- Robert (2/5): A very unpleasant and dangerous start. - Great location meeting our requirements. We arrived midday. Told the house was being cleaned. It was not, but still had to wait until 17:00 to get the keys. No spare copies, no information on the alarm, or Wifi. Electrical cable taped up by the pool side. Asked for it to be checked by an electrician. After a lot of discussion this was done and the cable was live. This is a very serious fault on the part of the owner and house rental company. It could have resulted in the electrocution of people in the pool, and probably a matter for the police. Pool dirty, net broken, washing machine flooded utility room, some bedding dirty, coffee machine broken and full of mouldy capsules (replaced). Reclamation made to the Asturian Government against Casas Rurales. (Rental Agency). Copy will be sent to Booking. com.
