• Dorina (10/5): - Flavio nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, minden infót előre megírt nekem Viberen. Könnyen odataláltunk és a bejutás is egyszerű volt. A csomagjainkat előbb lerakhattuk. Tiszta,jól felszerelt szoba várt minket. A szobában volt bekészítve pipere holmi, hajszárító, tea és a hűtőben hideg víz várt minket. A közös konyhába pedig kávé,tea,gyümölcs és kekszek. Nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy! Biztosan visszatérünk még!😊

Las indicaciones para llegar siempre fueron claras. El dueño siempre estuvo atento para prestarnos ayuda mediante WhatsApp. Como extra, había snacks, té y café para tomar lo cual se agradece. No es algo demasiado molesto, pero el refrigerador hace ruido en la noche.

Az utcában több étterem,bár,mini market is van. Csendes, nyugodt helyen van, mégis “központban”. Flavio nagyon segítőkész, nagyon jó volt a kommunikáció. Maximálisan ajánlom! A leírások és értékelésekből tudtuk, hogy mire számíthatunk. Nem volt negatív tapasztalatunk. Azt kaptuk, ami a leírásban/képeken is szerepel :)

• Alina (10/5): Un sejur placut - Locația este excelentă, într-o zonă liniștită, foarte aproape de Colosseum și de multe alte obiective turistice importante din Roma, ceea ce a făcut ca deplasarea prin oraș să fie mai ușoară. Flavio este o gazdă minunată, foarte amabil, comunicativ și mereu dispus să ajute cu informații sau recomandări. Camera a fost spațioasă și curată, iar bucătăria comună era utilată cu tot ce ai nevoie. Per total, a fost o experiență foarte plăcută.

It is small, cozy, good location near the Colosseum, but what really impressed me was the atention to details of the host, Falvio. A cleaning lady came every day to make the bad and change the towels, we had tea, coffee and small pastry snacks every day, a small fully equiped kitchen, if we wanted to have breakfest inside. He answered on time on every question we had and was also very nice to let us live the luggage for a few more hours on our departure day. It's not luxury, but clean and comfortable 😊😊

• Fabio (9/5): Week-End di coppia a Roma - Struttura in posizione ottimale, a soli 8 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo, circondata da negozietti, bar e ristoranti, con tutti i servizi necessari nelle immediate vicinanze. La camera era pulita, ordinata e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo rispetto alle altre strutture presenti a Roma. Flavio, il gestore, è sempre stato molto disponibile e pronto ad intervenire quando necessario, fornendo anche spiegazioni chiare e dettagliate per l’accesso alla struttura tramite video e messaggi su WhatsApp. Anche se già segnalato in altre recensioni, il lavandino è leggermente più piccolo del normale; una scelta dovuta sicuramente per ottimizzare gli spazi della camera. Per il resto, tutto è in ottime condizioni.

• Csaba (10/5): Close to the Colosseum - The accommodation is very close to the Colosseum, which is not reflected in the price. The room was clean, towels and toiletries were provided, and a package of sweets awaited guests. I would like to highlight the helpfulness and kindness of the host, Flavio. In my opinion, we were considered "problematic" guests due to check-in and check-out, but we were able to discuss everything perfectly via Viber. We also received restaurant recommendations. I recommend this place to everyone! Maybe the bathroom's size, but absolutely usable.

Lots of restaurants and bars in the area and great recommendations from the hosts. The hosts were extremely attentive and communicative and were the kindest I’ve ever experienced. • Andreea (10/5): The best choice, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Rome. - First of all, Flavio is a wonderful host! He provides you with absolutely all the information before you arrive at the location. He is extremely kind and pleasant. The room is equipped with everything you need: AC, toiletries, high-quality towels, and it is very clean. There is also a shared little kitchen nearby where you have access to coffee and snacks. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Colosseum, where you can find many restaurants and shops. Travelling alone, I really appreciated both the location and the host’s kindness. The room also feels very safe, located in a building with multiple security doors. I definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone, and in the future, I would choose to stay here again whenever I'm in Rome. I have nothing to complain about.

• Jeff (8/5): Great host in a quiet location, but small room. - The host was excellent in providing check-in support and suggestions as well as arranging an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was quiet and location was close enough to restaurants. The room was small and fairly warm and the AC only worked when you were in the room. It took quite a while to cool down and never got cold. The lift wasn’t working so you have to carry your luggage up a few small flights of stairs.

• Jeanette (9/5): Amazing host, fabulous location, would definitely recommend - Fabio was an excellent host, we only booked from Rome airport as we were let down by our booking, so I was extremely stressed. Fabio messaged within minutes of booking, clear instructions, even spoke to the taxi driver to explain where they were. Location is fab, 5 minutes straight down the road to Colosseum, multiple bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk, but area felt safe and was quiet. Our room was the smallest room, but it was very clean and fully equipped, and the shared Kitchen was a lovely touch with coffee and snacks to help yourself to. Our room was small, but we booked it half an hour before we arrived, so I was just so grateful to have a bed .But we still stayed for the full 4 nights. We only slept in the room so didn't need anything any bigger, but Fabio does do bigger rooms, and he did offer us discount because we were in such a small room.

(You also get room cleaning every day) The location of the apartman is amazing everything is 10-15 min walk. (Colosseum 10 min, also a metro station 10-15 min) There are amazing traditional restaurants and caffe places nearby ( I would recommend Il Bocconcino and Trattoria Vecchia Roma but reserve a table 2-3 days ahead) And our host Flavio is also greT, he was easy to communicate with, helped with recommendations and he even booked a table fot us because they only spoke Italian. Just to sum it up, great room at a great place. I would deffinetely recommend and will come back when we are in Rome. Nothing

But the best thing about this property is Flavio, of course. He is an amazing and super accommodative host. And his restaurant and bar recommendations are to stick to. The restaurants are especially must-visit, if you want an authentic Roman experience. Nothing!

As ones who have not used these types of properties before, it was so easy and stress free to find our room! The room was clean and it was in a very convenient location. Our only comment would be that the bed was a bit too soft! A firmer bed would have been better! Instructions on how to use the coffee maker would have been helpful, but I googled the instructions!
