• Renars (3/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - NOT WORTH IT - property is close to the metro. property is on the first floor, super easy if you have heavy luggage. I am not usually the one to complain, however this property is the worst one I have ever used. firstly, on night two of my stay the electricity went out in my apartment. I was on the phone chatting with the owner from 19 up until almost midnight. and they only let me swap apartments when I told them I don’t feel comfortable sleeping in an apartment that has no light. their idea was for me to wait until the next morning so someone can come and fix the problem. pardon?? how can you ask a guest to sleep in an apartment with no working plugs (so not possible to charge devices), no working fridge, no electricity, nothing… that was the first thing that made me question this place. anyway, after long chats I was able to switch apartments. I had to pack up my stuff in the dark, with no light, just my phone’s flash. on the last day, I told them I would be checking out at 11. at 9 I thought I will go out to the near supermarket Mercadona to buy some bits to take back home. the door doesn’t unlock… this door is fully automatic so not possible to open by hand. I was texting them when I found this problem, it was 9. NINE IN THE MORNING. it wasn’t night, it wasn’t late. IT WAS THE MORNING. I had no response for ONE HOUR AND FOURTY MINUTES. disgraceful. I was spamming them non stop for a reply. and when they finally replied (it was almost check out time - 11) they replied in the most basic way. they didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was waiting for almost two hours?? INSANE. how can you have a property that you rent out and not be reachable during the day? what if I had a plane to catch? no response for almost two hours is disrespectful and disgusting behaviour from the owner. there is absolutely no need to leave someone waiting during the day. thankfully I had an evening flight but still, I had to change my plans all because I wasn’t able to get out. DO NOT STAY HERE, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
• Mauro Enrique (9/5): Recomendo - Gostei da localização (perto de metrô, supermercado e bar), da luz natural que entra pelas janelas, do ar-condicionado (essencial no verão) e da TV smart. Do tamanho e da porta do banheiro.

• Adrianainjp (8/5): Handy for IFEMA - + Handy flat for trade events at IFEMA. Dia supermarket across the road, the Metro a 5min walk. - Bed was a bit small for two people. No fresh towels given after 1 or 2 days. Same with toilet paper. Shower a bit small but has a powerful shower head. Great!
• Amendolara (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really cool and provided with all the forniture, as reported on the booking description. The neighborhood is quiet and the metro station is near (approximately 600 m) the accomodation. I really enjoyed the stay! Highly recommended!
