- Chantal (7/5): Bel hôtel en apparence chambre pas mal, propre, pas de resto le soir il faut prendre la voiture car presque dans une zon - L’hôtel surtout l’extérieur est très beau. Les chambres sont assez bien. Lit confortable et grand. Le personnel pas très sympathique. Aucun, ni celui du soir ni celle de ce matin ne parle un mot de français. C’est déplorable pour un soit disant 4* Le petit déjeuner très cher à 14€ par personne. Presque aussi cher que leur repas de midi à 17,90€ c’est un peu abusé ! On a payé aussi 10€ pour le garage souterrain qui n’est même pas fermé, porte basculante grande ouverte. En plus pour sortir il n’y a même pas une boucle magnétique il faut attendre qu’ils ouvrent en regardant sur leur écran et manque de bol ce matin je ne sais pas où elle était mais j’ai déjà dû donner la clé à la serveuse du resto car j’ai attendu plus de 5 mn à la réception en appelant et personne n’est venu et après idem j’ai dû remonter à la réception car on a attendu devant le portail sans que personne n’ouvre. Pas très sérieux 👎

Lo más destacable es su diseño y que está situado a las afueras de Albacete-centro en una zona de polígonos industriales muy tranquila. (Con opción de dar largos paseos// Además enfrente del hotel hay un Decathlon al cual puedes asistir en cualquier momento) • En cuanto a comodidad o calidad de la estancia: He de decir que le doy un 10. Las habitaciones son preciosas pero lo que más importa son las camas. Que descanso tan profundo con estas, además de la calidad en todo se puede destacar la limpieza y la atención del personal. En resumen: 10/10⭐️ Merece la pena visitarlo y vivir la experiencia (Ubicación inmejorable con conexión a otros pueblos de la zona) Todo bien.

- Andrés (9/5): - Fantástico hotel muy bonito con temática de Alicia en el país de las maravillas. Buen ubicación si viajas por trabajo en un polígono industrial de muy fácil acceso. Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, con muy buena iluminación. Posee parking pero se puede aparcar en la calle sin problemas debido a a localización. El desayuno muy bueno y variado, con fruta. Le faltan algunas comodidades para ser especialmente bueno. No tiene piscina ni spa ni gimnasio. Tampoco tiene restaurante. Pero está muy bien para ser un hotel en las afueras de Albacete.

La habitación es muy grande, tranquila, sin ruidos, camas muy cómodas; me sorprendió que no hubiese teléfono en la habitación. No había servicio de cafetería por ser fin de semana, en la página web no avisaban de ello; tuvimos que mover el coche para poder cenar.

Y se oye todo lo que pasa en la habitación de al lado. Nos despertamos de madrugada porque se oía a la persona de otra habitación dándose una ducha. Podían estar mejor aisladas las habitaciones.

El personal muy atento y muy amable, nos ayudaron en todo momento y resolvieron nuestras dudas. Un lugar para repetir sin duda. Nada, todo perfecto.
