Miguel (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert. - Es ist durchgehend Baulärm gewesen, das Nachbarhaus wurde renoviert. Zwischen 9-17 Uhr fanden Stemmarbeiten statt. so das der Aufenhalt in dem Apartment in dieser Zeit nicht aushaltbar gewesen ist. Zusätzlich ist an den letzten drei Tagen die Strasse aufgerissen worden. Somit fing der Baulärm schon gegen 7;30 Uhr an. Dann standen zwei Junge Franzosen plötzlich in der Wohnung, diese konnten ohne Probleme mit ihrem Code meine Türe öffnen. Nach Telefonat mit der angegeben Nummer, wurde erklärt das Sie ein anderes Apartment gemietet haben. Trotzdem fühlte man sich danach nicht mehr wirklich sicher/frei seine Sachen im Apartment zu hinterlassen. Ich habe noch nie eine negativ Bewertung abgegeben. Diesmal kann nicht leider nicht anders. Die Apartment Nummer ist die 4 gewesen. Würde jedem abraten der versucht Erholung zu bekommen diese Apartment zu nehmen. Habe für 12 nächte ca 1300 Euro bezahlt. Über die anderen Wohnungen im Haus kann ich kein Urteil fällen. Der Baulärm ist aber den gesamten Hausflur zu hören gewesen. Habe eigentlich vorgehabt den Aufenthalt zu verlängern, bin aber dann die letzten 2 Wochen in den Süden von Teneriffa gewechselt.

Stolarczyk (6/5): Było okej. - Lokalizacja Przyjechaliśmy z niemowlakiem. Przed zameldowaniem obiekt pytał się czy chce łóżeczko dla dziecka i napisałam, że chce. Przyjechaliśmy a łóżeczka nie było. Kilka razy pisałam z zapytaniem kiedy będzie łóżeczko i zawsze odpisywali że tego samego dnia lub następnego. Nikt nie przychodził więc znowu musiałam pisać i się prosić o łóżeczko. Dostaliśmy je po kilku dniach dopiero. Łóżeczka nie umieliśmy złożyć więc znowu napisałam że nie da się go złożyć i odpisali że ktoś przyjdzie i je sprawdzi. Do końca pobytu naszego nikt nie przyszedł a byliśmy tak aż 3 tygodnie.

Annalena (8/5): - Die Lage und die Dachterrasse sind fantastisch. Die Küche ist riesig. Im Wohnraum gibt es nur milchige Oberlichter, keine Fenster. Die Dusche ist eher klein. Zum schlafen relativ laut, Müllabfuhr und Straßenreinigung

Fiona (8/5): Fantastic central location and great roof terrace - Fantastic location, couldn't be better for sea, pools and town. Rooftop terrace and view to sea lovely. Well equipped kitchen. Pleasant entrance to apartment building and code entry straightforward. A very good place to stay in Puerto de la Cruz, so very central and with a great roof terrace. There was not enough hot water for 2 people to have a good shower and the shower enclosure was very small with a curtain. Sitting room could have been made more comfortable with chairs and a table. No hot water in kitchen, this was raised with the host but it did not seem to be sorted during our time there. Otherwise a very good stay.
Tereza (9/5): Would rent it again. - Spacious apartment in the city centre. Perfect for longer stays. Comfy beds. The shower was super tiny and the owen trigers the circuit breaker (RCD).
