• Tracey (7/5): The basics in a great location - This little apartment had all the basics in a great location. Very comfortable bed and well appointed kitchenette. Super accessible public transport and a bonus little balcony with seating was nice. Tea towels or paper towel would have been handy We were unable to work out how to watch free to air tv (e.g. footy match, news)

• Peter (10/5): 최고의 위치~~ - When we stepped out onto the balcony, a beautiful park stretched out in front of us with no obstructions, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the night view. It was also a great place to relax and spend some peaceful time during the day. Queen Victoria Market is nearby, and the city centre is within easy walking distance. The location is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation, and if I visit Melbourne again in the future, I would definitely love to stay here again. The only downside was that the cleaning could have been more thorough. There was visible dust in some corners, and even on top of the refrigerator there was a noticeable layer of dust. If more attention is given to cleanliness, this place would be perfect.

• Robert-Jan (5/5): Teleurstellend - Uitzicht en balkon, ligging. Verouderd, versleten meubels, niet heel schoon (badkamer), klein bed. Beddengoed niet fris (we hebben het gewassen). Geen koffiezetapparaat (?). Te duur voor het gebodene. Er zijn betere alternatieven in Melbourne.

• Leena (9/5): A comfortable and convenient stay in a great location—would happily return! - I had a great stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Flagstaff train station, right across from a lovely park, and close to Queen Victoria Market. Although it's a one-bedroom apartment, it comfortably accommodated four adults thanks to the sofa bed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all the utensils were clean and in near-new condition, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The beds and mattresses were especially cozy and added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, I was very happy with the apartment and the facilities provided. Thank you to the host for a pleasant stay! The only minor issue was the shower screen, which didn’t close properly and caused some water to leak into the bathroom. I'm sure this will be resolved soon.

• Jeffrey (7/5): pleasant and convenient location, close to a park and transport. - Good location opposite Flagstaff gardens. It was close to two tram lines, the city loop tourist tram and right opposite a city loop train station. This made getting around easy. Easy walking distance to Queen Victoria markets. The shower had no water shield at the bottom which meant the floor mat was almost always wet after a shower, however this is a minor issue.
