- Julie (10/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Úžasné ubytování! - Úžasné ubytování! Apartmán byl ještě lepší, než jsme si dokázali představit. Všechno bylo čisté, útulné a velmi pohodlné. Majitel je skvělý člověk - milý, ochotný a pozorný ke každému detailu. V apartmánu nechybí vůbec nic: je tu konvice, kávovar s kapslemi, chytrá televize, a dokonce i drobné mince pro použití výtahu - opravdu skvělá péče o hosty! Lokalita je perfektní, přístup do apartmánu jednoduchý a přehledný. Hned u vchodu je příjemná kavárna, kde se dá výborně nasnídat. Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni se svým výběrem - určitě se sem rádi znovu vrátíme a všem doporučujeme!

It was a short walk to the archaeological museum and all the major sights. Despite its central location in a very busy, noisy, and crowded city, the room was very quiet for sleeping. Marino was very friendly and helpful with arrival (despite a late arrival) and departure (he was able to store luggage for us after checkout). He provided 10 cent pieces for the elevator, which was a huge help.

Właściciel oraz personel bardzo mili i pomocni. Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania Neapolu nawet pieszo. W trakcie pobytu pokój nam posprzątano i wymieniono ręczniki po wcześniejszym ustaleniu tego z nami. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne a w całym obiekcie panowała przyjazna atmosfera. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

The location is absolutely ideal: situated in the historic alleys filled with culture, art, and genuine Neapolitan life. Every point of interest in the historic district is easily accessible on foot, while the hotel itself serves as a tranquil retreat where one can unwind after a hectic day. The accommodations are impeccably maintained: everything sparkles, from the shared spaces to the bathrooms. There is a palpable commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort, which is increasingly rare. A heartfelt thank you is extended to the owner, who greeted us with a sincere smile and made us feel completely at home. He is exceptionally kind, always ready to provide recommendations on dining, sightseeing, or simply engaging in conversation. We will certainly return!

Alla fine ci ha fatto anche un piccolo pensierino. Camera nuova e super pulita con macchinetta del caffè e frigo bar con dentro due bottigliette di acqua. Posizionato al 5 piano e fornito con ascensore che funziona con 10 centesimi. Non preoccupatevi,il titolare ne mette sempre a disposizione per gli ospiti 😊 Molto silenziosa la camera. Insomma Super consigliato,sicuramente torneremo ancora a trovare il sig.Marino e la sua struttura. Nulla da segnalare,tutto perfetto

- katharina (7/5): Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. - Sehr gute Ausstattung und schöne Einrichtung. Gute AC. Die Unterkunft liegt im fünften Stock. Es gibt zwar einen Aufzug, dieser fährt allerdings nur nach Einwurf von 10 Cent, die wir beim ersten Mal (mit Gepäck) nicht parat hatten. Trotz Ankündigung der Ankunftszeit war unser Zimmer in der offiziellen Check-In-Zeit nicht fertig. Durch die Hitze in Neapel selbst, war dies sehr enttäuschend für uns, da wir sehr verschwitzt vom Tag und den 5 Stockwerken Treppensteigen waren. Daher gibt es auch nur 7 Sterne.

Camera carina e pulita, dotata di condizionatore, acqua di cortesia e di un letto molto comodo. Da menzionare il fatto che ci hanno tenuto le valigie per la giornata e fatto usare un bagno di servizio per darci una rinfrescata prima della partenza! Non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto!

- Gabriele (10/5): - Sehr ruhig und dennoch direkt an der Altstadt. Sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, schönes und großes Zimmer. Zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar, mitten im Zentrum und durch die Lage im Innenhof trotzdem super leise. Sehr zu empfehlen! Es war alles super!
- Francoise (9/5): Séjour de 3 nuits à Naples - Hébergement situé en bordure du quartier Espagnol et la via Toledo, pratique pour visiter la ville. Fenêtre sur cour intérieure relativement calme (sauf le samedi soir ...) Ascenseur pour accéder au 5ème étage. Bonne communication et explications claires pour accéder au logement. Seul bémol: si vous avez une voiture, circulation impossible dans le quartier, rues très étroites, prévoir stationnement dans un parking aux alentours sur les grandes voies -places avant déchargement des bagages
- Pocard (10/5): Extra 🤩 - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôte Marco a été extrêmement serviable et aux petits soins du début à la fin, toujours joignable par sms et attentionné. Il nous a même commandé notre taxi retour. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et cela n'a posé aucun problème. La chambre était impeccable, moderne, avec la clim, confortable et parfaitement équipée. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, dans une rue animée mais hyper bien insonorisé, aucun bruit. Une adresse à retenir et à recommander sans hésitation ! Rien, tout était vraiment parfait!
- clodagh (10/5): Modern stay in Naples - Fabulous modern clean apartment. Close to everything. Host was great with communication. Check in instructions were very clear. We arrived late 23.30 and the host welcomed us to ensure everything was ok with our room. Comfy bed, mini fridge, nice bathroom. Nothing it was great!

D’ora in poi questa - La posizione centrale, sicura ed ottimale nella via più turistica di Napoli (Spaccanapoli), le camere nuove, spaziose, dotate di ogni confort e curate nei minimi particolari, estremamente pulite e silenziose nonché l’accoglienza dello staff pronto a corrispondere a qualsiasi nostra esigenza anche informativa sui migliori luoghi da visitare e di ristorazione. Tutto perfetto, niente da dire.

- Tommaso (10/5): Eccezionale - Tutto perfetto Posizione eccezionale, si trova in pieno centro(spacca napoli) Struttura nuova e ben organizzata. Disponibile deposito bagagli e bagno comune, estremamente comodi per il giorno del check out. All’ingresso è presente un portaombrelli con 4 ombrelli a disposizione dei clienti, piccole accortezze che fanno la differenza . camere belle, dotate di ogni comfort e soprattutto molto pulite. Siamo stati accolti da una signora molto cordiale e seguiti tramite contatto telefonico da Marco, durante tutto il soggiorno. Ha scritto per capire come stesse andando e se avessimo delle necessità. È stato Presente e disponibile senza mai risultare invadente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale.
