• geroldi (10/5): Very good, perfect for first night arriving in Kuta. I will definitely come back again - Everything was great! Room was clean and quiet, staff super friendly, I asked for a specific suite and they give me the one I asked for. Bathroom was clean and with hot shower. Close to airport, Kuta beach, lots of Warung and restaurant around. The breakfast was ok

• Kelly (4/5): Don’t do it! - Good location near airport and restaurants on Jl Kartika Plaza. Apart from the location there was nothing to like about this hotel. They have a strict no check in before 2pm even if your room is ready. Room is tiny, fridge didn’t work, no shower curtain in bathroom so the bathroom was soaked when you had a shower. We paid extra to have breakfast included but were then told that due to their being less than 10 people ordering breakfast they could only provide Nasi Goreng or Mie Goreng. We have stayed in a few low budget hotels in this area to be close to the airport and been pleasantly surprised by the quality but we will not be returning to this one. Horrible.

• Charlie (10/5): SUBERBE séjour! - Nous avons adoré le personnel et que dire de l’endroit!! Belle piscine, belle chambre et surtout assez calme (une belle ambiance). La situation géographique est idéal. À quelque pas de la plage (5-10 minutes de marche), proche des beaux restaurants et cafés. Nous y sommes restés trois nuits et nous avons été très satisfaite. Merci à toute l’équipe qui a veiller sur nous durant le séjour! Tout était parfait. Il s’assure déjà durant le séjour que tout est correcte!! Ils sont attentionnés mais surtout respectif aux commentaires.

• Lisa (7/5): - Vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel is op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen van het vliegveld. Fijn na een lange vlucht en als je laat in de avond aankomt. Kamer was helemaal prima. Ontbijt mocht van mij wat uitgebreider.

• Franz (7/5): Non il più bel ricordo - Abbiamo passato solo una notte al Rabasta Enjoy, pertanto posso dare un giudizio in base alle prime impressioni. Location carina, camera climatizzata e pulita. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo con possibilità di scelte internazionali (come brioches o cappuccino) a pagamento. Diversi giorni prima del nostro arrivo chiesi per messaggio tramite Booking se potessero trovarmi un taxi aeroporto-hotel. Non risposero. Riscrissi il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo e mi dissero che il loro driver era impegnato in altri giri. Arriviamo la sera e chiediamo un taxi per l'aeroporto per la mattina successiva: mi rispondono che il loro driver era impegnato ma che potevano prenotarmi un taxi da internet. Mattina dopo arriviamo in reception (c'era un altro ragazzo) e chiediamo del taxi: non c'era traccia di prenotazione. Abbiamo poi prenotato noi un Grab, ma la serietà?

Персонал вроде и вежливый, но в других отелях прям веет искренностью и дружелюбием(но не во всех) В среднем отель не плохой, но есть и получше В самом начале при заполнении форм, сразу начали указывать на правила. Не ломать, после 19 басеен закрыт, если сломает заплатите..... Короче не те слова, что хочется услышать в начале отпуска. В других отелях ни слово не говорили (так как это и так понятно) Далее пляж - ужасный.....

• Guest (6/5): Ok for a one night stay - The staff were helpful in moving us. We were originally given a room which was dirty and the bathroom unfortunately had a lot of flies in. We were kindly given another room but only after the staff suggested we pay for an upgrade. We had paid for breakfast but because we moved room they removed us from the breakfast list which was disappointing. Budget friendly but I think there are far better places to stay in the area.
• Paul (6/5): - My plane was late and visa on a arrival were a challenge So I was grateful for the airport pick up. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe/bar was basic but adequate. The room didn't have a desk or anywhere to put things down. The cleaning staff didn't change the bed linen or clean the coffee cups or replace the loo paper.

• Smiljka (7/5): - This hotel is a convenient stop for people with late flights and needing a place to stay before heading to a place that is far from Denpasar. I also liked the surroundings and the proximity of the best spa in Denpasar. The first room we got was not cleaned, and this was an inconvenience that was quickly rectified by the staff, who found us another room.

Ruime kamer met badkamer en bad, ik ben eigenlijk een douche man. Ontbijt is Indonesisch, maar wel lekker. Ander land andere gewoontes en aanpassen mag. Voor de verkoeling is het zwembad Vriendelijk personeel Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima -

• Marie Milde (9/5): - Nous avons logé une nuit dans cet hôtel car nous reprenions l'avion le lendemain. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques kilomètres seulement de l'aéroport. Rien à redire sur le reste, c'était très bien !
• Caroline (5/5): Praktisch durch Nähe zum Flughafen - Mein Zimmer im Rabasta Enjoy Kuta war praktikabel. Ich habe nur eine Unterkunft für 1 Nacht gesucht, um am nächsten Morgen zum Flughafen zu kommen. Den Transfer hat das Hotel für 150.000Rp angeboten. Das Zimmer und Bad sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch leider für mich nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Meine Matratze war durchgelegen und das Laken hatte Flecken. Zum Einschlafen krabbelte ein Tausendfüßler über meinen Hals. Allerdings hatte ich in 3 Wochen Bali und 6 verschiedenen Unterkünften nie ein Bett oder Zimmer ohne Tiere. Das Frühstück war nicht einmal ausreichend für mich. Für eine Nacht ok, für einen Urlaub NEIN

Evidemment un mois pour avoir une réponse négative et ce la veille du départ. Petit déjeuner oublié, servi en retard après avoir été réclamer et bien sur pas avec la commande effectuée la veille.

Breakfast was good but it took 45 minutes to prepare even though I was the only one waiting. Pretty overpriced for what you get, better to pay more and stay somewhere cleaner and with better facilities.

• Aatifa (9/5): Great! - The stay was great! I honestly had no complaints. Anything you need ,they would try their best to accommodate you. The owner was also a kind man. He shared some of his personal fruit with me and others who were visiting for a wedding that week. My stay was great! Thank you to all I encountered at that establishment. Nothing.
