• Rafael (5/5): Boas instalações com ótima localização mas atendimento deixou (bastante) a desejar na minha opinião. - Cama boa e a localização da acomodação é perto do centro então há muitos restaurantes, farmácias e lojas de souvernirs próximas, além de ser em frente a uma feirinha com os melhores preços para comprar lembranças. Bom frigobar. Atendimento de baixa qualidade. Tive meus dados vazados assim que concluí a reserva e informaram que hackearam a booking (não parece o caso visto que o mesmo aconteceu em outras avaliações mais antigas.) A placa de não perturbe/faça limpeza estava quebrada do início ao final da minhas estadia mesmo informando a acomodação. Por conta disso, enviaram uma mensagem para o meu celular perguntando se poderiam entrar e não respondi porque estava dormindo. Resultado: entraram no meu quarto sem autorização e eu estava dormindo sem roupa com a minha companheira - muito constrangimento. Em nenhum momento obtive um pedido de desculpas e mesmo após o caso, a placa continuou quebrada. O whatsapp consta como atendimento 24h, tive um problema com o ar condicionado de madrugada (1h) e só me responderam pela manhã informando que pediriam para um técnico revisar logo pela manhã. Como tinha um passeio programado e não gostaria que ficassem no quarto como itens de valores sem eu estar presente, desisti. De toda forma vi que já houveram problemas com o ar em avaliações anteriores e imagino caso o problema fosse com algum tipo de acesso a acomodação/chaves/cartão do quarto. Deixam uma chaleira de cortesia que o cabo não alcança a tomada então não faz muito sentido. Poderiam ter explicado como acessar os canais da tv porque é muito lenta ao tentar acessar os aplicativos normais como globoplay. O sistema da tv reconhece como um android. Por fim, box muito estreito. Opte por outra acomodação se for um pouco acima do peso. Gostaria de no mínimo o ressarcimento de alguma parte da reserva e quem sabe um pedido de desculpas por conta do constrangimento e mau atendimento. O que imagino que não vá acontecer.

• Marcelo (9/5): Que lugar legal! - Que lugar legal, muito confortável e limpo. Visivelmente em obras, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Decoração perfeita. Aconchego!

It was a little walk from the main area but we felt safe walking to and from restaurants. Host was quick to respond. The mini bar was well priced and a nice touch! There is a job site next door who could see in if the curtains were open or using the balcony

Principalmente a limpeza do lugar. - Quartos extremamente limpos e aconchegante Por mais que esteja rodeado de comércios, valeria a pena investir em uma mini cozinha com acessórios simples (sanduicheira, microondas, cafeteira) para aqueles que desejarem realizar as refeições no hotel, até mesmo para pedir delivery e se acomodar nas instalações.

• Katrin (9/5): Cute - The apartment is located in the central area to the city within a walking distance from most of the nicer restaurants. The place was very welcoming and the hosts were very kind. The room is a bit too tiny so staying for more than 1-2 nights might be uncomfortable.

• Emilie-Marie (7/5): - Le luxe, la déco, tu peux faire le check-in/out à toute heure car entrée avec un code. Il y a des restaurants et cafés à proximités mais pas les plus sympa. Par contre c'est à 7min à pied de la gare des bus. Il n'y a aucun personnel (sauf le personnel de ménage le matin), tout est digital. Il n'y a pas de lieu commun. Pour le prix cela mériterait un pdj et l'emplacement n'est pas ouf.

• Saavedra Pulido (10/5): El mejor hotel de Foz ! - Es increíble! Muy tecnológico, son super amables y extremadamente aseados. Llegué antes de mi check in y me facilitaron todo para poder trabajar mientras me daban la habitación. Internet muy rápido, siempre están pendientes para ayudar y tienen un sistema basado en la confianza y la buena fe entre el anfitrión y el huésped, te dejan varias cosas para comer a precios más económicos que en la calle. Todo estuvo bien. Una pequeña recomendación seria poder tener un dispensador de agua para tomar, dadas las altas temperaturas en Foz, pero fue excelente todo.

• Mei (8/5): Prima geregelde betaalbare plek om de nacht door te brengen in een heel erg toeristische omgeving. - Fijn bed en rustige locatie, alles was heel goed geregeld op afstand maar met directe respons. De douche was minder dan 90cm breed, erg krap zelfs voor mij. ik kan me voorstellen dat er heel wat mensen zijn die niet in de douche pasten.

• Päivi (9/5): - This property is very well located close to the bus station and many restaurants. Rooms cute and clean and come with all the amenities you need. Despite of the self-service model the property manager is very reachable. During our stay a group of fellow customers didn't respect the silence and hold a party until early hours making it impossible to sleep. We reached out to the management and they immediately took action to ensure property rules were respected. Their bias for action was highly appreciated.

• NathanNMN (1/5): - We managed to avoid having our credit card details stolen Oh boy where to begin. It started with all of our details being stolen by a security breach by Che Hermano. This involved scammers having our names emails and booking references trying to get us to pay accommodation over WhatsApp. When we reported this to Che Hermano they blamed Booking.com saying it was their breach 🙄 They eventually did contact us via WhatsApp... Not suspicious at all. I think this whole operation has been set up by a couple of cryptobro style chancers who have never run a hotel and based on our stay probably never stayed in one either. The whole place was filled with all the tech gadgets from AI responses to WhatsApp with no humans at all. Could have been fine except the whole place was a building site, our toilet was blocked from the get go meaning we had to do number 2s at restaurants rather than our own room, the shower was so narrow you had to stand sideways or your shoulders would touch both sides, I wish I were joking. Half the lights in our room didn't work, the view was a wall 1 metre away to ensure maximum prison vibes. The linen was so uncomfortable I think I may have preferred sand paper luckily the room was so noisy we didn't have to worry about sleep. The one thing they did put care and attention into was the snack fridge to try to extract more value from us rather than trying to ensure a decent stay.

Smooth check-in/out and the hotel even lets you leave your luggage early, which is perfect for visiting the waterfalls. Very clean, great location. Rooms are small but tidy, comfortable, and great for the price. The only downside is that the rooms don’t have a street view or much natural light, so it’s mainly ideal for sleeping, showering, and relaxing indoors.
