The breakfast in the morning is very nice in great ambiance. There are some nice tapas bars and restaurants in proximity, the central area can be easily reached with a convenient bus or ~40min walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful; super responsive as well. I’d definitely recommend this place for a stay in Mallorca!

Viele Buslinien fahren in kurzen Abständen in die Innenstadt uns an die umliegenden Strände. Frühstück und Service sind perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene eiheimische und internationale Lokale, reichliche Auswahl! Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir können das nette Hotel nur empfehlen. Nichts!

Aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältis passt nicht. - Frühstück von 8-10 Uhr finde ich persönlich im Urlaub etwas knapp in so einem teurem Hotel. Als wir runterkamen war auch nur wenig noch da. Wurde dann auf Bitten nachgebracht. Zimmer sind zu laut. Man hört alles durch den Flur sehe sehr deutlich und die Treppe kann man gleich mit runtergehen...

Breakfast was a daily delight, and the guys that run this place are super-efficient and charming. It's also spotlessly clean throughout. The hot water ran out on my last morning - guess I was the last one up!

• Yonatan (10/5): Wonderful hotel and staff! - Hotel Can Quetglas is a wonderful place. The facitility beautiful and cozy and is conveniently located in a quiet part of Palma that has nice restaurants and shops. It is right in between the city center and the beaches of Cala Major and Ses Lletes and is easy to get everywhere with car, public transport, walk or bike. The rooftop and pool area are lovely. The room was super comfortable and had one of the best showers you will find in a hotel! Most importantly, the staff team was super welcoming from start to finish. Celia, Sergio and the rest of the team are great people that care about your stay, give great knowledgable recommendations and are all very friendly and have you feel genuinely welcome in Palma. Excellent stay!

Breakfast was delicious good quality food and a great choice. Top marks from us for good quality peanut butter. The staff were exceptional. We loved our stay. The only down side is the location. A bit of a walk to the marinas and old town but it is only ten minutes to the castle.

The location was perfect – tucked away on a quiet street, far from the traffic and hustle of the Spanish streets, it felt like a little oasis. You can see just how much hard work and care has gone into creating such a beautiful building. The breakfast was lovely, the food overall was excellent, and the whole atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. It was exactly the kind of place where you can truly switch off and enjoy your time. I could not find any fault, I never stick around during the day in hotel because I’m busy usually exploring but I much preferred to come back here during the day and relax!

• Sinead (5/5): Over priced and not 4 star. Wouldn’t return to this Palma hotel. - Breakfast was basic, no added extras ie omelettes, not in keeping with a 4 star hotel. Though what was there was fine. One staff member was very accommodating, sympathetic and helpful. He catered to our needs, though felt this should have happened by default. Some areas were decorated nicely. The external design and structure of the hotel was amazing and great if you like history. Location, run down area, cooking smells from properties next door and loud music from neighbouring property. Again, location does not reflect 4 star rating and the cost. Slept poorly as every 20 minutes a gurgling water and pump kicking in sound which woke us all through the night. Reception area is very small and odd and the ambience feels like a hostel rather than a 4 star hotel. Decor in the landing / hallways was extremely dated and unwelcoming. I’m aware of trying to keep original features, however this is was too much and made the hotel looked old and tired. Rugs at the side of the beds were worn and dirty and need removing. We had an issue with check in as we were 40 minutes early. Not a friendly response to make us feel welcomed. You weren’t allowed to use the lift and the roof terrace was closed after 10.30. It had a rusty disused old fridge with wire wrapped around it. No shower room for late departures. I found the internal pictures and sizes to be misleading from the pictures posted. After staying in Palma on multiple occasions, I was so excited about staying here, but felt extremely disappointed and felt that the cost paid doesn’t reflect the quality or experience of the hotel.

The shower was very large with a rainfall overhead shower and a separate toilet and basin. The air conditioning unit excellent and overhead plantation fan a joy. The room was very large much larger than some we had stayed in. The room.has plentynof hanging space, safe, decent coffee maker and a stocked mini bar. The pool isn't the biggest but ample for us to use as a plunge pool after topping up our tans. Palms providing shae and very private considering location. The breakfast simple including scrambled eggs, cereals, juices,coffees,Jam honey Nutella, a variety of cheese and hams. A variety of teas also included. Nothing was too much for the lovely staff. I cannot fault anything

Based in what I paid, I was expecting something much better: at a better neighborhood, bigger room, some room service available. But no. Sorry, this was not worthy at all. The first night, when we arrived, our host was waiting for us at 10.30 pm at the entrance, to welcome us. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace Good location for bars and restaurants. we would recommend Brutus and had an excellent meal there. There is a good local bus service to Palma. Number 47 takes 15 minutes to the centre and runs about every 20 minutes. We did walk a couple of times to the Cathedral area, which takes about 45 minutes Rooms on the 2nd floor have around 50 steps to climb to reach the accommodation. If you have any mobility issues. We found a one-person lift to the first and second floors on day two, which was very helpful after a busy day walking around Palma.

• Emma (10/5): Hidden gem - Beautiful little boutique hotel nestled in the hills of Palma. Rooms were clean, comfortable & stylish. Fully stocked mini fridge, tea & coffee maker although there was no milk. Pool area was a little hidden gem, sun doesn’t reach it because of the buildings & trees but still a lovely place to sit and relax. Rooftop terrace was so peaceful especially at night. Host was very welcoming, check in was easy and provided all the details we needed for our stay.

The room was cleaned daily, water carafes were replenished, and dirty dishes (cups/glasses) were replaced with clean ones. The room had everything necessary, along with many small details that made the stay comfortable. It’s important to note that if you stay in a room on the ground floor (with access to the pool), the room is located near the reception and the area where people gather for breakfast in the morning. This was audible but not critical. Everything else was great.

We loved the decor, the history, the quietness, the outdoor spaces. Our bathroom was luxurious and roomy. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff made me feel like I was the most important person staying with them. And I realized that they were making everyone feel like this! Their roof top lookout was so nice to see the city and sit with a drink to chat with my travel companions. And the location is easily walkable to many of the places we wanted to see. HIGHLY recommend this for your stay in Palma!!! I wish we could have stayed there longer!

• Danielle (9/5): Fabulous and relaxing setting in Palma - Beautiful hotel in Palma. Definitely a luxury experience. Had a great local jewellery collection too. Breakfast items can be individually priced so great if you are in a hurry and just want to grab a croissant (as we were). No towels by the pool (or we missed them at least). We got lucky with parking but can imagine it would be difficult. Prices are high but that is Palma. Walls were a bit thin.

A welcome cocktail upon arrival was a lovely touch. Lovely and quiet after two nights in old town Palma. Walking distance to the Castle and to BRUTUS, a great Italian restaurant! No view. Looks at an apartment complex. Rooms are small. Swimming pool pretty but freezing!! Breakfast on the patio was pretty too but food basic. No restaurant on the premises.

It was small but was just the trick for cooling down after walking back from our various outings. Just a bit further out than I would have liked because the promenade is having loads of work done which makes it unattractive to visit. Otherwise it would have been a 10 to 15 minute walk away. We ended up walking into old town which was a good 45 minute walk. Good for our health but hard work in the sunshine! It would have been nice if there was a small restaurant at the hotel or very close by. There was a nearby restaurant a minute or 2 away but it had clearly closed down.

Super close- 2min- to Castell de Bellver where you can go exercise or see the stunning city views. Gorgeous place! Nothing! It was all perfect ;)

A little off the main road but worth it! - Wonderful hotel, the staff were so welcoming and helpful, Miguel (working in the mornings) was wonderfully helpful. Every member of staff was so so helpful. The rooms were a lovely size, style and very clean. The breakfast was delicious!! It’s a little further from the centre of Palma than we expected, the walk felt longer than 15 minutes- however Taxis are very reasonable. The pool area is gorgeous but the only down side is it doesn’t have the sun all day. (But you can’t help that!!)

Came with my daughter and we had lots of space in our room which had a lovely sofa area and a terrace. The hotel is in a very quiet area about 30 minutes walk in to Palma. We had the best nights sleep with just bird song in the mornings. We could get the bus to Palma and the other direction to Cala Major and Illetas. The staff were absolutely lovely - so kind and helpful. Absolutely nothing - we missed it after we left to go to the Nobis in central Palma

There is a real peace and quiet luxury to this little hotel, its a special place. That I had to leave!

• Kai (10/5): Very nice stay. - The staff, especially Enrico, were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is excellent.
• Mark (10/5): A beautiful boutique hotel in Palma - The hotel is beautiful- a gorgeously renovated old Spanish building. We loved our room with a terrace- it was great for sunbathing. The staff are all incredible- so helpful, they organised taxis and a moped for us and also gave so many fantastic recommendations. Breakfast is also really tasty. A fantastic stay Nothing!
• Dimitri (10/5): Exceptional - The building is stunning, the breakfast is great, and the staff is super friendly. I could hear the neighbors from my room, even how they snored, which was annoying. The staff offered me the earplugs, they helped :)

Outstanding Building with a nice Pool in the middle of the town , very quietly and everything has really been implemented here with great consideration. Staff they cares after all and is doing their best to feel comfortable and welcome Breakfast has all what you need!
