• Juliya Shlaen (10/5): - Маленькая, удобная квартира.оснащена минимум необходимыми вещами. В 20-30 минутах ходьбы от центра Софии. Удобное расположение вблизи общественного транспорта( трамвай, метро, автобус) также есть рядом небольшие магазинчики и банк. Приветливые и отзывчивые хозяева. Однозначно положительные отзывы и если юудет возможность остановлюсь еще раз в этом месте. Наверно непомишала бы микрогаль для разогревания еды, иначе все либо на плите , либо в духовке-неудобно и дольше времени занимает.
• Mariana (10/5): Everything was just perfect! - Great location, very clean, has all the amenities that you need. Violeta had gone out of her way to make the place cosy and comfortable. Christmas decorations, fruit, cookies, nice and warm feeling from the moment you enter. There is nothing that you may need during your stay that she hasn’t thought about. Violeta was very responsive, even late in the evening , and everything went smoothly. She has our warmest recommendations. Can’t wait to stay there again!

• Wai Hung (9/5): Good value for money and best for long stay - The apartment has everything you would need for a long stay, like washing machine, laundry powder, clothes drying rack, cookware and seasoning, shower gel and shampoo. Shower room and toilet are in separate rooms, which can be convenient for multiple guests. Located on the ground floor, with just three steps of stairs in the lobby, won’t be much problem if you have a heavy suitcase. The curtains blocks out most light for a good sleep. It’s not in the most central area. Around 30min walk to most tourist spots. Or quick access via tram and metro if you prefer not to walk. Personally I like being in the less touristic area. A handful of good restaurants and bakeries outside. The host is responsive and helpful.
• Boris-FIFA (10/5): Не раздумывайте- берите! - Расположение для нас отличное по нему и выбирали варианты. Попали легко. как и выселились. В квартире есть практически все необходимое для проживания, огромный выбор средств гигиены. На кухне все необходимое для готовки и процесса еды, для мытья посуды. Так же побеспокоились о масле для жарки. приправах. соли. специях. в общем всего не напишешь) Чисто. тепло, 2 комплекта ключей, мы довольны! было несколько мелких неудобств. но в целом они не повлияли на оценку, тут вкратце напишу, что можно было бы улучшить: 1. Вай фай- он то нормально работал. то ужасно 2. Не хватает свободных розеток около кроватей 3. Не хватает микроволновки 4. Не хватает кухонного небольшого полотенца 5, Горячая вода то осчень горячая. то холодная трудно регулировать Повторю, что несмотря на эти неудобства оценку ставим самую высокую.

• Adkins (10/5): A terrific apartment in a quiet neighborhood; we loved it. - We loved this quiet neighborhood. We had stayed in the central touristy area on our previous visit and wanted a quiet neighborhood on this visit and this apartment was perfect. Easy to get to by tram from the train station and the metro is a short walk which we took to the Socialist Museum. It's a neighborhood with a university so there are young people; cafes, bakeries, street food, grocery stores etc and people of all ages. The apartment is on the ground floor but very quiet and the bedroom was dark at night with the metal roller blinds down; the bed was comfortable. The apartment is very cute and had everything we needed for a week-long stay; it would be great for a long stay as well. There's an espresso machine; you can bring your favorite espresso ground coffee but it was provided as well. Electric kettle, dishware, pots/pans etc. The kitchen, dining bar and living room are quite cozy and comfortable. We liked that the toilet is in a separate room from the sink and shower. The washing machine was great to have. The host, Violeta, left us cookies, fresh fruit, bottled water and a beer in the refrigerator; what a nice welcome. We didn't have much interaction with her because we had everything we needed, but those we had were very pleasant. We like to walk and by staying here we found neighborhoods we hadn't explored before; it gave us a much more favorable view of Sofia than we had when we stayed in the touristy old town area. We would definitely stay here again. The bathroom shower grout needed a good scrub; it's one of my pet peeves but the rest of the apartment was so great it didn't detract from my score and Violeta said they have plans to redo the grout in the shower.

• Sergey (10/5): - Замечательные хозяева, очень доброжелательные и всегда на связи. У апартаментов отличное местоположение. Близко и к метро, и к остановке трамвая. Если любите прогулки, то можно пешком дойти до очень многих достопримечательностей Софии. Очень чисто, есть вся кухонная утварь, а также, на выбор, различные моющие средства. Шампуни и гели для душа в наличии на любой выбор. Единственное замечание касается небольшого подтекания в туалете, но оно не повлияло на высокую оценку данного размещения.
• Riccardo (10/5): - Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e i proprietari di casa sono estremamente gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è a due passi dal centro della città e si può raggiungere il centro a piedi tranquillamente. Tutto era molto pulito e in ordine! Molto consigliato per chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno a Sofia.

• James (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location, with excellent service from the hosts - The apartment was easy to find, just a few minutes walk from the Vasil Levski metro stop - making access from the airport simple. The hosts gave clear instructions on how to find the keys, and replied very quickly when I had any questions. The location is great- it's in a quiet side-street but is walking distance to the centre of the city (trams and subway are even closer if you don't want to walk the whole way) Apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, with a couple of nice treats left for my arrival which was nice :) If I revisit Sofia I will most likely stay here again. No problems

• Demy (10/5): Great place to stay right in the city centre - Amazing place right in the middle of the city. It had everything we needed. Nice kitchen, full set of the shampoo, shower gel and everything else. It was also easy to black-out the rooms with the heavy blinders to sleep during the day after our flight. Very clean, cozy and good looking place.

• Ivaylo (10/5): Worth it, we already booked another stay. - Great location, nicely furbished and equipped, a lot of needed accessories and consumables on site (e.g. coffee machine with stock of nesspresso capsules). All was fine.
• Yan (10/5): Exceptional - It was extremely clean and very cozy. We loved the spacious rooms and it felt really like we were home during our stay. The provided coffee and little snacks on arrival was such a nice touch. Will definitely come back! Nothing really, we enjoyed everything.

• Anton (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was outstandingly clean, comfortable and had almost all (I missed the microwave :)) of the things you might need for a short or a long stay. The host was more than super-responsive, offering help and being friendly before my stay and all the time. I don't really feel comfortable living in the ground/higher ground floor, so it was quite a surprise for me, but the roller shutters gave me the needed privacy.
• Rafaela (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this place is beyond amazing! From the perfect cleanliness, location, and spaciousness to every little detail. The hosts made us really feel at home. Communication with them is super easy, and they made sure we had everything we needed. They left some delicious treats for us and had warmed the place before our arrival. The place is equipped with everything. The kitchen has all types of cookware and small appliances, and the bathroom is stocked with a wide range of toiletries. We visited with our son, and the place is absolutely perfect for children. There is a crib, a lot of toys, and children's books. The location was perfect for us, very close to the city center and all attractions, but on a quiet street and near the biggest park in the city. There are metro and tram stations nearby, as well as plenty of shops, pharmacies, bakeries, and restaurants. I can't really recommend this place more. We will definitely be visiting again, and we will always recommend it to anyone staying in the city.

An immaculately clean, modern and well-equipped apartment ideal for a couple or potentially 3 people if someone is happy on the couch. Hosts were very helpful and informative. I was very happy with the apartment and it's location, as well as with how fairly priced it was for our 4 night stay.

From the welcome cookies and fruits to full set of toiletries and small details that make this place feels so cozy and homie. Flat is on good location near the city centre and in the same time in a quiet street. Huge thanks to these guys! Everything was more than perfect.
