• christian (6/5): Wir kommen gerne nicht wieder! - Gute Lage - Die Betten waren relativ hart - keine durchgelegenen Weichen Madratzen! Die Kaffeemaschine hatte 4 Kapseln normal und 4 decaf vom Vermieter bereitgestellt . Parkplatz in 500 m Entfernung in th Extrem kalt - dauerte 2 Tage bis es 20 grad Raumtemperatur erreicht! Aircon ok aber die elektrischen Plattenheizkoerper unzureichend. Gefangene Küche - ohne Tageslicht- Ausstattung naja läd nicht zum Kochen ein - Tiefgarage- ein spannendes Erlebnis ! Lohnt sich zu checken ! Badluefter super laut in extrem verdeckt!

• Bob (8/5): Great location - couple of things to consider but overall very happy with location - Central location close to restaurants. Owner’s suggestions were very useful. The instruction video on accessing the off property car parking via the car lift was very informative and appreciated Showers had to be somewhat short to make sure we both got hot water or we had to allow time for tank to re-heat. Car parking: though the allocated parking space itself was big, the underground (-2 floor)car park overall size required very careful manoeuvring to negotiate with an intermediate size car. Took a little while to get the place comfy with electric radiators ( overall cool temp of place would be ideal for later summer)

• Andres (10/5): Inmejorable. La mejor opcion posible - Piso perfecto. No le falta de nada, todo nuevo, acogedor, limpio, todo tipo de enseres, mejor ubicacion imposible. Pero sobre todo el anfitrión, nos dejó un detalle increible a nuestra llegada y nos dejó salir mas tarde de lo previsto para que pudiermos aprovechar el dia en Ronda. Si volviera, sin lugar a duda repetiria.

Free parking - but be warned it is a tiny space to get into - which is possibly typical in Ronda. The couch is not very comfy. I also cooked and it would have been good to have a large bread board and salt and pepper - these little additions are very helpful.

• Ester (5/5): Mejorable - El vídeo explicativo del anfitrión fue muy útil. La ubicación del apartamento, el detalle de dejarnos botellas de agua y que pudieran alojarse nuestros perros. Pagamos 284€ por dos noches (4 personas) y con ese precio pensábamos que la casa estaría más cuidada y más limpia. En la habitación de matrimonio hay humedad en la pared que da al patio y en el pasillo también. Se limpió por encima ya que la mesilla estaba sucia con marcas de vasos, las lámparas tenían polvo y encontramos algún que otro pelo de otra persona en el baño.

Very helpful and informative on property access with You tube video. We caught a coach from Antequera to Ronda so didn't use the garage. Having access to a garage in Ronda is very useful and if we return to Ronda will rebook this perfectly located accomodation. I asked Andres for Restaurant recommendations and they were all excellent. Loved Ronda and this property was ideal and comfortable. Many thanks. Nothing

• Carmen (10/5): ALOJAMIENTO EXCELENTE - El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días en Ronda y poderla conocer fácilmente. Está muy céntrico y se encuentra a minutos a pie de todas las atracciones turísticas, el tajo, restaurantes y lugares de interés. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente, al igual que la limpieza y el mantenimiento del piso, nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos 100x100. No hubo nada que nos nos gustara, todo perfecto.

• SUSANA (9/5): Un finde estupendo! Al piso no le faltaba de nada y Andres dispuesto en todo momento para ayudarme y resolver dudas. - La situación perfecta. Estaba limpio y con todos los utensilios necesarios! Que tenía plaza de aparcamiento, aunque un poco alejado del piso pero para evitar buscarla, es ideal! Por poner algo, que es interior y solo tiene un baño.

• Art (9/5): Superb - Roomy, great location, great air conditioner, responsive and courteous host, 6 beds plus couch (we were only 3), nicely modern decor, could easily live there for years, singing canary just outside provided lovely melodies. Beds were a little hard/short for a couple, need smaller individual pillows
