• Kóbor (6/5): Perfect location, below standard room - The location was just perfect. I don’t think could have asked for a better one in this sense. They responded quickly and they have a round the clock reception desk, so that’s a plus. The room differed from the pictures online. This statement mainly refers to the cleanliness of the room which was super subpar. There were huge disgusting spots everywhere. There was no toilet paper nor anything in the room which was promised.

Anyone coming to Baku, after a lesson there are bad people and bad places it hard to find something worth the time and money. This place without any doubt you can book and stay. Almost perfect for the money spent. There are places who will send you pictures of somewhere else. This place after the experience is perfect. Just leaving this review so others can save their time

• Ali (5/5): Hotel needs a lot of improvement - Only good thing is the location, which is right next to the Nizami street There were a lot of things but let me list down them here. First of all, the hotel location by this name does not exist on bolt or any of the Taxi apps. There is another hotel by the name of boutique hotel that is available but this one is not. Instead if you want to choose the hotel on bolt mention "Central Hotel" as the name not address boutique hotel, otherwise you will be lost as i was Its by no means a four star hotel as mentioned on this website at best its a 2.5 star hotel. Don't expect the staff to be very responsive of any of your requests, they are polite but they will not fix anything if you tell them to. The pillow covers and blanket at the hotel were not clean, it had hairs and i had to get them changed. There isn't any room service at the hotel. So stay here only if you wanna be close to nizami street or if you are a solo traveler, otherwise i wouldn't recommend to stay here if you are with family.
