• GANGA NIRANJAN KUMAR (5/5): Value for money - The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, which made travel easy. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There is also a supermarket right next to the hotel, which is very helpful for buying essentials. Additionally, there are many coffee shops nearby, making it a good place to stay. There were a few issues during my stay. The bath towels were very old and had an unpleasant smell. I had booked two rooms (105 and 103)for two days, but the hot water was not working in room 103. When I informed the staff, they checked but said the technician was not available and asked us to adjust, which was not satisfactory. Also, although the washroom was clean, it was partially visible from the room, which made it uncomfortable to use.

• Yaneesh (1/5): It’s a scam I don’t recommend this hotel please don’t go - Nothing It’s a scam the picture shows there is nothing like that. No rooftop bar, for breakfast there is no option, Staff doesn’t understand anything. If you book two rooms they trying to give you on different floors if you don’t like it they trying to charge more they do it for purpose even they did with next door rooms one as well.

• ☭ Hoa Sen ☭ (8/5): - Very clean. Close to airport. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice lobby. Everything is in good condition. Good place to spend a night. No windows, but I knew that beforehand. There was some kind of very loud construction going on in the morning. I think it was coming from the adjacent building. Not a big deal if you need to check out early, but it would be unpleasant if you planned to spend the day in your room. Price is relatively good, but HCMC is very overpriced in general.

То, что в ванной шумит - это вытяжка (и её можно отключить) Если прохладнее не стало, значит кондей вы так и не осилили. Обратитесь к персоналу - там ребята всё решат) Бельё постельное чистое, даже пышит свежестью. Вода горячая, напор хороший. Заехали поздно, часа в три ночи. На ресепшене был администратор и заселились моментально. Выезд тоже был ранний. С этим вообще никаких проблем. Это не минус, а особенность. Тут почти все ванные и туалетные комнаты оборудованы стенами и окнами из полупрозрачного стекла. О_о Видимо, так уж принято...

• Erick (1/5): Avoid The Prague Saigon Airport Hotel Due To Lound Construction Noise !!!! - The location was ok. There were multiple problems with my attempted stay at the Prague Saigon Airport Hotel. First, at check in the front desk staff would not honor the late check out time as listed on the Booking.com website. This was critical because I was checking in at approximately 11:15 PM/23:15 At check in the front desk staff said the room advertised and that I had reserved, was not available. It seems questionable and shady that there would be 2 changes made to the reservation I made - both having negative consequences to me. Most importantly around 11:45 PM/23:45 when going to sleep, I noticed various strange noises coming from the area around the headboard of my bed. The noises then changed to an extremely loud sound of someone hitting a metal rod with a hammer. It was so loud that I don't think anyone including myself could sleep through it so I went down to the front desk to talk to the staff about it. Basically the front desk staff tried to tell me that the noise would stop in about 15 minutes which would be close to midnight and this was something new and not heard before. I asked them how they knew that it would stop in 15 minutes and didn't get an answer. I then told them that I wanted to check out and get a refund. Another staff member then took over the conversation and tried to convince me (Rather aggressively) to take another room instead. I insisted that with the volume of the banging that none of the guests would likely be able to sleep through that noise. Eventually, after about 15 minutes of going back and forth, the hotel front desk staff relented and gave me a refund. When I left and was outside the hotel, I noticed (3) cement trucks lined up in front of the hotel and building next to the hotel getting ready to pour cement so likely the sound I had heard was construction workers installing rebar in preparation of pouring concrete.

• Anyue (2/5): - The building next door is drilling and smashing hammer all morning. My room can actually fell the vibration after they smash hammer on my wall. Cannot rest at all. The hotel staff said they can do nothing about it.

I didn't realise I'd booked a room with no window. My fault! I would have liked to use the last of my VND as I was leaving the country and then the balance by card, but they couldn't accommodate that - had to pay all cash (didn't have quite enough) or all by card.

The staff were very clear about what was free and what had to be paid for in the room (anything in fridge was chargeable- still at very reasonable prices though). Highly recommend.
