• Brigitte (6/5): - La proximité des transports. L'espace de l'appartement. Les 2 chambres et les 2 SdB. Nous avons mis 1h30 avant de pouvoir accéder à l'appartement. Je n'avais déjà pas reçu toutes les informations de parking. Les clefs étaient dans une boite difficile à trouver et située à ras du sol. Compliqué de faire des chiffres dans ces conditions. Après avoir fait le code, la boite est restée coincée. J'ai donc téléphoné. On m'a répondu que les chiffres n'étaient sans doute pas alignés comme si nous ne savions pas utiliser une boite à clefs ! Nous avons du refaire la manoeuvre plusieurs fois sans succès, puis aller chercher la clefs dans un autre endroit. Les conditions d'accès au parking, reçues après notre arrivée, sont aussi compliquées (plusieurs photos de sous-sol avec des flèches...). Le logement est annoncé pour 6 personnes mais il n'y a que 4 chaises autour de la table et la vaisselle est minimale. Enfin au départ, même problème avec la boite à clefs qui ne s'ouvrait toujours pas et pas de réponse au téléphone. Nous avons du trouver une solution par nous-même (glisser la clef sous la porte). Ces conditions d'accès sont inacceptables et la réaction de la propriétaire incorrecte.

Los dueños muy atentos en todo momento, todos los dias contactaban con nosotros para confirmar que todo estaba correcto. El parking privado excepcional

• Sannia (10/5): Exceptional - Children loved the balcony and it was a very comfortable stay... The washing machine facilities were perfect and saved me coming home to a load. Perfect space for a quick break n not too far from central. The in-suite shower wasn't working which was a little disappointing the temperature button was broken.

The team demonstrated excellent communication from start to finish and went above and beyond to meet all of our requirements. From the thoughtful touches like arranging flowers, a cake, and a card to their warm and attentive approach, everything exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made our experience truly special. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return in the future! Everything was amazing.
• Ludwig (9/5): Superb - Friendly helping host, appartement like in photos. Free use of fresh towels, bedsheets. Was cleaned before we entered by nice helping cleaning lady. We were early and could park sooner and leave bagage already in appartment before we left to visit London. Rada coffeeshop @ 1 minute for breakfast/brunch. Free safe parking within appartementbuilding. Nothing.

• Emma (10/5): A spacious and modern apartment in a perfect location. Walking distance to Kew Gardens and Gunnersby Park where we were - Great location, spacious and comfortable. Great facilities. My youngest daughter also came down with a sickness bug while there and the hosts were more than accommodating which we hugely appreciated. If using parking just make sure you leave enough time to take the fob and permit back to the room after leaving the car park, we caused a bit of panic as by the time we did that we crossed over with house keeping - only ten minutes but we didn’t factor this in - sorry again x
