La porta d’ingresso dell’appartamento non mi sembrava molto sicura, molti appartamenti accanto hanno la gabbia protettiva al di fuori della porta. Il portone d’ingresso è sempre aperto giorno e notte. Rientrando di sera, poteva capitare di imbattersi in qualche insetto.

• Antei (10/5): Precioso y frente al Mar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Aparte de las indicaciones clarísimas del anfitrión, la ubicación es perfecta y muy bien comunicada. El apartamento me pareció impresionante, especialmente la terraza, con una vista preciosa al mar. Una estancia realmente memorable. Para mí ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, tanto por el apartamento como por la disponibilidad del anfitrión. Lo recomendaría sin duda y, si vuelvo a visitar Torremolinos, seguramente no dejaré pasar la oportunidad de alojarme allí de nuevo. Muchas Gracias ☺️ Nada negativo que señalar.

• Werner (8/5): Klein, aber fein mit sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Das Apartment war sehr gut und funktional ausgestattet. Alles ziemlich neu. Für den Preis absolut top. Der Blick zum Meer ist etwas eingeschränkt durch benachbarte Hochhäuser.

Але це все номер- студія, там не має окремої спальні. Плюс площа апартаментів те ж завищена. Загалом 25-30 м.кв. Тому відпочивати в трьох було незручно. Диван не підходить для сну. Це помещкання ідеальне для двох- але не для трьох подорожуючих. The apartment does not match the description. The description states - a bedroom with one bed and a living room - a sofa. But this is all a studio room. Plus the area of ​​the apartment is also overestimated. Therefore, it was uncomfortable to rest for three. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping.

• Claudia (8/5): Alojamiento cómodo para estancia corta - Todo bien, alojamiento limpio con aire acondicionado y bien ubicado. Lo mejor la facilidad de acceso al estar las llaves en una taquilla y no tener que depender del anfitrión. Un día estuvimos varias horas sin agua, nos dijeron que es algo que suele pasar en el edificio, pero bueno, se solucionó.

Alex was incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly went out of his way to help with anything I needed.The apartment was just perfect ,super clean, cozy, very well equipped ,and the sea view was absolutely stunning! The location was ideal, close to everything.I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Thank you so much I can’t wait to come back. .
