• Yee Ki (8/5): - 公寓很大, Marvel迷一定很喜歡, 還有健身設施, 雖然我沒有使用. 望衞城景, 距離Plaka不遠, 樓下轉角就有小便利店. 夜晚出入比較僻靜, 夜晚燈光較暗, 第一晚入住時, 差點找不到衞浴室, 洗澡水溫時冷時熱, 較難控制.

• Désirée (10/5): - Appartamento immenso e vicinissimo al centro della città, il quale é raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Il punto forte secondo me é la vista diretta dal balcone sull'Acropoli e il Partenone!!! L'appartamento é tutto a tema Marvel e c'é anche una TV con occhiali 3D ma purtroppo non sono riuscita ad utilizzarla per mancanza di tempo. Il proprietario é stato super gentile e disponibile, recuperare le chiavi é stato facile. La zona non é mi é sembrata pericolosa, sono tornata in appartamento anche di notte senza problemi. Super consigliato! Per viaggiatori soli, coppie, amici e anche famiglie! Nulla!

• Velibor (10/5): - Great location, view from the balcony is fantastic, apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Host was very helpful, my son need a laptop to complete a test for his exam, host provided it. My daughter loved the apartment, we enjoyed our stay.

• PABLO (10/5): Apartamento genial y anfitrión simpático - Konstantinos es un gran anfitrión y el apartamento tiene de todo, está realmente bien acondicionado y es posible encender la calefacción o aire frío según el clima. La terraza es espectacular al Partenón y sobre todo de noche. Que no sea mi casa para volver cada vez que quiera 😃

• Béatrice V (10/5): - Appartement très original, spacieux et une vue incroyable sur l'Acropole. Le parking juste en dessous permet de garer la voiture pour un prix tout à fait raisonnable et de tout faire à pied pour découvrir les quartiers d'AThenes. Mention spéciale à Constantin qui donne des très bons conseils et très accueillant. Ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps.

• Corinne (8/5): Lots of fun and amazing view - Athens Comic House was a lot of fun and had everything a family of four needed to explore Athens. The view is next level amazing and the neighbourhood is fantastic only a short stroll to Monastiraki. Our host Konstantinos was lovely and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything needed.

• Noémie (10/5): Excellent séjour avec une superbe vue - Apparemment avec une vue sublime sur l’acropole. Il est très bien situé nous avons tout fait à pied. Appartement très bien équipé, des jeux pour occuper les enfants, une salle de sport, une TV. La terrasse est un vrai plus ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour c’était parfait! Très bon accueil et recommandations de l’hôte.

• Camilla (9/5): FANTASTICO - I miei figli ne sono rimasti assolutamente entusiasti. Casa totalmente a tema Marvel! Proprietario gentilissimo e davvero disponibile. Posizione centrale a due passi dal quartiere più movimentato di Atene. Terrazza da togliere il fiato per la vista e le dimensioni. ..se proprio devo trovare un difetto, forse il fatto che penso sia la casa dove vive il proprietario e questo un po' si vede e potrebbe non far sentire completamente a proprio agio qualcuno. Ma i pregi superano di gran lunga qualsiasi remora.
• Mariassunta (8/5): Bellissima la veranda con vista sull'Akropolis.La pecca è l'assenza della porta nella doccia - La vista dalla terrazza sull'akropoli bellissima, penso sia il punto forte della casa. Non c'era la porta per la doccia ma solo una tenga. Noi eravamo due coppie e abbiamo fatto difficoltà a lavarci.

• Manuela (10/5): appartamento super nel cuore di Atene - Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole presso questa struttura. Innanzitutto, la pulizia era impeccabile: ogni ambiente era curato nei minimi dettagli, profumato e ordinato, il che ha reso subito l’esperienza molto accogliente. La posizione è perfetta, situata in una zona tranquilla ma strategica, comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse della città. Tutto ciò che era indicato sul sito corrispondeva esattamente alla realtà: nessuna sorpresa, solo piacevoli conferme. I dettagli e le foto erano accurati e trasmettevano in modo fedele l’atmosfera dell’alloggio. Un grande punto di forza è stata la cortesia degli host: sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti a fornire consigli utili e indicazioni per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Infine, l’alloggio era molto confortevole, con spazi ben organizzati, arredamento di gusto nulla

• Despina (9/5): Marvel-ous space in Athens - We loved our week here. Could have stayed longer. Great location. Very kitsch apartment but so well set up. Some decor is dated, but we didn't care about that however to be fair to others reviewing have rated the facilities down one notch. The bed was the comfiest of our 7 weeks of travel, the gym space was amazing (but we are recoveing from an accident so coulsnt use most ofit), it had all the bells and whistles you could hopw for in an apartment rental, the views were to die for, and we had fun watching a couple of 3D movies when we needed to rest our legs. We would return in a hesrtbeat and have already reccomended it to friends. Thanks for opening your space to the public Kosta. We had a "Marvel-ous" time. Nothing to complain about.
• Iwona (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very interesting, everything is just like in the photos. The view is fantastic. The owner is kind and helpful. Please note it is on the fifth floor, in the reservation it is in Greek (no number). There is a lift, but on the ground floor there are renovations of other apartments so the place seemed to be abandoned. The parking, fee is 20 euro, it is really eng and you have to give them the key to park your car and additionally they demand to leave them your car keys for the whole time of staying there.

• John (10/5): Perfect place. Amazing view. Comfortable. Amazing. - This is the second time I have stayed here. We stayed once when we needed to stay overnight in Athens due to a meeting and were amazed at the place. The view is to die for. The space is huge. Clean. Everything works. Hot water. Coffee. The host left us yoghurt, juice and even a beer in the fridge. It is located right in the heart of probably the beset area of Athens, Psirri - Monastiraki - Thisseio. There are restaurants all around and the night life is amazing. The host is extremely helpful. I lived in Athens for years in the late 70s up to the mid 90s and then for a few years in early 2000 and I love the city and this appartment is right where I would like to live if I came back. It is on the fifth floor so away from the noise. A huge terrace. A direct view to the Acropolis. A 65 inch television. Lovely sofa. The mattress is something from another planet. I can't recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a five star hotel then this isn't for you but if you are looking for a very comfortable very functional place with a beautiful view in the best location in Athens then this is for you. Nothing really.

• Craig (10/5): Wonderful, unique apartment with amazing views close to Psyri Square! - Constantine was waiting when we arrived. He showed us the apartment and gave us recommendations for the area. The apartment is spacious, unique, and has an AMAZING wrap-around balcony. The location is right by Psyri Square and a short walt to the Agoras and the Acropolis. It is just far enough from the tourist buzz to feel local but it's also close to everything you want to do! The host is wonderful and the apartment is massive for the price and location. Some tourist not familiar with Greece/Athens may find the block the apartment is on a bit scary (graffiti, etc.).

We only had a short stay, so we didn't get to fully utilize the amenities. The host generously provided drinks and snacks in the fridge.

• Jolanda (9/5): Perfect location - Very spacious apartment with everything you might need in a great location (Psiri) with plenty of nice restaurants and bars. The neighborhood can get a bit noisy at night so if you are looking for a quiet place this is not it. The view of the Acropolis from the terrace is amazing.

• Shuyi (9/5): Great location with great facilities and awesome host! - We loved the location, close to 2 different metro lines, walking distance to many great restaurants and a great host who gave many tips on where to eat and visit and even personally bringing us to the sites nearby. The view was awesome and everything we needed was there. We also enjoyed the 3d TV (especially the kids). We could thankfully also put our luggage earlier in the building as we arrived prior to check in. It was so great of the host to offer us a solution since it was an apartment and not a hotel we booked. Lift directly to the apartment and an easy walk from the metro. Telefonas is a popular bar right downstairs and we could hear a bit especially on Saturday night, but the white noise from the air conditioning helped and we could sleep well - just something to know for guests who might be light sleepers.
