• Maria Alejandra (1/5): - El apartamento en norma general estaba bien. No me parece que Booking te ofrezca un precio y el dueño te liquide incluyendo un Monto correspondiente a limpieza que nunca se menciona en Booking, 100 mil pesos de limpieza se nos fueron cobrados de forma abusiva
• Diego (10/5): Destaco tanto de Mario como del personal del edificio. El departamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario y está muy - La ubicación, amabilidad del personal, la comodidad y la vista. La piscina cierra muy temprano. A las 17:30 hs.

• Michael (8/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in toller Lage - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut, mit etwas Luft nach oben in Details. (8/10) und insgesamt sehr komfortabel (8/10). Besonders überzeugt hat uns die super Lage (9/10) – vieles war schnell erreichbar und die Umgebung war angenehm. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit (10/10), was den Aufenthalt besonders unkompliziert gemacht hat. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und gut organisiert. WLAN war stabil und schnell. Wir würden das Apartment definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut, mit etwas Luft nach oben in Details. (8/10). Nur zwei Aufzüge in einem Hochhaus mit 17 Stockwerken. Dadurch manchmal etwas längere Wartezeiten.

• Verbs2015 (10/5): Top Class Accommodation - The apartment is fantastic and its location is excellent. The big shopping mall Plaza Bocagrande is no more than 7 minutes walk and the supermarket(Olympica) is literally a few blocks away. The host Mario is fantastic, always ready to help if you have any requests or need any information regarding the local area and what you can do to maximise the enjoyment of your stay. The apartment has all the basic facilities needed. The check in process is very quick and simple. I would definitely stay at this apartment again and I definitely recommend it to others. N/A

• JUAN ANTONIO (7/5): Apartamento correcto en una hermosa ciudad. - Tanto el apartamento como el edificio tienen solera, están vividos. Con esto no quiero decir que el apartamento se vea viejo pero sí que se nota que tiene unos añitos.... Está bien decorado y cuenta con 2 dormitorios( uno de ellos con una cama inmensa) y 2 baños. Tiene servicio de lavandería gratuito en el piso 17. La señora Marta nos hizo la colada ,nos devolvió la ropa limpia y doblada y además fue encantadora. Gracias Marta. La piscina del edificio estaba francamente sucia. Los cristales del dormitorio principal y del baño de la entrada del apartamento son inaccesibles para su limpieza exterior y por lo tanto están muy sucios lo que desluce el apartamento.
• Alexander (8/5): Gute Lage der Wohnung und dank fairem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt noch ok. - Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, quer über die Straße ist man direkt am Strand. Der Ausblick ist in beiden Richtungen aufs offene Meer und auf den Hafen. Die Ausstattung ist bequem und über den großen Fernseher konnten wir gut die US Open verfolgen. Relativ sichere Gegend, mit dem Uber kommt man schnell überall hin und eine große Mall und großer Supermarkt ist 500m entfernt beim Hyatt Hotel, wo man auch gut und günstig Essen kann. Schöne Altstadt und mit zwei unterschiedlichen Touren in 2 verschiedenen Preisklassen auch je eine gute (Bona Vida-Katamaran über GetyourGuide) und eine weniger gute (Cartagena Tours) Erfahrung gemacht. Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar. Die Bewertung der Wohnung insgesamt, hängt von der Herkunft und Erwartungen des Mieters ab. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht in Ordnung, dennoch ist das Haus und damit die Wohnung auch mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und die Bilder sind aus der Zeit, wo die Wohnung neu eingerichtet wurde. Die Klimanlagen lärmen an der Außenwand durch die nicht mehr sauber schließenden Fenster nach innen, die Bäder sind sehr klein. Die Vorkasse bzw. die Stornogebühr würde über einen Prepaid-Link von Bold eingezogen, während das Appartment auf Booking nicht mehr verfügbar war - das war sehr irritierend und wir waren nicht mehr sicher, ob es sich um ein seriöses Angebot handelt. Booking warnt ausdrücklich vor solchen Zahlungsmethoden. Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht und es war sehr umständlich, die 4. Person nachträglich an Board zu bekommen, da jeder unangemeldete Besucher mit 100 USD belangt wird. Wir waren 8 Tage in dieser Wohnung ohne jeglichen Service und haben unseren Müll selbst entfernt bzw. Müllsäcke, Klopapier etc. nachgekauft - frische Handtücher konnten nicht geliefert werden. Am Strand konnte man mit den Vermietern einen guten Preis für Liegestühle aushandeln. Es ist zu empfehlen, in der 2. Reihe zu liegen, dann kommt nur alle 70 Sekunden ein Verkäufer vorbei, in der ersten Reihe alle 30 Sekunden. Selbst im Wasser wird man von den Jet-Skifahrern ständig angesprochen und man muss aufpassen, nicht überfahren zu werden.

The owner helped us with any question and was available for help 24/7. the location is super just 15k with a taxi to the old town and or 30 min walk that was very beautiful. The lobby was extremely friendly and you have good food options around. Thank you for the stay!

At the beginning of the restaurant district in Bocagrande. Strict no-visitor policy. I like to cook and entertain a guest or new friends but could not.
