, Handtücher. - eine Grundausstattung (Salz, Zucker, etc.), damit nicht jeder Gast neu kauft und bei Abreise entsorgt. Uns fehlten weitere Haken f. Handtücher in den Bädern Ein Handtuch im Gäste-WC wäre sinnvoll. Es sind keine Strand(hand-)tücher vorhanden. Es gibt keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Da das Gebäude keine Jalousien bzw. Außenbeschattung hat, heizte es sich während unseres Aufenthaltes leider etwas auf.
