The view from the balcony is honestly amazing, better than some rooftop restaurants we went to. It gets sunset as well!!! The room was amazing, clean, everything you need, 20 minute walk to Plaka and a 20 minute taxi to the beach perfect in all ways That we couldn’t stay longer🤣

• Alicja (10/5): Świetny apartament - Mega stylowy,piękny apartament z widokiem na Akropol z wyższych pięter. Idealna lokalizacja zaraz przy metrze. Wokół wiele sklepów,restauracji. Dużo udogodnień w środku. W zimniejszych miesiącach przydałyby się extra koce- bo momentami było zimno (nawet pomimo A/C).

In cucina ci sono vari utensili, ci hanno lasciato carta da cucina, capsule del caffè, acqua in frigo, 3 gettoni per lavare i vestiti nella lavatrice, è capiente e ha tutto ciò che serve incluso phon e ferro da stiro e stendino, sembra proprio un appartamento dove ci si abita. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti :) Nulla…. Se dovessi dare un consiglio inserirei solo uno specchio a figura intera e una scopa ma lo dico proprio per rendere l’albergo perfetto, perché di fatto non ho sentito mancanza di niente.

The space is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail reflecting efficiency, from the in-room amenities to the excellent facilities provided by the building. The large storage room, easily accessible by elevator, the well-equipped laundry room, and the high level of security all contribute to a seamless stay. The small gestures of kindness, such as complimentary water bottles and free laundry capsules, truly make a difference and show genuine care for guests. The staff are consistently attentive, professional, and always available to assist with anything needed. Not to mention the seamless, step-by-step check-in guidance provided by the company, it was exceptionally clear and stress-free. I honestly believe there is no better place to stay in Athens. The experience was so outstanding that it made me want to move there. I will definitely choose this accommodation for all my future trips to Athens. An exceptional stay in every sense. Everything was perfect.

• Whear (10/5): Wonderful apartment great location - Had everything we needed to be comfortable for a 3 week stay! Lovely spacious apartment with fantastic views of the acropolis. Great location right next to metro or tram stop. Comes with complimentary toiletries and you have access to laundry facilities (complimentary tokens and laundry pods too!) We stayed in 2 different apartments during our stay. The first, the mattress was quite sunk in the middle, probably needs replacing. The second was perfect.
• Ebru (9/5): Modern and cozy stay, helpful and kind host - Location was easy to access, balcony gives open view, spacious area for a small apartment. Full functional kitchen. Utensils were enough for a mini trip. Necessary cleaning detergents were left for easy access. Wifi was OK. Apartment team was very responsive and accessible any time. Documents to be updated for wifi access. Stairs are a bit steep, photocell lightning would be better for nights. Pipes are not drained easily in bathroom.

Приятный бонус в виде капсул кофе, пакетиков чая сахара , капсулы для стирки и манетка для стирки. Прачечная на нижнем этаже. Шампунь и гель для душа. Балкон- это бонус. Постель и полотенца хорошие. Грязный диван снизу, прям пятна. Срочно требуется химчистка. Немного недоубраны некоторые моменты. Вытяжки, углы.. Но это я требовательна к чистоте. В общем вполне нормально. И для нас мягковат был матрас и мне не хватало одеяла. Оно было одно! И даже если мы вдвоем, то нам нужно несколько одеял и потеплее хотелось одеяло. Не работал пульт подсветки на втором этаже, а идея вообще хорошая. Вид немного другой чем на фото, прямо под балконом крыша какая- то. Но все равно красиво. Сбоку даже видно Акрополь.

• Franzi (10/5): - Sehr zentra, 2 Stationen von der Altstadt entfernt, Metro keine 5 min Fußweg, Restaurants,cafes & Supermärkte alle in der nähe. Kommunikation war auch super,sind geduldig mit einem. Ich komme gerne wieder.
• Johan (9/5): Heel fijn - Schoon, nieuw, mooie entree, wasgelegenheid, balkon, prettige professionele online verwelkoming. Leuk supermarktje vlak bij. Alle sleutel code info samen in één bericht zou handiger zijn (tip).
• Anastasia (10/5): - Отличное расположение апартаментов. Сами аппартаменты в точности как на фото. Возле дома остановка трамвая. До достопримечательностей легко и быстро можно добраться на метро. По трамваю - 20 минут и на море с городским пляжем :) вид из окна прекрасен. Акрополь в стороне, но увидеть можно с крайнего бокового балкона. Было очень комфортно, имеется все необходимое для проживания, может только домашние тапочки лучше всего брать с собой. Любые магазинчики и рестораны в пешей доступности, где можно попробовать местную кухню. Нет ничего, на что бы я пожаловалась. :)
• stefanenko (6/5): - la posizione ottima molto vicino al centro, 10 minuti dal parlamento e quartiere molto tranquillo, molto comodo anche il deposito bagagli per l'ultimo giorno di vacanza e molto bello il condominio trovato 2 blatte morte in stanza e posizione dei condizionatori a 1 metro dal letto non una buona idea, infatti influenza dopo 4 giorni.. Le dimensioni della stanza erano molto piccole quindi era difficile trovare un'altra soluzione ma comunque era molto vicino al letto, mentre dormivi se allungavi la mano lo toccavi quasi..

• Dawid (9/5): A brilliant modern apartment - We were really delighted with our stay in this apartment booked through Booking.com. Collecting the keys felt very safe, and we received lots of instructions in advance, which made the whole process smooth. The building itself feels secure, and that added to our peace of mind. We also noticed that there is a luggage room available — very useful for those who need to check out at 11 but want to stay in the area a bit longer. Washing machines are available too, and the tokens are placed near the bin in the flat. We were impressed by the overall construction and room design. The flat has a lovely view of the city, especially at night — it’s beautiful to see from the window, even while lying in bed. There’s a balcony where we could have breakfast, or we could eat indoors as well. The apartment is equipped with a hairdryer, iron, and ironing table. There’s a large storage area for luggage, and more tools are available in the room. In the bedroom, there’s a desk and space to store books or personal belongings. The bathroom is small but good enough for regular use. If more space was needed, we could simply go into the living room or bedroom. The toilets are really lovely and modern. Tea sachets and coffee pods were provided, and there was a bottle of water in the fridge waiting for us. We were genuinely very impressed with the flat, and we would absolutely recommend it. None
• Alexei (7/5): Modern, good location, but small and not in a cozy way. - The apartment is new and clean, everything is functional, nice open view from the balcony, great convenient location. The space was smaller than expected and poorly designed. It spans into 2 floors with very steep steps. The upper level is the bed, no ability to open windows for extra air. Getting to the toilet means going down the steep steps. The shower/washroom space was tiny and difficult to use. The main closets are upstairs, means bringing your baggage upstairs. In my opinion the price was high for the value.

• Bernd (9/5): Chic, modern apartment - Chic, modern, all new apartment stretching over 2 stories. Close to Metro and Tram station, 1 station with metro or 2 stations with tram to Syngrou Fix (pedestrian area with restaurants), next Metro station is Acropolis, this is also the entry to the Plaka old town district, next station then is Syntagma, a square also with restaurants and shopping and the famous guards doing a silly walk every hour when the guards are exchanged. The apartment is well equipped, the bed was soft and very comfortable, the decorations are nice and everything looks and feels like high quality. Nice view over the roofs to the next mountain. It's an urban area with limited choices regarding coffee shops, restaurants and bars, but there's a roasting warehouse and opposite a Tavern where you can get decent coffee after a 5 minute walk. Close to the Neo Kosmos Station there are also 2 small Bars/Restaurants, nice for having an Ouzo on the way home 😊. On arrival it was a little difficult to find the room key. It's in the basement (-1) as described, but behind one of the solid fire doors, which was not obvious. The glass shield in the bathroom is too short, you will flood the ground when taking a shower. A sliding door would be better. Also the mirror cabinet above the basin is in the way. The steps to the upper area are quite steep, you need to take care. There are no individual lights next to the bed. The common light strip above changes colors between red, green and blue which is quite useless. While I don't use a microwave oven at home, while traveling it might be nice to have one for short stays. That's missing in the apartment. You won't have direct view to the Acropolis, only from the rooftop. From apartments on the other side you can see the Acropolis, but it's very much to the side and the balconies are made of concrete on that side. Anyway these were just minor flaws, the apartment is good value for money and was really enjoyable.

I’d certainly recommend this stay! Can’t think of anything.

• Benjámin (7/5): Good - The location was amazing the metro was a few min walk away from the apartment. There were multiple stores near the apartment where we could buy water, snack and even cooking stuff. The bed was super comfortable. When trying to get in they were helpful and answered right away. The flat was filthy, bredcums all over the place (they did offer a reclean) we even found a nail. There were soap mark right next to the sink. I took 2 glasses from the cabinet both of them were dirty, I needed a plate I tried 4 of them all of them were still dirty. There was a party one night (till 3 AM) the 0-24 number didn't work they didn't pick it up we could not sleep that day. I didn't get clear information when can I take the apartment, I wasn't provided with the code for the key locker which held the key for the apartment.

• Zara (8/5): Good Value Good Location Confortable - The location for me was great two minutes from the metro and also very easy walking to the centre - was pretty quiet at night - bed was comfortable - room was as pictured perfect for one person for a long or short stay and for two people. An be good for a shirt stay - plenty of shops beside. A couple of capsules for the coffee machine would have been great - some minor issues with the shower which I believe will be fixed by the property post leaving - I can't complain about this property - host was very responsive

Had a minor inconvenience with water heater due to the fact the whole building is new but was resolved asap and gracefully. also has an amazing fruit market every saturday nearby. all was perfect
