No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted at this property. Failure to comply will result in your booking being canceled without refund. As such you will be required to leave the property, regardless of time of day/night. Quiet Time: Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors when using outdoor entertaining areas and pools. No amplified noise allowed at any time. Maximum Number of Guests: No more than the number of guests you have booked for may be at the property at any time. Parking: Please only park in designated spots. Please do not block driveways Security: Please ensure the property is fully secured when not at the home and upon check out. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 1,000 is required. The host charges this before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Alana (10/5): Lovely place to stay, it was very warm comfortable and cozy. - The property was lovely and clean, we enjoyed the deck area. There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.
Timothy J (10/5): Nature @ your door - The location was amazing! The native trees & view from every window. The house lay out was excellent even though it was 2 bedrooms. The large covered deck was lovely for coffee in the morning. We walked to see the beautiful streets so full of native trees & birds. We loved our accommodation. Perhaps only leave few condiments inside fridge. But that is minor issue.
Veronique (7/5): A beautiful place that deserves more care - The house and furnishings were lovely in beautiful surroundings. The beds were wonderful and we slept very well. The kitchen was well equipped and there was enough wood for the wood stove for a full day as it was very cold. The house was dusty and the oven was dirty. We were put off a bit by arriving there and unable to connect to the Wifi, which the host resolved quickly. We had to locate the modem and reboot.
Audrey (10/5): Went with my elderly mum and our small dog. We all loved location, furnishings, beauty, comfort. - Met expectations. Quiet location, beautiful indoor and outdoor environment. Had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. Lovely furnishings. Great deck space and trees all around. We brought our small dog along - fully fenced yard :) Nothing to report.
