Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Halley (7/5): It has the basics, good location, great jacuzzi. Nothing flash but did the job! - Great location, place was clean, plenty of space in the house, loved the jacuzzi. It did the job for the weekend, but a few touches and extra efforts would have made the stay much nicer: Smelled quite musty - needed to go and get odour spray. Some little details could have made the stay a lot easier - paper towel, a dish cloth, some cooking oil, refilling the pepper mill and sugar, hand soap in the kitchen, more firewood provided, etc. The door on the bedroom to the left kept self-locking - we had to use a knife to unlock it as we were having to come and go from the back door instead in the rain - we wound up leaving it open all weekend which was frustrating. The bunk bed in the left room was not safe to climb atop - too rickety (I mean... like the entire bed sways dangerously when you try and use the ladder) . We wound up having to pull the mattress onto the floor sleep on.
