loved it the fact that we couldn't log on to wifi so had no internet for the whole stay
the sliding door is very difficult to open where my daughter was locked out there 3 or 4 times where she couldn't get back in.
- Clete (7/5): I would love to stay there again and recommend it highly, (with parking sorted đ). - The apartment was fantastic. The owners obviously spent a lot of time and money fitting it out with a great kitchen, quality fittings, furniture and appliances which made it a pleasure to stay there. My only issue was the parking. I was going to book into âThe Aquariusâ however they donât have undercover secure parking. I also just had an issue with my carâs drivers side window being stuck open a few inches, so when it rained (all week) a fair bit of water got in through the plastic protection I hastily installed.
I emailed your company within an hour of arrival with no response to getting access to the garage. I rang the next day and spoke to a girl to please ask the owner to express post it which I would gladly pay and was told that someone would let me know the outcome asap. I thought it was a little unprofessional that again, no one got back to me. I had to make several trips up those stairs to empty my covered Ute completely of all its cargo, and after recent back surgery, the extra 30 metres or so made a lot of difference. Iâm not upset at all, I just wanted you to know so you might remove the parking instructions stating to only park in the car park with the unit number painted on it so it doesnât become an issue for you again. - Tony (3/5): Inconvenient, I was in town 2 weeks for work, with additional work next 2 months. - Was not provided a key to access the car park, had to carry all luggage and groceries supplies from the street parking which was some distance away from the apartment. Managing agent was not very helpful in assisting to solve access to car park issue. Chose not to extend the stay in this apartment, stayed elsewhere for the second week and will do the same for all future work commitments in Townsville
